As kids across the country head back to school today, some parents might be feeling a little emotional and Una Healy is definitely one of them.

Posting a picture of her eldest daughter Aoife Bella on Instagram the singer was feeling sentimental as she waved her off on her first day of school.

Captioning the adorable black and white snap, “First day at big school”, Una was a little overwhelmed by the whole experience as she also shared a teary emoji.

Aoife Belle is four years old and is the eldest of two children for Una and rugby player husband, Ben Foden.

With their youngest Tadhg just one year old, they have a few more years before they have to go through the motions again.

This all comes just a week after Una said that the pair had no plans to have any more children.

“I’m done now. I really don’t want any more. If I see a baby I’m like ‘No definitely not’.

“It’s tough and really hard work. I’m just so happy with two.”

She's one-fifth of the always beautiful The Saturdays – and probably one of the biggest hotties that Thurles has ever produced.

And while being rich and famous definitely boosts what nature already gave you (oh, and the gorgeous rugby star husband probably helps too) – it's now evident that Una Foden has always been a total stunner.

Indeed, sharing a throwback snap from her Debs on her Instagram account, the 33-year-old looks fresh-faced and striking wearing a simple black, satin gown.

With minimal make-up on, she wears her auburn hair down around her shoulders.

The Voice Of Ireland judge attended Presentation Thurles from 1994 until 2000 – the same year her Debs took place. Unsurprisingly, she gained an A in music in both her Junior and Leaving Certs.

It's certainly Debs season at the moment – and the inaugural SHEmazing! Debs survey, released earlier today, shows that some Irish gals are forking out in excess of €1,000 on their Big Night.

Una, of course, has been married to Ben Foden for three-and-a-half years. Together, they have two children: Aoife, three, and Tadhg, six months.

She made a name for herself as one-fifth of mega-selling The Saturdays – and became a celeb couple stable when she married her rugby player beau, Ben, 30, three years ago.

But despite being based across the water for the best part of decade, Una Foden admits that she still pines for her native Tipperary.

"I love coming home to my family and all that," she reveals. "It's always going to be 'home home' to me.”

As for setting up a more permanent base in Ireland, the singer hints: “You never know… maybe if I can convince Ben to play for Munster!”

Of course, Una has been taking some well-deserved down-time since giving birth to her second child, a son they named Tadhg, back in February.

But in conversation with SHEmazing! she reveals that she’s nearly ready to get back to the grindstone.

Indeed, the 33-year-old musician has just signed up for another series of The Voice Of Ireland. And after mentoring last season's winner, Patrick Donoghue, she understandably can't wait to return.

"I've just signed my contract actually," she tells us at the launch of RTÉ's autumn schedule in Dublin's Smock Alley Theatre.

So will Rachel Stevens, Kian Egan and Bressie all be back in the famous red chairs this year too? “I can't say anything, but I'd love it to be the same three again,” she explains.

With the family-of-four just recently moving into a swish new abode in Northampton, Una will be commuting on a regular basis between there and Dublin once filming kicks off in October.

Now juggling the demands of her toddler daughter, Aoife Belle, as well as baby Tadhg, Una is nevertheless looking as slim as ever in a grey and black floral minidress by Victoria Beckham. In fact, you'd never guess that Una has given birth just six months ago.

"I stayed fit and healthy during my pregnancy," she reveals. "So I had about a stone to lose after. But I didn't put any pressure on myself.

"Even on The Voice, I worked with the stylist during my pregnancy and I just wore clothes a size bigger so I'd be comfortable."

She mightn't put the pressure on in terms of body image, but when it comes to mentoring her acts on The Voice, Ms Foden definitely pushes herself as hard as she can. "I'll be competitive from the word 'go,'" she laughs.

The singer and her fellow coach Kian Egan were notorious for their bickering on the last series of the hit show, and although the pair are pals off air, Una says the arguments were never fake.

"They were very much genuine on the night!" she explains. "But we do get on really."

