We love nothing more than a comfy pair of leggings, and Canadian cult brand Lululemon has a reputation for combining comfort and style in their range of work out gear.

From leotards and sports bras to running shorts and bomber jackets, the athleisure brand covers it all.

The brand has previously only been available online, but now the yogis of Ireland can rejoice in the knowledge that the brand is en route to our Emerald Isle.

"Athletic brand Lululemon are coming soon to Brown Thomas," reads a new section on BT's website.

"A Vancouver based brand, they are the leaders in healthy living with an amazing range of athletic wear including running, gym and yoga."

"Discover Lululemon in a new, relaxing and inviting space in our Dublin store this April."

The high-quality work out gear will be available from Brown Thomas' Dublin branch, and will include clothing and accessories.

We can't wait to elevate our gym gear game to the next level.

Kourtney Kardashian has given the Irish accent a whack, and it has left us pretty baffled.

Bless her for trying, but we're not quite sure what local dialect she was trying to go for.

The mum-of-three was challenged to try the accent by her Irish hairdresser Andrew Fitzsimons.

Pronouncing Irish as "Oi-rish," Kourtney did her best to mimic the Irish twang.

Unfortunately, it ended up sounding more British than anything else.

Perhaps Andrew can give her some pointers.

Kourtney also attempted an Australian accent, which she didn't nail quite as well as her makeup artist.

We think Kourt should consider visiting the Emerald Isle to brush up on her pronunciation.

Galway is one of the country's finest counties, and the girls from the west now officially have two very famous songs written about them.

Ed Sheeran's Galway Girl has taken Ireland by storm, and Galwegians have been calling for a mash up between Ed's offering and Mundy's popular tune of the same name.

Luckily, one of Galway's best pubs has just released a video, shot in Galway, featuring a Galway lad mashing up both tunes.

That's a lot of Galway all in one three minute clip.

Guitarist John Gaughan has combined both Galway Girl songs to create one epic hybrid of homage to Galwegian women.

We have to say, it's seriously good.

Have a little listen for yourself:

A murder investigation is currently underway after a Donegal woman was found dead by police in the popular Indian resort state of Goa.

The woman, 28, is reported to have suffered injuries to her face and head.

The body was found "under mysterious circumstances, in a nude state, at an isolated spot at Adnem, Devabag, Canacona on Tuesday morning," reports the Times of India.

"Considering the state in which the body was found, and the injuries visible on her face, we concluded that that it was a case of murder," Canacona PI Filomeno Costa told TOI.

Police have also said that a post-mortem will be carried out to discover whether a sexual assault took place.

"Ireland’s Embassy in New Delhi is in contact with Indian authorities in relation to reports of an incident involving an Irish citizen,” reads a Department of Foreign Affairs statement to The Irish Times.

"The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade stands ready to provide consular assistance".

Charlotte Crosby and Stephen Bear have been under major fan scrutiny lately, as people have been wondering whether the pair are more than mere co-hosts on Just the Tattoo of Us.

After weeks of speculation, Charlotte has finally confirmed the rumours that she's in a relationship with Bear, and even went so far as to say that he's "the one".

"He’s the one. I’ve fallen for him a lot, the most I’ve ever fallen for anyone. And I think he feels the same I really do," the Geordie Shore star told Heat.

Charlotte ever went on to say that she feels like she can be her true self around the Big Brother contestant.

"I can be my complete self in front of him, we're exactly the same."

"We're just daft and crazy and anything goes."

Not all fans were pleased with Charlotte's choice of boyfriend, given Bear's womanising reputation and his attitude towards women on the show Celebrities Go Dating.

"That’s just a character her puts on," she told Heat.

"He’s so different at home. He has a very big family and he has so much respect for them. He knows how to treat a woman and has never ever done anything horrible to me, he’s always treated me very, very nicely."

Well, that's all that matters really! We hope it all works out for the two reality stars.

Whether you're a mother yourself or you remember being an absolute pain in your mam's a*se, then you will probably relate to this sign.

If there's one time when you need two minutes to yourself, it's when you go to the bathroom. But once you have kids, privacy in the bathroom goes out the window.

From tormenting you about your toilet habits, to banging on the door and starting fights the second you lock the door, it's difficult to have a peaceful toilet break.

As for having a shower, well, it's almost impossible.

We found this amazing sign on the Mommas Helping Mommas Facebook page, and we think it's absolutely gas.

Every bathroom needs one of these!!

The post has had over a thousand shares already from people who can totally identify with this struggle.

We personally love rule number three.

When Robert Kelly appeared on BBC World News last Friday, we doubt he knew what he would be facing in the days that followed.

Robert and his family became an Internet sensation after his two kids burst into the room that he was doing a live interview in.

The clip went viral and we all instantly fell in love with the family.

And now, Robert and his wife, Kim Jung-A, have finally spoke out about what happened that day.

Robert and Kim sat down with the Wall Street Journal, with Kim laughing that "he usually locks the door!"

The mum-of-two said, "Most of the time they come back to me after they find the locked door. But they didn't. And then I saw the door was open. It was chaos for me."

In the interview with the WSJ, Robert then got a moment to speak by himself, but of course, his children came crashing back down the corridor.

"This is my life, man!" he exclaimed in the interview.

Ah, we love this family!

We're pretty much always up on celebrity culture here in Shemazing HQ, so when we saw a restaurant inspired by Beyonce and Jay Z, we got very excited.

The Carters (yep, it's named after them), is a very posh, yet extremely cool, eatery in Australia and it's now on our bucket list to go there.

