Celebrities reading mean tweets about themselves has become a fixture of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and they are of course hilarious.

There is something very satisfying about the biggest celebrities in the world reading harsh criticism about themselves.

Very satisfying and VERY funny.

This time round we are treated to some mean tweets read by Liv Tyler, Elizabeth Banks, Kirsten Dunst, Daniel Radcliffe and Matthew Perry amongst others.

However, we were also treated to our very own Colin Farrell being told that he looks like he "smells like couch farts."

Okay, Twitter trolls. Well, WE think he's looking great.

And with Liv Tyler taking the fact that someone told her her Dad looks like a ball sack on the chin, this video is pretty darn funny.

If you can see past the fact that some of the tweets are SO MEAN.

Oh and we definitely would not mess with Sarah Paulson.

Two more top names in Hollywood have come out in favour of our beloved Jennifer Lawrence and we can't say we blame them.

James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe have revealed exactly what they think of JLaw in a recent press interview for their new film.

The handsome duo both agreed that they admired Jen's bravery to speak out and in particular for addressing the gender pay gap that exists in the film industry.

"Jennifer kicked this thing off and I respect that lassie so much," said James.

"She's proper brave in real life… and she's proper brave when she does her interviews."

Nawh!

Jen recently penned an open letter in which she questioned why she was consistently earning less than her male counterparts (in particular referencing the female cast of her film American Hustle) and whether the fault rests on her own shoulders.

"I’m over trying to find the 'adorable' way to state my opinion and still be likable! F**k that.

"I don’t think I’ve ever worked for a man in charge who spent time contemplating what angle he should use to have his voice heard. It’s just heard."

The Scottish actor and former Harry Potter star, who are doing the rounds promoting their latest film Victor Frankenstein, were certainly aware of the issues regarding gender pay in Hollywood though James did not see the positives of actors in the industry becoming transparent about their wages.

"There is definitely an issue and maybe it would be helped by everybody just outing what they earn but I don't want to start putting figures on actors heads," he said.

"I know that there is a massive discrepancy with how women get paid to men but I'm not comfortable with telling the world how much I've got in the bank."

But Daniel defo agreed that there was an issue: "As a progressive liberal industry, we need to sort that shit out."

Well we just hope that JLaw continues to stick it to the man.

If Daniel Radcliffe and his girlfriend, actress Erin Darke, end up settling down and having kids, they're going to have a VERY weird "how I met your mother" story.

In an interview with Playboy, Daniel revealed that the loved-up pair first got together after they filmed a sex scene (TMI, Daniel).

Daniel and Erin met on the set of Kill Your Darlings, in which he played Allen Ginsberg in Columbia University.

And while the movie generated a lot of buzz for his gay sex scene, it was another one with Erin that changed his life.

(Does anyone else think Harry Potter is officially gone now?!)

In one sexy/mostly awkward scene, Erin's character, Gwendolyn, comes on to Allen in the library.

"That's a wonderful record of us both flirting for the first time," said Daniel.

"There's no acting going on – not from my end anyway," he said, explaining the the connection between them was genuine from the start.

"There's a moment when she makes me laugh, and I'm laughing as me and not as my character."

"She was incredibly funny and smart. I knew I was in trouble."

Harry Potter fans are going to be very excited with this latest revelation.

No, unfortunately it is not JK Rowling up to her usual social media lurking, this time it’s Daniel Radcliffe himself making some interesting announcements.

After making a name for himself as the most recognised wizard the world over, the actor has confessed that there is one project he feels would make his parents very proud.

The BBC One ballroom dancing competition, Strictly Come Dancing, is the one reality TV series that Daniel says could tempt him.

“I guess Strictly, because at least my mum and dad would be proud,” he told Radio Times. Dashing hopes everywhere though, he added quickly “That’s not an option!”

Never fear however, Daniel will be reappearing on the small screen soon as he joined BBC Two’s new drama The Gamechangers.

“It’s the story of the computer game Grand Theft Auto, which was a huge part of my life growing up,” he explained.

“I play Sam Houser, one of the guys who invented it. But I never had any idea about the detail of the trouble the guys got into, or even that it was such a British story.”

Since the ended of the Harry Potter films in 2011, Daniel has had a number of decidedly darker roles, he doesn’t seem to consider this a planned move. Instead he said he chooses his projects taking into consideration what experience they will provide.