As for Una's own singing career, while The Saturdays are still on extended hiatus we could finally get to hear some solo work in 2016: "I've been taking time out but I have written a lot and I do hope to start next year," she reports.

Two kids, a solo career, a TV talent show AND a plan to bring Ben and the Munster team together? Sounds like the next 12 months will be very busy for Una.

Frankie, one-fifth of The Saturdays, looks stunning as she relaxes in a bikini with her baby bump on full show.

The 26-year-old singer really is glowing dressed in a two-piece with a white cardigan covering her shoulders

The young singer is expecting baby number two with her husband, footballer Wayne Bridge.

And she has lately been taking to Instagram to share snaps of her growing belly, as well as further photos of her adorable two-year-old son, Parker.

Frankie said she has been looking to bandmate and mum-of-two Una Foden (she has a daughter, Aoife, and a son, Tadhg) for advice when it comes to managing two children under three.

Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: ''Soon we'll be a family of four so it's nice to see someone I'm so close to juggle work and having a family, because you never know how you're going to cope with two of them running around.

''Parker was so affectionate with Tadhg when he met him and he seems so interested in other babies. I'm hoping that means he's really going to enjoy having the new baby around but you never know.''

Frankie is also planning on adding to her tattoos once the little one arrives: ''I do want to get another one for Parker and the new baby, I'm just not sure what yet.''

Frankie also told Ok! magazine she has yet to pick a baby name and doesn't want people to think "Oh she did well with the first one but this one…'

The former Strictly star continued: "We have one that Wayne likes more than me, even though I came up with it. I'm not really stressing about it."

Una Foden has made the decision to launch a solo career after it was revealed that The Saturdays are taking a break.

The 33-year-old is going to stay with Polydor records to focus on an acoustic country sound with her guitar and song writing skills, according to the Mirror.

The singer already has a very hectic schedule as she was a coach on The Voice of Ireland, and mother to Aoife-Belle, 3, and baby Tadhg, 3 months. The Voice of Ireland 2015 ended at the end of April so we're sure Una is ready for some peace and quiet at home with her children and husband, Ben Foden.

Una was selected in October 2014 to be a judge on the show for 2015 and we're sure she will be back since one of her acts, Patrick Donoghue, went on to win the competition.

The Saturdays have been together since 2008, but it's not all doom and gloom for their fans. They are still signed to Polydor records so are not breaking up for good, just taking a break to focus on their own careers.

Una, Mollie and Vanessa are ready to launch their solo careers, while Rochelle is working on her growing TV career and Frankie is pregnant with her second child.

While Una's music will have an acoustic sound, Mollie's will have an eighties pop vibe and Vanessa is choosing R&B.

It will be interesing to see how this turns out for the lovely ladies.

A great pair of skinny jeans can totally revamp your wardrobe, so it's worth shopping around for the perfect fit.

We're always keeping an eye out for new styles, and when we saw Freddy jeans popping up on on our social media feeds again and again over the last few weeks, we knew we had to check them out.

With a host of celebrity fans in the US including Eva Longoria, Lea Michelle and Hayden Panettiere, this Italian brand already has a cult following.

Converts on this side of the pond include Pippa O'Connor, Rosanna Davison and Una Foden, and that's just for starters.

So what's the attraction? Well, every pair of these magical skinnies is enhanced with WR.UP technology, specially designed to lift and shape your curves.

Danielle McCrossan of Coco Boutique in Dublin is one of the main stockists of the full Freddy range – which includes jeans, leather-look skinnies, trainers and workout gear – and she says they're perfect for almost every shape. "If you have a flat bum, the jeans will give you that great curve, and if you're already curvy they'll enhance what you have," she explains.

A photo posted by Una Foden (@unafoden) on

As for the price, Freddy jeans might be a celebrity favourite but they don't come with an A-list price tag.

"The starting price is €79.90 and they go up from there," says Danielle. "We've been stocking the jeans for four months and we're currently selling around 50 pairs a week, which is huge for a boutique."

