In just over a month, the season 4 premiere of Orange Is The New Black will make its way to our Netflix screens – and we're totally ready for it.

The TV screening website just released a new teaser trailer for the series and it looks like there's going to be a LOT packed into the show.

We see the women make the most out of their sticky situations, with different jobs and roles now being handed out on the prison ground.

Piper is more paranoid than ever and maybe her fears might come true as a LOAD of new inmates are squeezed into the prison (hence, the sardines comment).

The new season will premiere on Netflix on June 17, and we think it's going to be the darkest one yet. Yes!

It all kicked off on Loose Women today when Geordie Shore's Charlotte came under attack for the speed with which she chose to go under the knife.

The reality star, who has undergone extensive surgery since she first appeared on our screens in 2011, was forced to explain her actions when confronted by broadcaster Janet Street Porter.

Stunned that the 25-year-old opted for cosmetic surgery in order to feel confident in her own skin, Janet questioned: "When you imagined you had a big lump in your nose, that you imagined that no one would talk to you and you would be a social cripple, why couldn't you have had counselling?"

"Why didn't you seek some kind of therapy to live with the face you had rather than moving it all around five inches?" she asked a rarely speechless Charlotte.

Looking somewhat flummoxed, Charlotte told Janet that there was "too much to think about it" and then admitted that in a way she did attempt to talk through her emotions prior to surgery.

"I did. I mean, I feel like I had that counselling off my mam every day before I went to do it and it didn't really work," she told her co-panelists.

Charlotte insisted that she stood by her decision to have a nose job and lip fillers, saying: "I can understand your point completely but it was my decision at the end of the day."

We'll admit, we've never heard of this one before, but apparently some cosmetics have gluten in them – AND it could be what's causing your skin to break out.

It's certainly a lesser-known fact that gluten is an ingredient in many beauty products, and it can cause problems just like when we ingest it.

Many in Ireland suffer from gluten intolerance, and also 15- 20% of us will suffer from a condition called Dermatitis Herpetiformis which makes the skin red and inflamed when gluten is ingested.

Dr Peter Green spoke to InStyle and said: "We tell Celiac Disease patients and those with Dermatitis Herpetiformis to avoid gluten lipstick because they can ingest it."

However, he also admitted that, "it remains controversial and more studies need to be done to fully understand its role."

So, it turns out gluten might play a bigger role with our skin than we once thought.

For anyone who doesn't know who Michelle Mone is, she's the lady responsible for keeping our bosoms pert and our skin safely bronzed.

As the founder of lingerie company, Ultimo, and fake-tanning brand, UTan, you'd think Michelle would be a pro at working the crowds and charming an audience, but it seems the 44-year-old businesswoman has the ability to make as big a balls of social events as us mere mortals.

Taking to Instagram over the weekend, the  highly-regarded businesswoman revealed that she made a gaffe so big we're still struggling to come to terms with it.

While speaking at an event in Vietnam, the normally chill Michelle was approached by an individual which she…wait for it…mistook for a child.

Swooping in for a hug, Michelle picked him up only to learn that he is in fact a married man who happened to be a whole two years older than her. (We're literally sweating here, girls.)

Taking to social media to OWN her shame, Michelle wrote: "Most embarrassing moment."

"Speaking in Vietnam to 3,000 people, thought this was a 6 year old, picked him up, he's a MAN. Everyone thought it was hilarious including him."

Yeah he says that Michelle, he SAYS that.

It's safe to say that we all LOVE First Dates Ireland and it is a major success for viewers (but not so much for the actual daters).

However, everyone knows that going on a first date is super nerve-wrecking – nevermind a BLIND first date with a hundred cameras pointing in your face.

Some act totally cool and hit it off, and others, well, we'll just say they don't click.

The latter can be said for daters from the second episode, Dawn and Alannah-Rose.

The pair didn't exactly see eye-to-eye, yet their post-date summary suggested something completely different.

Spotted by Joe.ie, the post-date analysis said that the women went straight to The George and Alannah-Rose said it was "one of the best nights of her life."

However, in reality, that didn't actually happen:

Yep, so apparently they headed to a totally different nightclub, and Dawn left soon after they arrived.

The analysis has since been changed for anyone watching the repeats. Now, we just can't wait for this Thursday's drama.

Rihanna is a woman of many talents; a singer, fashion designer, business woman, and an all-round badass chick – but her latest venture is probably the most rewarding.

