Model Kendall Jenner opened up this week about her parent’s divorce in a revealing interview with Juju Chang on American television show Nightline. The stunning nineteen-year-old discussed the change in family dynamic, saying: “It sucked. But it’s not- I try not to think of it as the worst thing that could have happened.”

Commenting on media intrusion at the time of the split, the young model is adamant that closing your ears to the constant rumours is the only way to deal with it, saying: “If you just ignore it and go on and you’re like ‘I know what’s real. My family, my friends, they know what’s real. So what else, why does that matter?’”

Kendall’s mom and dad Kris and Bruce Jenner married in 1991 and filed for divorce in September 2014 with Kendall’s mom citing irreconcilable differences. Despite constant reports of rifts within the world famous family Kendall says: “I still am so close with both my mom and my dad.”

Kris recently confirmed this when speaking about her ex-husband, saying: “We have children together, and we have memories and holidays and traditions. I don’t want him to take that away from me and I don’t want to take that away from him.”

When first learning of the split, Kendall broke down telling her older sisters: “We won’t be siblings anymore…for someone to say we’re not going to be sisters anymore, that really really affects me.” But thankfully, Kendall has now said: “Nothing has really changed. Everybody’s happy.”

That’s the main thing, right?

We still think of Rachel McAdams as the high school queen Regina George, but the actress happens to be turning 36 today!

As well as clearly being in possession of some kind of eternal youth serum, the About Time star also has an incredible sense of style. Let’s take a look at some of her best red carpet and street style looks…

1. Portrait perfect
Rachel’s Elie Saab dress at the 2010 Oscars was an unusual choice, but the watercolour effect worked amazingly against her beautiful pale skin. A total win!

2. Drama queen
Wow! A daring look for the 2011 Cannes Film Festival. Sometimes bravery pays off, though – the media went into overdrive when Rachel stepped out in this red Marchesa gown.

3. Sparkling stunner
The actress showed off her incredible figure with some glittering red carpet elegance at the 2011 premiere of Sherlock Holmes in Los Angeles. Another Marchesa number!

4. Old school glamour
Showing she’s not just a pretty face, Rachel went for a seriously sexy Marilyn Monroe-esque look for a screening of Midnight in Paris back in 2011. We want this Louis Vuitton dress in our own wardrobes!

5. Monochrome elegance
The actress turned a fairly standard LBD into a killer look with the addition of a long buckled black coat for an interview with BBC Radio 1. Gorgeous!

6. Relaxed and simple
A navy polka dot Tibi dress was the perfect choice for a spot of shopping at Dior back in 2012.

7. Summer florals
This high-waisted midi skirt flattered Rachel’s long and lean figure – a simple white tee was all that was needed to set this look off!

8. Futuristic fancy
One word: stunning. This white Roksanda Illimic gown for the 2013 London premiere of About Time was a departure from Rachel’s usual red carpet looks – a structured white gown with metallic detail at the waist. We hope to see more dresses like this in the style queen's wardrobe!

9. Big hair, don’t care
The actress donned a Sixties-style dress and bouffant hair for the Munich premiere of About Time last year. Flirty and fun – we love it.

10. Summer brights
Our usual long-haul flight wardrobe consists of leggings and a sweater (read: our PJs) but Rachel clearly doesn’t do low-key! A gorgeous grey blazer was the perfect complement to that zingy yellow blouse. Win.

This is just adorable!

You'd be forgiven for thinking that singer Demi Lovato was a single gal, as she very rarely speaks about her love life. In reality though, the star has been dating That 70s Show actor Wilmer Valderrama for four years. The pair are both very tight-lipped about the relationship, speaking only occasionally about each other in interviews.

We appreciate that every couple needs their privacy, but we're still a little bit delighted that Demi chose to share a romantic picture of her beau on social media yesterday.

She posted this sweet PDA snap to Twitter and Instagram with the caption, "I never post personal pictures like this but f—k.. He is perfect. I miss my @WValderrama."

We bet that had Wilmer blushing!

Although Demi rarely mentions her boyfriend online, she has been posting a couple of pictures of late, including this fun Halloween pic, showing the pair dressed as Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz:

She also mentioned Wilmer in a recent interview, describing him as "my very best friend in the whole world who I happen to be attracted to."

The latest series of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here started last night, with eleven contestants getting ready for a whirlwind few weeks in the Australian jungle. Those taking part this year include Kendra Wilkinson, Tinchy Stryder and TOWIE's Gemma Collins,

Irish model Nadia Forde is flying the flag for the Emerald Isle, and she chatted a little about her career in last night's episode.

Things got off to a fairly bad start when viewers began commenting on Twitter about having no idea who she was – although she does happen to have over 20,000 followers on the social media site:

The 25-year-old then mentioned on air that she had her own reality show – which sparked even more confusion from those watching:

Turns out the model, who was linked to Rory McIlroy earlier this year, did have a four-part reality series on 3e called Nadia Goes To Hollywood. Okay, we'll take that, but it's not quite Keeping Up With The Kardashians!

