If you have nerves of steel and fancy seeing the whole of Shanghai in one go you could take a leaf out of these two Russians’ book – although we certainly don’t recommend it.

Make sure you watch the video right through to the end, it will be worth it.

The poor guys had one hell of a walk back down.

Carrie Bradshaw has been a massive style icon from the time she arrived on our screens in 1998 until the end of Sex and the City in 2004.

We didn’t love all of her looks, but most of them, particularly in the later seasons, were stunning.

TThe season finale set in Paris also featured some beautiful looks like the green tulle skirt, which echoes back to the white tutu from the opening credits shot so many years ago, which we love.

Laid back Carrie is equally as stylish and we just love this outfit with the high-waist jeans and crop checked shirt.

You just have to watch this video.

There are maybe 100 people in the whole world who have the same condition as little Owen Hawkins. The eight-year-old has Schwartz-Jampel syndrome, which causes his muscles to seize involuntarily, leaving him in constant pain and suffering severe social anxiety.

Haatchi is an Anatolian Shephard, who was tied to a railway track and hit by a train when he was a puppy. After managing to survive for five days before being rescued, he needed to have his tail and leg amputated.

Life was hard for these two until they met each other. We can’t imagine anyone getting through this video without needing some tissues.

It’s a common fact that the food we eat has a direct impact on how we feel. If you eat the right foods, you and your significant other will be more than ready to enjoy a romantic time between the sheets.

Celebrate at a French restaurant
When it comes to romance, you can’t go wrong when you chose anything French.  In a French restaurant, you can enjoy clean seafood such as oysters, which are a well-known aphrodisiac.

Cook at home
Pop on your aprons and cook up a spicy Indian curry. If you add plenty of ginger, it will help boost circulation and leave you both with a sexy glow.

Leave room for dessert
When it comes to dessert, you can always get a good endorphin rush from dark chocolate. It has that feel-good factor that is a perfect way to end a romantic meal.

Don’t forget to splurge on some red wine – nothing gets us in the mood like a refreshing glass of red.

So it may not feel like it’s even remotely near summer but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat like it is. No, we won’t be getting the barbecue out any time soon but these Vietnamese summer rolls make it feel a little closer.

What you’ll need:

  • Rice paper (available at most Asian supermarkets)
  •  1/2 cucumber
  • 5 prawns, cooked and peeled
  • Lettuce
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1/2 carrot

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Slice the carrot, cucumber and spring onion, julienne style.
  2. Prepare the rice papers according to the instructions and lay them on a surface.
  3. Place a small portion of each veg and two prawns sliced length ways into the middle of the paper.
  4. Carefully fold in two opposing sides of the paper.
  5. Begin to fold a third side but simply keep rolling over to the other side until the roll is formed.
  6. Continue until the veg, prawns and papers are used or until you have enough!
  7. Serve with some sweet chilli sauce for dipping.

The words ‘parents’ and ‘condoms’ should never be used in the same sentence. Unfortunately, this ad ignores the rule and goes one step too far by putting it into a video.

This has got to be one of the most cringe-worthy condoms ads you will ever see.

Kristen Stewart has revealed that instead of eating ice cream or going for a run when she feels stressed, she writes poetry.

She shared this composition with Marie Claire, written after she finished filming Twilight:

My Heart Is A Wiffle Ball/Freedom Pole

I reared digital moonlight
You read its clock, scrawled neon across that black
Kismetly … ubiquitously crest fallen
Thrown down to strafe your foothills
…I’ll suck the bones pretty.
Your nature perforated the abrasive organ pumps
Spray painted everything known to man,
Stream rushed through and all out into
Something Whilst the crackling stare down sun snuck
Through our windows boarded up
He hit your flint face and it sparked.

And I bellowed and you parked
We reached Marfa.
One honest day up on this freedom pole
Devils not done digging
He’s speaking in tongues all along the pan handle
And this pining erosion is getting dust in
My eyes
And I’m drunk on your morsels
And so I look down the line
Your every twitch hand drum salute
Salutes mine…

A new study found that people who live in colder climates are at a higher risk of becoming obese and it’s not because they eat their weight to survive the cold weather.

Scientists believe that the reason for this is that the bacteria responsible for increasing someone’s chances of becoming obese live in the lowest temperatures.

In the study of over 1,000 people from 23 countries, it was found that those who live further from the equator have more of the bad bugs and less of the fat-busting ones – how unfortunate!

Lead author of the study said:  “We found a trend that humans living in colder regions tend to have more obese-associated gut microbial community compared to warmer regions.”

This means that the body adapts to colder climates by increasing body fat, so is anyone up for an extended trip to Aussie?

The aptly named Underwater Room at the Manta Resort is a “private floating island” located in Pemba Island – between Tanzania and Zanzibar – and is four metres below the surface of the water.

It’s not all about staring at fish though as there is an incredible roof terrace that is perfect for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night.

For the reasonable price of $750 per person (per night) you can sleep surrounded by tropical marine life.

It is pretty amazing.

If your make-up bag weighs the same as a bag of flour, then it’s quite likely you have products in there that you probably forgot you even owned.

While it’s okay to have nearly every beauty product on the market lying around the house, there’s no need for you to carry everything with you on a daily basis.

Here is all you need to stay fresh for a day:

Concealer
Where would we be without it? Concealer hides a multitude of sins, from nasty blemishes to unwanted dark circles.

Mascara
A good coat of mascara can instantly transform your face.

Blusher
A bit of blusher on your cheeks can make all the difference in the world. It will make you look rosy and alive.

Lip balm
There’s nothing worse than having cracked lips. Not only are they sore, but they’re also not pretty to look at.

Liner
One to shape your eyebrows and one for your water line – pencil liner is a God-send really.

The former Destiny’s Child singer says she can’t listen to Beyonce’s album anymore because it makes her too emotional.

“I can’t listen to it because it makes me cry, but my favorite song on the album is ‘Blue.’ Also, ‘Heaven,'” she tells HuffPo Entertainment. “As soon as that song comes on, it’s something that’s very spiritual about that record that’s incredible. And ‘Flawless.'”

Awh, what a compliment!