“I choose scripts by asking: what is the experience that is going to make me most happy? I’m very lucky, but there’s no grand career plan.”

While on the topic of his formative years, Daniel said that The Simpsons were one of his things to watch. He confessed that whole travelling outside of the UK he misses one particular show dearly: Come Dine With Me.

“I watch a lot of it. It’s all down to the voiceover guy, Dave Lamb. Other versions in different countries just aren’t as good.”

So we knew Daniel Radcliffe was talented at speaking very, very fast which he proved on The Graham Norton Show – and it turns out he is no one trick pony!

The Harry Potter actor appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where he rapped Alphabet Aerobics by Blackalicious and totally killed it!

Here's a reminder of Daniel on The Graham Norton Show singing the Elements song…

Daniel Radcliffe is not really your typical celebrity. He refuses to use Twitter and Instagram, has shied away from Hollywood blockbusters since his Harry Potter days, and seems to be a little bit of a nerd at heart. And now, he's proven himself as even more of a down-to-earth guy with this really sweet gesture.

Back in 2012, the actor spent a bizarre night out with the Dublin minor footballing team, celebrating their All Ireland win. It might have gone down in history as an urban legend if Dan hadn't posed for pictures with the team (and the Tom Markham cup) looking a little worse for wear…

He even met the lads again on a promotional visit to Ireland last month… aaw!

Now though, Dan's really cemented his friendship by repaying the guys for the taxi they shouted him on that fateful night. GAA player Conor Mullally tweeted a picture today of a €50 euro note sent to him by Dan, with the caption, "Two years later,Daniel Radcliffe pays us back the taxi fare from that infamous night #gent"

The lovely note from the actor reads, "Hi guys, so thank you again for paying for my cab! I couldn't live with myself if I didn't honour my word and pay you back. Once again great meeting you all. Hope this covers it! Thanks, Dan R."

Any chance you're in the market for some other Irish pals, Dan?! Sign us up!

Daniel Radcliffe was in Dublin last night for the premiere of his new movie What If  and decided it was a great opportunity to reconnect with some old Irish friends.

Remember in 2012 when Daniel Radcliffe hung out with the Dublin minor team – least we forget the drunken photo of him holding the Tom Markham cup, well he certainly left a lasting impression.

The lads met up with the Harry Potter star last night and presented him with his very own Dublin jersey with Radcliffe 25 on the back.

Dublin GAA tweeted this to prove that yes it really did happen:

Oh and least you forget the drunken night in question here is a reminder:

It seems Daniel Radcliffe loves nothing more than to almost give his fans a heart-attack!

After the screening of his new movie What If, fans were asked to stop and give a short interview about what they thought of the film. But it was all a guise, to create this video of Radcliffe surprising his fans.

Honestly, it’ll put a smile on your face.

Also, is it wrong that we’re kind of starting to fancy him?

Danielle Radcliffe rose to fame by playing the much loved Harry Potter, so you wouldn’t think he’d go around saying he hated it!

However, he’s not really being critical of the film, rather his own performance:

“It’s hard to watch a film like Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, because I’m just not very good in it. I hate it.

“My acting is very one-note and I can see I got complacent and what I was trying to do just didn’t come across. My best film is the fifth one (Order Of The Phoenix) because I can see a progression.”

Awh, don’t worry Daniel, everyone is their own worst critic! And as he said himself, JK Rowling never had a problem with how he did his job: “To my knowledge she was always very happy with the way I played him, but it’s my job to be critical.”

Daniel Radcliffe has opened up in a recent interview about his sexual experiences.

He says he prefers to get down and dirty when he’s sober, and unlike a lot of people, he rather enjoyed his first time:

“I'm one of the few people who seem to have had a really good first time.

“It was with somebody I'd gotten to know well. I'm happy to say I've had a lot better sex since then.

“But it wasn't as horrendously embarrassing as a lot of other peoples were, like my friend who got drunk and did it with a stranger under a bridge.

“For some people sex might be better drunk. But for me and the person I'm doing it with, it's much better sober.”

We don’t really want to imagine Daniel Radcliffe having sex – he will always be Harry Potter in our heads, and that is just WRONG. Still, it’s good to hear he’s having a good time!