MTV star Laura Whitmore, who is hosting the I'm A Celebrity… aftershow, even received a grilling about why Nadia was chosen. "Who is she?" asked contributor Eamonn Holmes. "Not even Rory McIlroy knows who she is. No one in Ireland knows who she is."

Ouch!

Laura responded by saying Nadia was "a model in Ireland" but that she didn't know much about her as she hadn't "been home in a while."

Nadia must have a few people rooting for her, though – former Miss World Rosanna Davison was one of the first to pass on her good wishes:

We hope things go a bit better for the model tonight!

When we’re in a hurry to get somewhere on time or to finish off an important work assignment, the common signs of stress kick in. Our heart rate rises, we begin to breathe faster, we might start sweating or even getting a little shaky.

At times like this it’s easy to understand how stress can be bad for you and why it’s something we are told so often to avoid and to deal with better.

But new research has shown that it might not be stress that’s the killer.

Rather, it’s our perception of stress as being bad for us that is the problem. A study of 30,000 people in typically stressful lifestyles over an eight-year period showed that those who truly believed stress was damaging to their health were more likely to die prematurely than those who considered it as just a normal part of life.

The fact is, when that rising heart rate kicks in, it’s not our body’s way of saying, "Get a new job! Relax! You’re not coping.” It’s really just our brain trying to help us along by pumping more blood around our body for energy.

When we start breathing faster as the clock ticks closer to our deadline, it’s not a cause for worry, it’s just our body’s way of getting more oxygen to our brain.

That sweating or even shakiness is a sign that our adrenaline levels are at a high – not a sign that we are about to keel over.

If we didn’t react to high-energy situations like that, we’d probably never get anything done or meet the challenges that life sets us every day.

Health psychiatrist Kelly McGonigal gave a TED talk on this new way of viewing stress last year, in which she pointed out that our body’s reaction to challenging situations is actually very similar to our natural responses “in moments of joy or courage.”

So could it really work? It’s all well and good to take in this information now, when we’re not necessarily feeling much stress. But what about when we are actually overwhelmed with work and feel our heart rate creeping up? Could telling ourselves, “this is good for you, this is helping you along,” actually make a difference?

Kelly referred to a study in which participants were encourage to view their body’s changes during times of stress as healthy– and found that their heart’s blood vessels stayed more relaxed even while working to pump extra blood around their bodies. “When you view stress in that way, your body believes you, and your stress response becomes healthier,” she said.

We all have our own ways of coping, but even the most relaxed people among us can’t say they’ve never experienced the tell tale signs of stress. Next time you feel yourself getting anxious or overwhelmed by a task, try taking a moment to accept that your body is just trying to help you along, even though it mightn’t feel that way at the time.

One Direction took over the Today show earlier to launch their new album, which is released worldwide today.

But fans were shocked when only four of the lads stepped out on stage in Orlando, Florida for the big performance, with Zayn Malik nowhere to be seen.

Presenter Matt Lauer was quick to address the glaring absence, saying, "I'm counting chairs here and I see four…where is Zayn?"

Turns out the poor singer has a "tummy bug," and couldn't make the trip to Florida, according to bandmate Liam. “He couldn’t make it over, but we only found out this morning. We’re really sad and he is as well, that he can’t be here for our album release," he said during the interview.

Matt was clearly looking for a scoop, as he went on to press Liam about the possibility that Zayn's mysteriously illness might be related to "substance abuse" – but that allegation was quickly shot down. "No, he’s just got a stomach bug," said Liam.

"He’s ok, he’s just at home — he’s got to rest,” Liam added. “We’re just waiting for a phone call from him!”

Fans quickly took to social media to wish the 21-year-old well, with #GetWellSoonZayn and #WheresZayn trending worldwide on Twitter.

And to really pull at the heartstrings, the guys refused to introduce themselves as "One Direction," saying they weren't complete without their bandmate. Aaaaw!

Check out their performance of Steal My Girl, the lead single from Four, here:

What is it about going home that makes us regress back to our teenage years?

Suddenly, we find ourselves to be an overgrown version of our once whiny, hormonal selves…

Here are some things you may find happening when you head home for weekends…

1. You run to the fridge to hide all the nice stuff from your siblings
They’ll never check the veg drawer

2. You go to your room only to realise your mom is slowly but surely turning it into something else
What is this, a gym? A sewing room? A dressing room? You can’t quite tell yet

3. You say you’re going to hit the local pub(s) but end up watching The Late Late with your parents
“Ah, I’ll just see who he has on next and go then”

4. You have a massive fight with your brother/sister
He ate all the food in the whole house/you found your favourite jumper in her bag

5. You try to think of a good excuse not to go to mass
“I’m a Buddhist now, sorry Maw”

6. You have the BEST breakfast of all time complete with black AND white pudding, rashers, sausages and eggs
Heaven

7. You curse ONCE and you mom demands to know “what kind of people you’re hanging around with these days”
The worst kind

8. Finally, you’re glad to be leaving – but you’re still looking forward to heading home next week
Aww

It’s easy to love Bill Murray the actor for his superb performances and fantastic film roles, but how easy is it to love Bill Murray, the man?  Very.