The Grammy-winning singer announced yesterday that she's launching a global scholarship program through her nonprofit charity, the Clara Lionel Foundation, to help students pay for college and university.

According to the singer, the new program will support citizens or natives of Brazil, Cuba, Barbados, Haiti, Grenada, Guyana and Jamaica in achieving higher education in the US.

Speaking to USA Today, Ri said: "To be able to give the gift of an education is actually an honour."

"Higher education will help provide perspective, opportunities, and learning to a group of kids who really deserve it. I am thrilled to be able to do this."

Rihanna launched the Clara Lionel Foundation back in 2012, and it was created and named after her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite.

We think this is such a kind and thoughtful thing to do!

Cheryl made a major statement when she stepped out with her new beau Liam Payne in Paris yesterday, yet it was behind the scenes that the singer had the most fun.

The star joined up with her BFF Eva Longoria and enjoyed playing face swap while at a glitzy party in Cannes.

The friends posed as their features were swapped around, and they actually looked very similar to each other.

Eva is heard saying on the video: "Amazing, I look so pretty."

With Cheryl adding: "We don't actually look that different."

Both of the women looked absolutely stunning on the night, and Eva captioned the funny video: "What you have all been waiting for! Me & @CherylOfficial face swapped! #Twins #LorealGirls (sic)"

Last week, Mark Wright shared a photo on Instagram, and let's just say it was very revealing.

The snap showed him getting out of the bath, with just bubbles covering his… erm, modesty.

Many of his fans lashed out at him on Twitter, saying they thought it was a very disrespectful thing to do to his wife. One user wrote: "Mark put your body away you're married and being disrespectful to your wife!!! I would be fuming."

While another said: "I don't normally comment on things like this but a very strange thing to do when your married."

However, while speaking to Star Magazine, Mark responded to the question of whether Michelle was upset by the bath photo.

The reality star said: "It's a silly question. I mean, why would she be? Seriously?"

"People have seen me on the beach before with my top off."

He continued: If people want to think that [it was disrespectful behaviour], well, each to their own. People need to lighten up."

Well, OK then.

After recently revealing a teeny-tiny face tattoo on Instagram, Justin Bieber did what he does best, and sent his fans and followers into a total meltdown. (Obvs)

While some Beliebers were quick to question whether the 22-year-old singer had inadvertently gotten a gang-related symbol inked on his upper cheekbone, others fangirled all over themselves and told Justin he was totes obliged to live his true authentic life. (Not in so many words, but you know.)

Anyway, according to the star's tattoo artist,  it looks like his fans were tying themselves in knots over nothing.

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Justin's tattoo artist JonBoy explain that the tat is a tiny cross and something that the Sorry singer had wanted for some time.

"I think it was already kind of brewing in his head. I think when he saw mine and just how subtle it is, I think he saw that and thought 'Oh, that's pretty cool, I could rock something like that.' It doesn't look gawdy on him," he explained.

"We were sitting there and chatting about why we wanted it near the eye, and it's really to see people through the cross – to see people with our eyes through the cross with our grace and with our love," JonBoy continued.

Reminding the public that Justin's tat wasn't a way to rile up his followers, JonBoy said: "He didn't do anything to hurt his fans."

"He's still going to create awesome music – if anything, he's going to be reminded and inspired everyday why he's here on Earth, and that's just to love on people."

So, that's it. It's just a way for him to just love us more – What a relief…

It really is one big ol' brood-fest here in SHEmazing! HQ today!

Following on from both Jessica Capshaw's adorable snapshot and the news that Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have welcomed their second child, we are coo'ing all over the newest addition to the O'Loughlin/MacInnes family.

Taking to Instagram earlier today, the husband of TV3's Aisling O'Loughlin's has confirmed the arrival of the couple's third child.

Nick MacInnes, who also has two children from a previous relationship, uploaded an incredible pic of his newborn to Instagram, writing: "Baby No 5 has just arrived and embracing life. All is good and beautiful."

The black and white shot has captivated his online followers, with one writing: "Wow, what an amazing photo. Love to all!"

38-year-old Aisling, who has been co-presenting Xposé since 2007, recently gushed over the impending arrival, telling The Diary: "I can’t wait to meet him. It’s amazing thinking, ‘Who’s in there, what do you look like?’ You just don’t know who you’re making."

That amazing shot is definitely one for the 21st party!
