Ectasy, ketamine, crystal meth and a drug known as Methylcathinone have been ruled legal today after a court ruling.

The Court of Appeal ruled the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977 as unconstitutional, meaning that over 100 drugs are currently legal under Irish law.

The Dáil is planning to sit in until 11.30pm tonight in order to pass emergency laws while the Seanad will then pass the laws tomorrow.

For now however, possession of these drugs, some of them Class-A, is technically legal. What a loophole!

Irish TV presenter Jennifer Maguire's due date is drawing near, so we can imagine the last thing she wants to hear is a snarky comment about her weight.

But the Republic of Telly star showed she can give as good as she gets when she shared a particularly sassy response on Twitter today.

Jennifer, who is expecting her first child with new husband Lau Zamparelli, was out shopping when a stranger commented on the size of her bump.

"To the girl in the phone shop who said to me 'you are huge..Is there 2 in there?' I saw this and thought of you," wrote Jennifer on her Twitter account, posting this message:

Yup, we've definitely met a few of those before!

Calvin Harris is a single man again after just seven months!

The DJ had been dating model Aarika Wolf since last summer, but they reportedly broke up recently. A source close to Calvin said the relationship ended "around the time of the BRITs last month."

The source added that things had ended well between Calvin and 21-year-old Aarika. "They were both into each other for a long time but it just didn't work out and they'll stay friends. Calvin is always really busy and is constantly travelling around to DJ gigs so he's happy to be single for a while."

It's thought the pair first met when Aarika was cast in the video for Calvin's song Blame back in August.

Calvin might have already moved on though, as there is speculation that he and Taylor Swift could be more than friends. The pair were seen chatting together at the BRITs with Calvin apparently being VERY "touchy feely," and Taylor even flew out to Nevada to watch Calvin DJ earlier this month – though she kept quiet about it on social media!

Before meeting Aarika, Calvin dated singer Rita Ora for nine months, a relationship which ended messily last year when Calvin prevented Rita from performing a song he had written and produced for her at the Teen Choice Awards.

Rita did not cope well with the split, saying at the time that she was "not doing too great" but that she was still "doing better than [she would have] thought," adding, "I adore him and he’s such an amazing human being. It was more about the situation. It was inconvenient. It sucks. It wasn’t about ‘us.’ It was about the world we live in."

We hope Calvin's coping well with the break-up this time around!

Oh, Kim, will you ever learn?!

The middle Kardashian sister was up to her old tricks again last night when she posted a seriously raunchy snap on Twitter, showing her and Kanye getting up to no good.

The pair are currently in Paris where Kanye has been performing a series of concerts for the Louis Vuitton Foundation, and they have been pictured numerious times looking VERY cosy together.

And Kim showed that the passion's not just for the paparazzi cameras when she shared this picture last night of her biting Kanye's cheek with a VERY suggestive caption showing an aubergine and a peach… we'll leave you to work out what she was going for with that combination of emojis!

Kim and Kanye have made no secret of the fact that they are currently trying for a second child – in a recent promo video for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim even told Khloé that the couple have been having sex "like 500 times a day."

And they're enjoying it too, by the looks of it!

Former rugby player and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ben Cohen is set to take his ex's mother to court later this month on a harassment charge.

The sports star was married to Abby Cohen, the mother of his twin daughters, for eleven years, before the couple split in 2014.

Ben now claims that Abby's mother Felicity Bassouls bombarded him with calls and emails after the split.

It's widely believed Ben and Abby's marriage breakdown was linked to rumours the rugby star had grown close to his Strictly partner, professional dancer Kristina Rihanoff, while appearing on the show as a celebrity contestant in 2013.

Both Ben and Kristina strongly denied there was anything going on between them, although the chemistry between them was widely commented on.

Last year it was revealed that Kristina had apparently been banned from partnering with married men on the show, after the break ups of Joe Calzaghe, Vincent Simone and then Ben were linked to her.

Back in September, Felicity branded Ben a "bully" and responded to his official statement about his split from Abby by saying, "I have experienced a great deal of bullying from you myself. Your behaviour has been so disrespectful and very intimidating not just to myself but my husband also."

She continued by saying, "I know you very well Mr. Ben Cohen and I am not going to stand back and let you bully and intimidate me again. You have broken my daughter's heart and the little girls' and also my heart."

Now Ben plans to take Felicity to court on a harassment charge, with a date set for later this month.

Sounds like a very messy split indeed.

Frankie Bridge from The Saturdays is currently expecting her second child, but her pregnancy hasn't been as smooth this time around.

The singer was forced to pull out of the Strictly Come Dancing live tour earlier this year due to a pregnancy-related illness, tweeting her fans to break the news at the same time as she announced her pregnancy.