As well as the obvious advantages of enhancing your natural curves, the jeans also come in a range of washes, fits and lengths, which means you can easily find the perfect pair for you. "One of our most popular styles for petite girls is the 7/8 length skinnies, which have a shorter leg, so you don't need to get them taken up or cut and ruin their overall fit," says Danielle.

As well as being available from Coco Boutique on Clarendon St, Dublin, the Freddy range can also be purchased online at freddy.ie, though if it's your first pair Danielle recommends coming into the store to ensure you get the perfect fit. "There's quite a wide range so it's handy to come in and try them on in store where you can ask our advice," she says.

We can't wait to give them a go!

It was almost as invigorating as the show itself: tuning in to see what The Voice Of Ireland judges Una Foden and Rachel Stevens were wearing.

But as the RTE talent show wraps up for another season, we’re still left with heaps of seriously stylish memories, not to mention plenty of fashion-inspiration for the forthcoming season.

Stylist-to-the-stars Ingrid Hoey has been at the helm of the striking looks sported by both Una and Rachel – keeping fans of the show updated on her Twitter and Instagram accounts as the series progressed.

Ingrid Hoey master-minded The Voice looks

Speaking exclusively to SHEmazing! Ingrid says that, thankfully, over the course of the six live Voice airings when anything can happen, there were no last-minute style disasters. And she says that far from being divas, the celebrity judges were incredibly easy to work with. “They both really enjoy fashion and dressing up,” she explains. “So each week we just had lots of fun deciding the looks and it was a total pleasure to work with both of them.”

It’s tough to pick a single stand-out piece, but when pushed Ingrid reveals: “Rachel's favourite look for me was the Umit Kutluk dress she wore in the semi finals – it just had a gorgeous finish to it and fitted perfectly.

“My favourite look for Una was the Simone Rocha dress from Havana boutique in Donnybrook,” she adds. “It was totally different for her.”

So until next year – or least until Cheryl returns to the X Factor judging panel in the autumn – here we round-up the attire that demanded attention during The Voice Of Ireland…

Una looked divine in this beautiful Simone Rocha floral jacquard dress from her SS15 collection. Sourced from Havana boutique in Donnybrook, you can also get it on mytheresa.com for a cool €1,750. We’re particularly coveting the draped hemline and nipped-in waist. Una wore it with jewellery from Chupi and River Island shoes.

Rachel mixed things up three weeks ago with a Joanne Hynes corset teamed with Pinko trousers, sourced from Harvey Nicks in Dundrum. The shoes were Buffalo, while the jewellery is from Loulerie

Rachel proves that it's not all about dresses

Una saved the best until last in her sweeping Umit Kutluk dress in black, teamed with strappy Buffalo sandals – a steal at €128 from Arnotts – and jewellery sourced from Knightsbridge

Two weeks ago, Ms Stevens was wearing this piece from the current collection at Self-Portrait, available in BT2s. Again, she completed the look with Buffalo shoes and Loulerie jewellery.

This collared dress from Self-Portrait was spot-on

Una also opted for Umit Kutluk two weeks ago, this time donning a red and black knee-length lace dress with a mesh hem. She kept her accessories simple, but opted for gold Louboutin sandals, which are priced at €525.

For yesterday’s final, Rachel wore a full-length dress from H&M – which has unfortunately now sold out. Her earrings are from Loulerie.

This H&M dress has now sold out

And let’s not forget about Kathryn: the presenter certainly held her own among the popstars in a series of stunning outfits, also master-minded by Ingrid. Her pink dress is from Ted Baker, Karen Millen is responsible for the black and red number, while the white gown comes from Pinko.

Controversy surrounding  the latest X Factor scandal, which saw the official dismissal of judges Natalia Kills and husband Willy Moon, hasn't gone away just yet!

The lovely Una Foden has weighed in on the scandal and the normally mild-mannered popstar showed a fiery side when she revealed her true feelings for the disgraced judges.

