Grammy nominated band The Fray will play a headline show in The Olympia Theatre on the 23rd of September. Tickets priced at €30 go on sale this Friday at 9am from Ticketmaster.

The band achieved immediate success with their first single, Over My Head (Cable Car), which became a top ten hit in America and the release of their second single, How to Save a Life, brought them worldwide fame.

The band, who are promoting their new album, Helios, are well-known for their evocative live shows. If you’d like to see their amazing performance firsthand, we have just the competition for you!

It would seem Madonna isn’t a fan of kale after she labelled it as “gay” during a Buzzfeed quiz.

The singer was taking part in a game that had her writing down what she thought of different items such as crocs or Hilary Clinton.

When it came to kale however, Madonna wrote  “gay” and is now facing backlash from her fanbase who are saying that the word gay should no longer be used in a negative context.

Madonna also faced serious criticism recently when she used the word n****** in a snap of her son Rocco.

She later issued a statement saying: “I am sorry if I offended anyone with my use of the N-word on Instagram … It was not meant as a racial slur … I am not a racist.”

Hmm, maybe it’s best to steer clear of any potentially offensive words in future, Madonna!

It was hard enough to handle when Tom Hardy announced his engagement – but now he has gotten secretly married we are at a loss!

The sexy actor was speaking at the Cinema Screening Sociaty in New York City when he called Charlotte Riley his “wife”.

Tom said: “Well, my wife is an actor as well so she sort of gets it.”

Tom also had some very kind words to say about Charlotte that made us swoon slightly: “Aw, she’s pure. She’s just a very kind, pure person.”

Well, if the two did get married, we hope they had a beautiful day!

Wow – what a ring!

Katherine Jenkins proudly showed off her engagement ring yesterday.

The ring is a stunning oval diamond surrounded by 54 smaller diamonds.

It was only last Thursday that Katherine announced her engagement to Andrew Levitas who she has been dating for the past six months.

This is a second engagement for the singer who was previously set to marry Blue Peter presenter, Gethin Jones.

Reports are speculating that Jessica Chastain is set to play the iconic film star, Marilyn Monroe.

Jessica is believed to have landed the lead role in director Andrew Dominik’s new Marilyn Monroe drama, Blonde.

Blonde plans to go into a more in depth look of Marylin’s life and will be told from the perspective of Marilyn’s real persona, Norma Jeane Baker.

The film will also feature all of Marilyn’s famous suitors but they will all go under vague descriptions, such as the playwright (Arthur Miller), the president (John F. Kennedy) and The Ex-Athlete (Joe DiMaggio).

We think Jessica is a perfect cast choice for the role, as Jessica even looked and acted like the iconic star in the hit film, The Help.

Australian rapper, Iggy Azalea has been revealed as the new face of Revolve’s Summer Clothing Campaign.

Iggy tweeted her excitement to her fans about working with the clothing company.

“Excited to announce that I’m the face of @revolveclothing’s summer campaign#RevolveXiggy”

Michael Mente who is CEO and founder Revolve, spoke of why the company chose Iggy to model their clothing collection.

“Iggy represents Revolve in both style and attitude. Our customer is risk-taking, sexy and confident, and Iggy is the perfect embodiment of that. We don’t like to play it safe, and neither does Iggy,”

The Fancy singer modelled Revolve’s various summer wear from: crop tops, high-waisted pencil skirts to two piece suits. The Aussie star certainly proved that she can pull off any look.

Coldplay singer, Chris Martin has finally opened about his famous marriage spilt with actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

Chris says he won’t guilt himself over what has occurred and believes he can learn something from his marriage spilt.

“Everyone through their lives goes through challenges, whether it’s love, money or kids or illness.”

Martin’s comments follows a month of speculation, that the Coldplay singer was the main reason behind the couple’s shock separation.

Now that spring has finally sprung. Here is a delicious Italian salad recipe that is simple to make, but will keep you filled up for the rest of the day.

What you’ll need:

>450g tricolour pasta
>110g peperoni
>120g broccoli florets
>170g black olives
>220g shredded mozzarella cheese
>470ml Italian style dressing

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Then add pasta and cook for eight to ten minutes. Drain and rinse twice in cold water.
  1. In a large bowel, poor in the cooked pasta and add the rest of your ingredients. Mix well and leave adding the Italian dressing till the very end.
  1. Then place in the fridge an hour before serving. This will ensure that your rainbow pasta salad is nice and cool, when it’s time to dig in.

It seems, not long after Selena’s Instagram unfollowing of Kendall and Kylie Jenner, the singer has decided to do an entire friend cleanse on the social media site.

We aren’t kidding. The Come and Get singer has unfollowed everyone on her Instagram account, including close friends, Ashley Benson and Vanessa Hudgens.

Many thought the reason Selena decided to cut off social media ties with the Jenner sisters was as a result of her BFF, Taylor Swift.

Selena has also deleted all of her past photos with the Keeping Up With the Kardashian stars and many believed that this was as a result of Kendall dating Taylor’s ex, Harry Styles. But the fact the singer has also unfollowed Taylor, has raised further eyebrows.

This strange online behaviour is following the shock firing of her managers who also happen to be her parents.

But her dramatic changes could be as a result of her stay in rehab last month. Her rep confirmed that the singer had attended a rehab centre for “emotional issues” and “partying” too much.

Whatever the reason is for Selena’s dramatic changes, we just hope that the singer is doing ok.

It’s been reported, that a married couple who held hands for 70 years at breakfast every morning, have died only 15 hours apart from one another.

Helen Felumlee and her husband, Kenneth Felumlee were from Nashport in the U.S.A. and according to their eight children, were inseparable.

Helen died at the age of 92-years-old on April 12, but it seemed that Kenneth couldn’t imagine a world without his dear wife, as the 91-year-old died the following morning.

Their daughter, Linda Cody knew that if one of her parents passed, her other parent would soon follow.

“He was ready. He just didn’t want to leave her here by herself.”

Some reports have even suggested, that the couple once shared the bottom of a bunk bed on a ferry, rather than sleeping one night apart.

Their children said that both Helen and Kenneth remained deeply in love, till the very end.
