We all know celebrities go through loooong routines to get ready for award shows, but we rarely see the behind-the-scenes of their pamper sessions. Until now, that is.

And surprisingly, it wasn't one of the girls who let us in on their skin care secrets. Nope, it was good ol' Justin Bieber.

Justin shared a photo on Instagram of him getting ready before the show, with a sheet face mask on to get a more even complexion.

Sure, with all of the paps flashing cameras in their faces, no wonder they want to look as perfect as can be.

Now, the Bieb's face mask probably cost the price of a small house (or a big one, knowing him) and while we don't have the exact thing, we found something pretty close.

Masque Bar Brightening Sheet Mask does wonders for your complexion, minimising dark spots and various pigmentation issues.

All you need to do is wear it on your face for 20 to 30 minutes, peel off and you'll look more radiant than ever.

What's more is that it won't cost as much as JB's, coming in at €13.50. Nice one!

So, if you're going to a big fancy do' yourself, or just want an even complexion for your selfies, this mask hits all the right notes.

She has been part of the reality show for over five years, but now Jessica Wright is getting ready to say goodbye to TOWIE.

The 30-year-old shared the message on her social media sites with a short video clip today, donning a red lace dress which she wore to a charity event a few days ago.

"After five amazing years on The Only Way Is Essex it is time for me to step away," she began.

"I've had the best time and I want to say thank you all so much for your support."

But she promised fans she won't be away from the limelight for too long.

"You will be seeing me soon and I'm also gonna be keeping up with all the goss in Essex," she added.

Jessica was one of the original cast members when the show first aired five years ago, along with her brother Mark who left the show in 2011.

Despite our deep-seeded yearning to see this pair together, it seems that Charlotte Crosby and Gary Beadle are just not going to happen.

Though the pair have been linked together on numerous occasions over the last few months, speaking to Closer magazine this week Charlotte confirmed that the duo have decided to put a halt to their budding romance.

"Gaz and I just didn't feel right, and as soon as you get that feeling you've got no option but to cool things off."

While that sounds like a definitive no for the Char and Gaz that we are all dreaming of, it seems that even Charlotte can't deny that the pair have unbelievable chemistry.

"The two of us will always have a bond that no-one else can come close to because we've spent years growing up together living the crazy Geordie Shore life," said the reality star.

But for now, it seems the 25-year-old has plenty to keep her busy and is no rush to settle down.

"I'm not speaking to any blokes at the moment, though. I'm off men and think I'm going to be single for quite a long time. I'm enjoying doing my own thing."

Happy early valentines from Australia @gazgshore

Despite this confirmation, we still may see the couple getting together in the upcoming season of Geordie Shore

On Sunday, Charlotte shared a video of the pair kissing on camera and wished her co-star a happy Valentine's day.

WHY do they keep teasing us?!

Three have become four in the Fletcher household: Tom and his wife Giovanna have welcomed their second child.

Giving birth earlier today, the McFly rocker tweeted confirmed the happy news on Twitter this afternoon with a simple: “Player 2 has entered the game.”

Just moments later, Giovanna herself took to social media to confirm the gender and name of their new arrival – a little boy named Buddy Bob.

"What a beautiful day to be born," she wrote alongside a picture of a blue sky.

"Welcome to the world Buddy Bob Fletcher xxx #player 2"

The couple are already parents to a two-year-old son, Buzz, who features regularly in Tom's adorable father-and-son vlogs.

Over the last couple of years, the videos have earned the Fletcher family something of a cult following, and indeed the couple used a vlog to announce their pregnancy back in September.

As referenced in Tom's tweet today, the original reveal showed the pair playing video games with little Buzz ("Player 1") and setting up their console for "Player 2."

The singer, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2010, recently explained that his outlook on life had changed over the last two years, largely thanks to becoming a dad.

"Having a kid has really helped me in my life. It gives you a sense of needing to be stable," he told The Mirror.

"It’s not about you any more, it’s about this child that you’ve decided to bring into the world.

"You don’t have any choice but to cope with life because you’re doing it for someone else."

We cannot WAIT to see the first vlog starring both Buzz and his little brother.

To be honest, if you sat two seats away from Taylor Swift, you'd probably try and do the same thing.

A Tay Tay fan found herself quite close to the singer at the Grammy Awards last night and just couldn't help trying to sneak in a few selfies.

Moments before the winner of Song Of The Year was announced, the crafty woman turned on her camera, hoping the catch Taylor's reaction if her name was called out.

The fan first pretended to take pictures of the roof (?) and then quickly pulled it around to Taylor's face.

Moments later Ed Sheeran was announced as the winner for his song Thinking Out Loud and Taylor celebrated on behalf of her friend.

But the best reaction? The fan who looked pretty chuffed with herself for getting a few snaps. Yep, we see that grin on your face.

One thing viewers didn't expect to see when they turned on their TV this morning was a young girl dancing on a pole.

But that is what This Morning viewers were welcomed to when they turned on the show – which has kinda left us in shock.

The segment was about a recent debate of whether young children should take part in "pole fitness."

The debate, which has been ongoing online for a couple of days now, focused on the views of a child psychologist who blasted the classes for making children overly sexualised.

But, pole dancing teacher Zoe Hardy, and two mothers of pole fitness kids were there to defend the exercise routine.

