Following in the footsteps of Julia Roberts and Madonna, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting has posted a picture of her excessive body hair.

It’s not what you think though – she was just sharing a picture of the beauty team prepping her for a scene on her hit TV show.

Kaley is being covered in body hair for a scene on The Big Bang Theory where Penney ends up involved in a low-budget movie, Serial Ape-ist.

It’s so surreal to see the actress covered in hair while wearing a hot pink top and hair rollers.

When Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow announced their decision to consciously uncouple, there were whispers about the real reason for it.

Gwyn was almost immediately accused of cheating with Donovan Leitch because of a picture of the pair greeting each other at a baseball game.

We weren’t convinced – and we were definitely more interested in the less gossiped story regarding Chris and Alexa Chung.

The two had reportedly gotten close, sharing a love for obscure music and London, and were even spotted having late night milkshakes last summer.

This week a tweet appeared from a diner who spotted the pair having a cosy dinner together at a New York restaurant.

Feeling overwhelmed, can often leave you with feelings of panic.  However, a couple of breathing exercises can help you to feel a whole lot better.

Take 10 breaths
If you are starting to feel overwhelmed try to take ten breaths. In through your nose and out through your mouth, counting to ten for each one.

Slow deep breaths
If the 10 deep breaths didn’t work, try to get more oxygen into your body by taking slow, deep breaths. Concentrate on keeping your breathing slow and steady, until you feel a lot more relaxed.

Connect with your body
People who feel a panic attack coming on, would do well to place one hand on their chest and another on their stomach. You can feel your breathing which will help you connect with your body and distract yourself.

Hold your nose
Simply take a breath, close your nostrils with your fingers, hold for about 4 seconds and release.

4 second breaths
Inhale and hold for four seconds, then exhale for another four. Concentrating on you counting is great for distracting you from what is happening around you.

Everyone everywhere is talking about British model, Cara Delevingne and you would think at this stage, her name would be easy to say by now.

But that doesn’t seem to be the case with Reese Witherspoon, Kate Upton and Zooey Deschanel who struggled to pronounce Cara’s surname last Sunday.

The actresses and model were caught a little worse for wear in a lift at the Met Ball. Reese was definitely the funniest out of the bunch as she slurred her way through pronouncing Cara’s name and in the end gave up by yelling  “can’t say Cara’s f**king name”.

After watching this video, we’re convinced more than ever that these girls would be great to hang around with on a night out.

There is something about travelling alone that will really help you see the world in a different light. However, before you pack a bag for one it’s important you know the basic safety rules, how to meet other people just like you and the best places for going it alone.

Safety tips
When travelling alone, it is important you stick to basic safety rules: never go out at night alone, always know the way back to your hotel, never get drunk and make sure you stick to the dress code of the country you are visiting.

How to meet like minded people
Sometimes travelling alone can get lonely so try to meet up with like minded travellers who don’t mind you tagging along. Staying in hostels are a great way to make new friends and make sure you strike up a conversation with others on the plane or train journey.

Where to go
You can go anywhere you please! Going it alone means the destination, length of time travelling and what to do is up to you. However, if you are having trouble deciding, Europe, South East Asia or Australia could be good spots to head to -you are bound to bump into at least one Irish traveller.

Elizabeth Banks could be heading to court soon, as she’s been accused of ripping off the script for her latest film, Walk of Shame.

Dan Ronsen is suing the actress, as he’s claiming he previously pitched the idea for a movie called Darci’s Walk of Shame to Elizabeth Banks and her producer husband, Max Handleman in 2007.

Ronsen said he gave his script to the couple and never heard from them again.  Dan said that there are too many similarities between his film and Bank’s Walk of Shame to be coincidental. Oh dear!

Ronsen plans to sue Elizabeth $500,000 for the script and he also wants all of the profits from Walk of Shame too.

Lindsay Lohan is apparently on the hunt for a rapper to feature on her new music album. Yes, you read that right.

Lindsay is hoping to resurrect her music career and believes London is the key.

It’s great to see Lindsay so motivated again, but her last attempt at music didn’t go so well. Lohan released a song in 2005 called Confessions of a Broken Heart but it only reached no.57 in the charts.

But that hasn’t deterred the 27-year-old who plans to focus on her music in between partying in the UK capital

“Lindsay is staying in London and wants to record an album while she’s here. She’s been casting a net for collaborators and top of the list is a rapper to feature on her comeback single.”

We wonder what Lindsay’s first comeback single will be about? We’ll just have to wait and see.

Justin Bieber has finally given his response to Seth Rogen’s harsh bashing of the singer, earlier this week.

Rogen said he had met Justin many times and said the singer was always rude towards him.

“I’ve met him a few times. He’s a good example of someone who you meet who you think you are going to hate and then you get to hate him as much as you (thought)…You meet him and he lives up to every one of your expectations of how you hope he’ll be.”

The Baby singer took to Twitter and in his way, apologised for his behaviour.

“Seth Rogan (sic) sorry I didnt bow down when I asked 2 meet u was probably a bit shy and didn’t want to be over the top but still. love ur movies.”

But despite Justin’s response, Seth still went onto defend his comments today.

“To me, the idea that, like, a grown man doesn’t like Justin Bieber is not a controversial thought. Why would I (like him)? It would be much weirder if I did like Justin Bieber. I don’t know anyone who likes Justin Bieber.”

We don’t think these two will becoming friends anytime soon then.

It looks as if Lorde has a Game of Thrones admirer!

Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark in the HBO series, channelled her inner Lorde by copying her make-up and hair style.

We must say, these two could pass as sisters if this picture is anything to go by!

Maisie uploaded this image to her Twitter account with the caption: “Good Lorde, I have far too much time on my hands … *slow clap*.”

Maisie wears dark lipstick in the image, similar to the one released by Lorde for M.A.C. recently.
