The long standing feud between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B came to a head last night, when the pair were caught up in an altercation at a New York Fashion Week party.

A number of videos have surfaced online of Crdi lunging at Nicki, and allegedly throwing a shoe at her.

According to Cardi, the incident was instigated by Nicki after Nicki made a comment about Cardi's two month old daughter Kulture.

'I've let a lot of shit slide! I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me, I let you attempt to stop my bags, f*ck up the way I eat!,' Cardi wote in an Instagram post following the incident.

'You've threatened other artists in the industry, told them if they work with me you'll stop f*ckin with them!! I let you talk big shit about me!!'

She continued: 'I addressed you once in person, I addressed you a second time in person, and every time you copped a plea!! But when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are f–kin off!! I've worked too hard and come too far to let anybody f–k with my success!!!!'

Cardi left the fight with a pronounced bump on her forehead.

However, Variety confirms that the blow was dealt by the accidental elbow of one of Minaj’s security team.

Over on Twitter, the conversation has already turned to whether or not people are on team Cardi or team Nicki, with some declaring it the 'Battle of Female Rapsupremancy.'

We're thinking that there already isnt enough female representation in the rap game, so there's definitely room for both of them to succeed, without playing off one another.

Last night's Brit awards saw performances from music mega-stars such as Ed Sheeran and Katy Perry.

While the stage spotlight was on a select few, there were plenty of stars to choose from on the red carpet.

The style stakes were high, and some of our favourite celebrities completely nailed the high-glamour Brit Awards look.

Little Mix

A post shared by @jesynelson on

The Little Mix girls went out of their way to nail a major S/S trend each on the red carpet last night, as the group scooped the prize for Best British Single for Shout Out To My Ex.

Jesy rocked PVC and leather, Jade nailed the 90s slip trend, Leigh-Anne opted for daring, noughties ripped denim, and Perrie went for high-low feathers and the most elegant of side braids.

Ellie Goulding

A post shared by elliegoulding (@elliegoulding) on

Ellie Goulding looked absolutely amazing on the red carpet last night.

The singer opted for a slim fitting dress with draped chains across the chest, giving her an edgy and sexy look.

Fearne Cotton

A post shared by Fearne (@fearnecotton) on

Fearne looked uber-cool as usual in her black gown.

Ticking off multiple trends, the dress featured ruffles, an off-the-shoulder neckline and a mesh skirt.

Mollie King

A post shared by M O L L I E K I N G (@mollieking) on

We actually think Mollie has never looked better than she did in this slinky silver mini dress.

The addition of the oversized, colourful faux-fur stole draped dramatically over one shoulder added a fun and flirty edge to the ensemble.

And we will definitely be bringing pictures of that loose bob to our next hairdressing appointment.

Charlotte Crosby

While we're not major fans of the leopard print and black knickers combo, there is no denying that Charlotte looked damn good at last night's awards.

The ultimate champion of the overall look was her adorable faux freckles that she showcased over on her Snapchat on the night.

Holly Willoughby

A post shared by Holly Willoughby (@hollywilloughby) on

Looking sweet and chic as usual, Holly shone in her dazzling mini dress.

Keeping things simple, she also opted for slicked back hair and some barely there heels.

Katy Perry

Before making a political statement with her on-stage performance, the American songstress opted for Versace sequins on the red carpet.

The matching blazer complimented the dress perfectly, as it should, and Katy's elegant top knot didn't distract from her glittering ensemble.

The singer was left denying pregnancy rumours after fans thought that this dress gave her a teeny tiny baby bump.

5. Michelle Keegan

Michelle Keegan channelled Melania Trump's inauguration look in a subtly structured white dress.

The naturally beautiful actress accessorised with a gold box clutch, wavy locks and her gorgeous husband Mark Wright.

6. Myleene Klass

Myleene Klass rocked a Littlewoods lace dress on the red carpet, proving that high street style can definitely work for all occasions.

7. Holly Willoughby

Who rocked the best look? They all look absolutely amazing in our opinion.

Being human and all, around SHEmazing! Towers way we’re occasionally (read: often) fond of a bit of Jamie Dornan.