A post shared by The Carter (@thecartersydney) on

The whole building is decorated with gold scaffolding poles and monochrome imagery of Bey, Jay and Kanye.

And it's not just the interiors that have us in a flurry; its menu also seems insanely delish.

A post shared by The Carter (@thecartersydney) on

It includes Barack Obama fried chicken, a Bey Burger, NAS lamb ribs and a Kimye cocktail.

The venue's manager, Chady Khouzame, told Music: "The Carter was inspired by New York's great architecture, food and controversial entertainment.

A post shared by The Carter (@thecartersydney) on

"Jay Z and Beyonce have always been at the centre of controversy which is what inspired our hidden messages in artwork surrounding the bar and the murals on the wall in the basement."

We'd go to Aus literally just to dine in this restaurant.

Don't get us wrong, we love our skinny jeans.

We love our skinny jeans, our parka jackets, and our cross body bags; but apparently, they're all impacting our health.

According to a British health professional, our clothing choices are leading to back and neck pain, as well as other movement problems.

A post shared by by Lisa Hahnbück (@lisarvd) on

Tim Hutchful from the British Chiropractic Association told The Telegraph: "I am always surprised at how many of my patients are unaware that their clothing and accessories can affect their back health and their posture, and equally how many decide their outfit-choice outweighs their pain.

"Some of the most popular items of clothing can have a hidden health impact.

"While overloaded and heavy handbags are a common culprit, some more unexpected items like skinny jeans can also wreak havoc – they restrict free movement in areas such as the hips and knees, affecting the way we hold our bodies.

A post shared by Mr&Mrs Italy (@mrmrsitaly) on

As well as our jeans, some new trends from this season are also causing us to strain our bodies which can impact our posture.

"Trends such as asymmetric hemlines, oversized sleeves and hoods and heavy jewellery can also create problems.

"Large hoods can mean you strain your neck in order to see, and asymmetric hemlines, especially if tight-fitting, can restrict your movement and cause you to walk differently.

"Oversized sleeves can cause you to hold your arms in a different or unusual way, so once again your body will be compensating for your fashion choices."

A post shared by Vanessa Kandzia (@trendiquemagazine) on

Thankfully, Tim added that he's "certainly not saying stop wearing your favourite clothes altogether, like most things in life, moderation is best and there are easy ways you can reduce the impact on your posture and overall health."

Praise be to baby Jesus, we thought we were going to have to do a major wardrobe clear-out.

Whether it’s yoga class, spinning or just a jog in the local park, a good sports bra (like Knix sports bras) is pretty essential to exercising

If you don’t wear one, it’s pretty uncomfortable to have your boobs bouncing up and down and getting in your way when you’re trying to get your workout on.

Plus, nobody needs the back and chest pain.

There are two types of sports bras on the market at the moment. The compression sports bra is like a crop top and basically it pushes your boobs in so they can’t go anywhere.

Then there’s the ones that have a built-in cup and is made of more breathable material. These bras are perfect for ladies with bigger bosoms as they don’t restrict you too much.

Here are six of the best sports bras on the market, and you can find them online and in stores:

Topshop Ultimate Run Bra – €55

This has great support for women with bigger boobs as it has enough back support and will stop any bouncing.

Adidas Committed Bra – €60

This bra has high support for intense workouts. It also has padded cups that are breathable and will give you mobility.

Womens Commited Bra

Puma Powershape Bra – €25

This bra has medium support which is perfect for a range of activities. It also has “sweat-wicking” fabric to keep you dry when you exercise.

Berlei Electrify Seam Free Bra – €41.33

With stretch fabric and a supportive underband, this sports bra is super secure. And with Serena Williams as a brand ambassador, you know you’re getting quality.

H&M High Support Bra – €24.99

This highstreet find is made from fast-drying material and comes with lightly padded cups. The mesh detail on the front is perfect for fashionistas.

Going from a B cup to an E cup, this sports bra is perfect for any size. It also has adjustable straps which can come in handy.

When bodybuilder Diana Andrews made the decision to publicly bodyshame a woman she spotted exercising, she obviously presumed her social media followers were as devoid of empathy as she clearly is.

Thankfully, they weren't.

After secretly snapping a photo of the woman, feeling the need to point out her 'love handles', and suggesting she was using her phone to order a takeaway, Diana shared her thought process with her 17,000 followers.

And is now living to regret it.

Diana made the mistake of assuming that the people who follow her rate physical appearance above kindness, fitness above determination, and agility above resolution.

Put simply, Diana failed to realise that, in many ways, her 17,000 followers are variations of that woman.

The 'love handles' Diana gleefully made reference to in her now deleted post acted as a symbol for the personal hang-ups her followers likely carry on a daily basis, and go a long way towards explaining the backlash she has received in the aftermath of her ill-informed decision.

It's a pity Diana's inflated sense of self didn't allow her to recognise the esteem with which her followers held her.

They trust her guidance, they look to her for inspiration, they take heed of her tips, and they follow her because they want to better themselves.

By shaming that unassuming woman, she indirectly shamed her followers. They swiftly learned that, in the eyes of this bodybuilder, their imperfections, their flaws and their limitations were worthy of scorn.

She may have apologised, suggested that her remarks were misunderstood (really?) and attempted to claw her way back into social media's affections, but she'll be a long time convincing anyone that the purpose of her post was anything but an attempt to denigrate a young woman.

She may have fooled herself, but she hasn't fooled anyone else, because in so many ways, we're all that woman with the 'love handles' and we've all encountered our own Diana Andrews.