 In fact, it’s even easier.

If you don’t know much about Bill apart from his roles in Ghostbusters, Lost in Translation and The Grand Budapest Hotel, then ladies you are in for a treat.

Feast your eyes on the many reasons Bill Murray is a king among men.

He karaokes
The sixty-four year-old star rocked out with a gang of karaokers in a New York bar when one of the group invited the actor to join their private studio.  He accepted, he bought them drinks and he sang a duet with one of the group. Legend.

He fights crime
Bill accidentally helped apprehend a bank robber in Tokyo when he stopped to chat to a man on the run from police. The man, who was attempting to escape arrest, spotted Bill and was super eager to discuss Lost in Translation. Bill happily obliged only to have the man tackled by police minutes later. Never a dull moment.

He works the camera
He made a newly-engaged couple’s day by including himself in their engagement photoshoot. Looking a little like a confused uncle, Bill barely smiled, but looked happy to take part all the same. Hey, if you’re gonna be photobombed by anyone, it may as well be Bill Murray, right?

He does your dishes
College student Lykke Stavnef astounded her mates when she rocked up to a house party in Scotland with Bill, whom she had earlier met in a bar. He mingled, he entertained and then he pulled on his marigolds and started doing their dishes.  We need this man on our guest lists.

He tends bar
While visiting a bar in Austin in 2010, Bill decided to mosy on in behind the bar (as you do) and began to serve rounds of tequila, regardless of the customer’s request. If Bill Murray gives you tequila, you take tequila. End of.

If only they’d make a film of his real life. Sigh.

Uh oh – what’s happened to Jamie Laing?!

The Made in Cheslea star was seen emerging from a nightclub with a bloody face and looking a little worse for wear.

Bouncers were on hand to help Jamie into a waiting car before driving away – home we hope!

It seems Jamie’s night out took a turn for the worse somewhere along the way and he got himself into a spot of bother!

Jamie is known in Made in Chelsea for his cheeky sense of humour so perhaps he took things a little far this time.

Feel better soon, Jamie!

If you’ve been tweezing or waxing for years, then you may still have to sample the joys of eyebrow threading!

Due to the precision of the approach, threading is a great alternative to other salon or DIY approaches and because it’s inexpensive and takes mere minutes, it’s the way to go for students and girls on a budget who won’t settle for less when it comes to their brows!

The method, which originated in India, is done by removing unwanted hair with a twisted cotton thread. Sounds fairly painless, right? Wrong!

Eye-watering, yes, but is it worth it? Absolutely.

Here are three quick tips for anyone new to threading!

Communicate
Like all beauty procedures, it’s vital you communicate your preference to your beautician. Thick, medium, thin; don’t forget to speak up!

Expect some pain
The threading process is over very quickly, but it stings while it’s happening. Deep breaths and the knowledge it’ll be over in less than two minutes will see you through!

Don't panic
Threading tends to be a little kinder to the skin than waxing and tweezing, but it may not look that way immediately after!  Don’t panic; the redness will calm down almost immediately and you’ll be left with brows that perfectly frame your face.

If you haven’t yet tried this approach, give it a go! It might be the exact approach you and your brows are looking for!

Solange Knowles had the wedding of her dreams yesterday surrounded by her big sister Beyoncé, her son, Daniel and all of her friends and family.

A photo posted by Beyoncé (@beyonce) on

However, the singer was spotted with a severe looking allergic reaction on her face, which had broken out in hives.

It remains unclear as to whether Solange came in contact with something that triggered its onset or if it came on from the emotion of the day.

The bride’s sister, Beyoncé, could be seen trying to help her cover up the marks in the back of a car.

It certainly looks painful – we hope Solange feels better soon!

Angelina Jolie had a very emotional moment on the red carpet last night.

The actress was attending the premiere of her film, Unbroken, which is based on the life of Olympian Louis Zamperini.

Louis sadly passed away in July before he got to see the movie finished and it is clear that Angelina misses him terribly.

Reporters on the red carpet read out some words spoken by Louis before he passed about the actress, saying: “Angelina became a big part of my life, she knows what she wants and she knows what she’s doing.  And I trust her 100%. I have all the confidence that Unbroken will be a great film.”

Louis’ words clearly touched Angelina dearly as she was left unable to answer but eventually says: “He was a great man.”