From The Fall to Fifty Shades – not to mention those Calvin Klein ads – the Co Down-man gives us all plenty to work with (bless him).

So when we heard that a Netflix feature-length flick, The Siege Of Jadotville, was being released with a certain Mr Dornan in the lead role, well we were all sorts of excited.

And suffice to say that excitement then turned to all-out exhilaration when SHEmazing! received a coveted invite to the red-carpet premiere, which took place last night on Dublin’s O’Connell St.

In attendance were the handsome likes of Jason O’Mara, Ronan Raftery, Charlie Kelly, and Conor MacNeill – but there’s no denying that Mr Christian Gray himself Jamie was the star of the evening.

Not only did we see him in the flesh up all close ‘n’ personal, but the 34-year-old even came over to SHEmazing! for something of an exclusive chat on the red-carpet.

"I think you have to have a bit of apprehension going into every job – call it nerves, or anxiety or excitement or whatever that is," Jamie told us when asked about taking on the mighty role of Pat Quinlan, the Irish commandant who led a stand-off against French and Belgian Mercenaries in the Congo during in the early 1960s.

"But I was desperate to play him and I wanted to make sure I honoured him and his family and the people that knew him because what he achieved was massive and monumentally heroic. The fact that he got those boys out there alive I still find incredible."

The cast of The Siege Of Jadotville spent ten weeks in South Africa filming – the first two weeks of which were a hard-core boot-camp to get the guys in shape and thinking like soldiers.

A photo posted by SHEmazing! (@shemazingie) on

"It was a very close-knit group," Mr Dornan said of dozen or-so lead actors on location. "Though I’m not sure the guys looked up to me like the soldiers looked up to Pat Quinlan. In fact, they definitely didn’t!" he laughed when we asked him if he embodies some of the same leadership qualities as Cmdt Quinlan.

"But they’re a great bunch of boys. And historically they were boys. Our lads playing them were mostly in their mid-20s, but the average age of the A-Company was 19, so they were really kids.

"Quinlan was 42 at the time so I’m playing him a little young, but he would have felt this massive sense of responsibility and the fact that he got them all out alive is just phenomenal."

Also in attendance were several veteran members of the Irish UN troops who fought during the 1961 siege – something which Jamie evidently found a great honour.

Admitting that he was hoping to head out in Dublin with them once the premiere had wrapped up, he added: "I’m looking forward to getting this over and having a pint!"

With risqué outfits becoming the red carpet’s new normal, it’s little wonder we’re seeing more wardrobe malfunctions than ever before.

But when a star’s seemingly innocent outfit decides to reveal its wearer’s assets, you can’t help but feel mortified for the person involved.

On Sunday night actress Lake Bell was victimised by a seriously unfortunate wardrobe malfunction when the sophisticated looking gown she was wearing to the Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony in LA decided to expose her to the event’s paparazzi.

As reported by the Mail Online, the 37-year-old Secret Life of Pets star was left looking naked from the waist down when the beaded fringing which covered her floor-length gown decided to swing upwards as she spun around.

While Lake did have underwear on (thank God), she did momentarily look like she’d gone commando as the thong she had on almost perfectly matched her skin tone.

Talk about a close call!

Some of the biggest names in music took to the red carpet yesterday for this year’s iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards in Toronto.

Host for the night Gigi Hadid set the bar for the event’s fashion as she stepped out in a striking red pant suit and glitzy oversized choker with a lengthly fishtail plait in her hair.

Gigi’s model friend Hailey Baldwin coupled her gold sequined mini-dress with a pair of strappy gold heels, leaving her hair and makeup simple so as not to overdo the look.

Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell stunned in her belted silky black slip dress which was split up to her thigh in Angelina Jolie fashion.

She was joined on the red carpet by her co-star Ashley Benson, who was also dressed in a simple slip.

Singer Sofia Carson chose a hot red lip and slicked back pony to go with her unique black co-ords.

While Canadian TV presenter Maripier Morin went for a girly pink skater style wrap dress and nude heels.

Fifth Harmony, Nick Jonas and James Bay all performed at the event which saw Drake take home five awards, including Video of the Year.

Justin Bieber and Fifth Harmony were also among the night's winners.