Now Frankie has opened up about the illness, a severe form of morning sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum, which Kate Middleton also notably suffered from during both her last and current pregnancy.

Speaking about one particularly bad episode, the 26-year-old told OK! magazine, "I somehow ended up lying on the floor with a bowl and I just couldn't move. They wanted me to go to hospital at one point and I refused because there was no way I could get in a car, I couldn't even get off the floor," she said.

Frankie said the first round of morning sickness was the most severe, explaining, "It kicked in when I was about seven weeks and that first bout of sickness was the worst. It's probably the worst I've ever felt. Even to move my eyes made me feel sick."

Frankie, who was replaced by Rachel Stevens for the live Strictly tour, said she is still excited to welcome her second child despite the rough pregnancy. "With the first pregnancy we were obviously excited, but I feel like we're almost a bit more excited this time because we haven't got that fear," she told the magazine.

The star already has a one-year-old son named Parker, with husband Wayne Bridge. The couple married last summer in an intimate country ceremony.

Frankie's bandmate Una Foden recently welcomed her second child, a little boy named Tadhg. We're hoping Frankie has a girl – how cute would that romance be a few years from now?!

A group of ten people, including a number of notable French sports stars, have been killed in a helicopter crash in Argentina. The crash happened during filming for a reality show called Dropped, an adventure-style survival show.

Among those killed in the tragic crash include Olympic swimming gold medalist Camille Muffat, Olympic boxer Alexis Vastine and sailor Florence Arthaud.

The accident happened in the La Rioja province of Argentina at around 5.15pm local time yesterday. "Apparently, the two helicopters collided as they were filming. There are no survivors," said a spokesman for the La Rioja region, Horacio Alarcon. 

According to the area's Secretary of Security, Cesar Angula, "an explosion occurred and it’s believed that they [the helicopters] collided." 

Dropped's producers, Adventure Line Productions (ADL) confirmed the ten deaths in a statement this morning. "All the ADL teams are devastated and share the deep pain of the families and loved ones they are in contact with. We are in contact with the production teams on site [and] with the French and Argentine authorities."

Camille Muffat, won three medals for her country in the 2012 London Olympics, while Alexis Vastine won bronze in the light welterweight category in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Florence Arthaud was often cited as one of the best sailors in the world, having succeeded hugely in a very male-dominated field.

The whole country has been buzzing with the news that a Tayto Pop-Up Shop would be opening on Dublin's Wicklow St this month, serving (what else?!) freshly made crisp sandwiches with a variety of flavours!

Scott Disick has been taking some time out in Europe recently – and it seems Kourtney was not very happy about welcoming him back to their California home. 

That's understandable, given that Scott definitely hasn't been on his best behaviour while he's been away. Not only did he cancel an appearance at a nightclub in England without warning to jet off to Paris for Fashion Week, it was also reported that he had asked a number of women back to his hotel while in the UK.

Ouch.

Now that Scott's back in the US, Kourtney is apparently keen to have it out with him (again) and to let him know that his behaviour is not acceptable. "The reunion was very tense and she was very mad at him but couldn’t really express it because they were with the kids," a source told HollywoodLife.

"She doesn’t like to be angry around the kids. But she is looking forward to tearing into him when the kids are away. But it isn’t going to last since Scott always gets away with everything."

The mum-of-three is reportedly "at the end of her rope" and had been "calling and texting [Scott], ordering him to come home" during his trip.

Kourtney gave birth to her and Scott's third child, Reign Aston Disick, shortly before Christmas, and has been taking things easy since.

This isn't the first time since Reign's birth that Scott has gotten out of control – back in January he was hit with a $2,000 bill after trashing a hotel room in Colorado with friends and stealong alcohol from the hotel bar.

We sense there'll be a LOT of drama on the next season of KUWTK!

Some tragic news today as it's been confirmed that former TOWIE star Cara Kilbey has suffered a miscarriage at five months into her pregnancy.

Cara's rep confirmed the news today, saying, "It is with great sadness that I must inform you that last week Cara Kilbey suffered a late miscarriage. Cara was over five months pregnant when she lost her baby."

The reality star broached the news in a subtle way on social media today, posting a picture with the message "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and a broken heart.

Cara and her close friend Billi Mucklow announced their pregnancies just weeks apart at the beginning of this year.

The star's spokesperson asked that she be granted privacy at this tragic time, saying, "Cara and her partner are devastated at the loss and will not be commenting further on this deeply upsetting matter. I hope their privacy is respected in order to give them time to grieve and seek support."

Cara appeared in the early seasons of TOWIE before exiting the show in 2012 to launch her own fashion website.

Our thoughts are with Cara and her family at this difficult time.