Admitting she thinks the popstar judges got everything they deserved, the mum-of-two said: "I'm glad that people turned on them like they did because it was just disgusting behaviour."

Going further still, Una slammed singer Natalia, saying: "She used the word disgusting. Well I thought she was disgusting to be perfectly honest."

Joe Irvine, who was on the receiving end of the judge's cruel tirade, already has the backing of Ed Sheeran and there's no doubt Una is championing the contestant all the way, saying: "I have gone through that process and I know how tough it is getting up on that stage."

We don't think this scandal is going to die down for quite some time!

Could this be the most gorgeous family we've ever seen?!

Una Foden from the Saturdays welcomed her second child last month, a little boy named Tadhg.

Some professional photos of Una's new arrival  were alredy shared in a recent issue of Hello! as part of a spread featuring Una, her husband Ben and daughter Aoife Belle.

However the singer has now shared some candid snaps of little Tadhg being cuddled at home, and it's clear he's inherited his parents good looks! Last night Una posted this beautiful snap of Ben cradling his son, with the caption, "my heart could burst with how in love I am x"

Those cheeks – we're smitten!

She also shared a sweet picture of Tadhg on his own with the caption, "#Tadhg 5 weeks old". We can't get over his big brown eyes… what a beaut!

It's not just Una and Ben who are enjoying their new arrival – little Aoife Belle, who turns three tomorrow, is already settling into the role of big sister:

Frankie Bridge from The Saturdays is currently expecting her second child, but her pregnancy hasn't been as smooth this time around.

The singer was forced to pull out of the Strictly Come Dancing live tour earlier this year due to a pregnancy-related illness, tweeting her fans to break the news at the same time as she announced her pregnancy.

Now Frankie has opened up about the illness, a severe form of morning sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum, which Kate Middleton also notably suffered from during both her last and current pregnancy.

Speaking about one particularly bad episode, the 26-year-old told OK! magazine, "I somehow ended up lying on the floor with a bowl and I just couldn't move. They wanted me to go to hospital at one point and I refused because there was no way I could get in a car, I couldn't even get off the floor," she said.

Frankie said the first round of morning sickness was the most severe, explaining, "It kicked in when I was about seven weeks and that first bout of sickness was the worst. It's probably the worst I've ever felt. Even to move my eyes made me feel sick."

Frankie, who was replaced by Rachel Stevens for the live Strictly tour, said she is still excited to welcome her second child despite the rough pregnancy. "With the first pregnancy we were obviously excited, but I feel like we're almost a bit more excited this time because we haven't got that fear," she told the magazine.

The star already has a one-year-old son named Parker, with husband Wayne Bridge. The couple married last summer in an intimate country ceremony.

Frankie's bandmate Una Foden recently welcomed her second child, a little boy named Tadhg. We're hoping Frankie has a girl – how cute would that romance be a few years from now?!

Una Foden and her husband Ben have finally given the world a glimpse of their new son!

The couple, who are also parents to two-year-old Aoife Belle, welcomed little Tadhg earlier this month – and he's just as gorgeous as we thought he'd be!

Una, Ben and their growing family posed for the new issue of Hello! magazine and spoke for the first time about being parents again.

"The second he was out, I abandoned poor Una and all my focus switched to Tadhg," said doting father Ben, who revealed he was very hands-on during the birth. "I did my own check on him and cut the cord, as I had done with Aoife. Again, that was an incredible experience."

Speaking about choosing an Irish name for their son, Ben said it was an easy decision. "We were going over names for ages and I'd suggested Ty, which I really liked, when Una said, 'There's an Irish name that's very similar'. As soon as she said it, I thought, 'That's cool'."

Una and Ben announced they were expecting back in September, posting a gorgeous picture of little Aoife wearing a t-shirt that said, "I'm going to be a big sister."

The singer announced Tadhg's arrival on Twitter, saying she and Ben were "so so in love" with their new little one:

What a beautiful family!