As the show went on, three young girls performed a routine from their pole fitness class – in crop tops and hot pants – and let's just say, Twitter went into outrage:

What do you think? A harmless way for kids to exercise? Or are these classes letting young girls grow up before their time?

For anyone struggling to off-load their provisional licence – there is now a seriously handy tip that makes you far more likely to pass your test.

Yes, those who take to the roads in the morning are an incredible 50 percent more likely to be successful than those who take afternoon or evening tests.

And the same applies for exams and job interviews too.

Researchers from the Danish National Centre For Social Research attribute this difference to 'cognitive function' – aka your brain’s power to think and do.

To come up with their results, which were published in the academic journal PNAS, they looked at two million tests taken by schoolchildren aged 8-15 across a three year period.

And they found that results dipped 0.9 percent for each subsequent hour the papers were completed.

So students taking an exam at 3pm scored 54 per cent lower than those who took the same exam at 9am.

However, rather than resigning yourself to hibernating after lunch, the study also revealed that there are tips and tricks to better conquer brain fatigue – namely the art of the short nap.

Indeed, a rest of just 20-30 before taking your driving test would improve your chances of success by an average of 1.7 per cent.

The internet was all a-flutter this morning with the news that Leonardo di Caprio and Irish presenter Laura Whitmore had possibly hit it off at the BAFTAs, and now we have photographic proof.

Yup, not only were the pair at the same party, but they were photographed chatting and laughing together at least once during the night.

According to sources quoted in The Sun today, Laura caught the eye of the Revenant star early on in the night, and was invited back to his penthouse suite at London's Rosewood Hotel for a party that went on well into the early hours of Monday morning.

"Leonardo was completely taken by Laura," the insider said.

"She was playing it cool but he made a beeline for her and they instantly started flirting.

"She loved the attention and they were all over each other, getting on like a house on fire."

Now, The Sun has followed up with pictures of an interaction between Leonardo and the Bray native. In one photo, Leo appears to be laughing while Laura smiles at him, and in another she can be seen leaning in to whisper in his ear.

Although Laura was wearing a turquoise dress for her BAFTAs red carpet appearance – in contrast to the darker outfit and choker she can be seen sporting in the pictures – it's pretty common for guests to have a second outfit ready for award show after-parties.

So do these pictures point to a blossoming romance, or did this pair just enjoy a good laugh?

We may have to wait for the next after-party to find out.

With all the buzz from last night's Grammy awards, it's only fitting that James Cordon and Justin Bieber had a celebratory carpool karaoke after the awards ceremony.

Well, obviously it wasn't really filmed after the Grammys, but we are happy to feign total belief for this clip because it is so worth it.

While Justin's last stint in the car was flawless and gave us a newfound appreciation for the Biebs, this 'post-Grammys' rendezvous is everything and more.

From donning matching suits for the event, rocking out to Record of the Year Uptown Funk to applying moisturiser to each other, it's another knock-out for James Cordon's highly successful US chat show.

Oh and the moment when they are both rooting through their goody bags from the night had us in literal stitches.

Now that Scott Disick seems to be back in good health, there's nothing stopping him taking on new endeavours.

But, one thing we didn't see coming was Scott taking part in Dancing With The Stars.

The father-of-three has taken a keen interest in the show this year, but he won't be dancing the rumba for less than $500k (€450k).

He was first offered $125k (€110k) as a guarantee and if he made it to the finals he'd get $345k (€310k), but Mr Disick isn't budging.

Sources told TMZ that there is a strict policy to pay everyone the same amount of moola, but Scott is fighting to get his amount majorly bumped up.

We can only imagine what he'll be like on the show, but one thing's for sure, it'll make for good TV.

A video showing an extremely young girl, drowned in a wedding gown and getting married in Lebanon is going viral today.

The man and child, who are in fact actors, spark outrage amongst passers-by as many people are horrified by the youth of the girl being married.

While this particular video is not real, it highlights the on-going and very real marriages of underage children that take place across the world everyday.

Numerous people do a double-take of the odd couple, some take their picture and one man even calls the groom a "criminal".

"This is none of your business. I got permission from her parents," comes the reply of the older actor while the young girl stays mute.

Worrying, other people stop to congratulate the couple on their big day.

The video, which has raked up nearly 1.8 million views at the time of writing, was commissioned by KAFA– a group in Lebonan working to end violence and exploitation against children in the Middle East.

According to the Telegraph, nearly 15 millions girls are forced into marriage every year and it is estimated that this amount will rise to 1.5 billion girls if nothing is done to counteract the absurd tradition.

In certain areas of the Middle East, parents can give permission to marry off children as young as the age of nine while girls can marry without parental consent from the age of 14.

If you think the celebs completely cleanse themselves before and during an award show, then think again.

Last night, all the stars were served up some McDonald's. Yep, good ol' Maccy D's.

And it wasn't just a regular hamburger either, oh no, the fast food chain decked out and served them an all-day breakfast, including Egg McMuffins and hash browns.

According to Business Insider, interns were handing out the food backstage at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.

Since McDonald's is one of the sponsors for the show, we're not really surprised it's dishing out its grub, but what we really wanted to see was a few stars chowing down on all the eggy goodness.

Forget the goodie bags ladies, we'd settle for a McDonald's anyday.
