We'd be the first to admit that we're absolutely WEAK for cute home footage filmed by our favourite stars, and when that star happens to have the most adorable son of all time, all bets are off.

No doubt knowing that he was about to send Instagram into complete overdrive, Chris Pratt last night uploaded footage of his little boy getting to grips with a spot of fishing.

Wearing a pair of adorable specs and clutching a kiddie-sized fishing rod, three-year-old Jack was the picture of concentration as he tried to follow his dad's gentle instructions.

Chris, who married Anna Faris in July 2009, posted: "This kid will be my partner in the bass masters pro am when he's old enough."

"We'll take the bass fishing world by storm," he added. "Tag me with picks of monster bass. C'mon! They're spawning!"

Gushing over what we consider the cutest child on planet earth, fans of the Guardians of the Galaxy star wrote: "Oh my gosh! He's too dang cute! That view is amazing, as well!"

Adding to the theme, another fan of the Faris / Pratt family, wrote: "He is literally the cutest little boy I've ever seen in my life. This video is perfect."

We're with her on that one.

As movie stars go, Chris Pratt definitely seems like he's got his head screwed on somewhat.

He's openly spoken before about how tough he had it financially in his early days as a struggling actor, admitting that he lived out of a van in Hawaii before getting his first movie role.

And even now, with two big movie franchises on the go – Jurassic Park and Guardians of The Galaxy – Chris seems determined not to get too complacent.

Posting after a long day of shooting on two separate films at Atlanta's Pinewood Studios, the father-of-one made it clear he wasn't taking his good luck for granted.

"Fifteen years ago I felt the same passion I feel today, but I had very little opportunity," he wrote.

"I had to hustle hard and go hungry. I had to eat sardines and figure out how to get gas money.

"And I never had a plan B. I never stopped believing. Ever. Don't give up. Apply constant pressure for as long as it takes.."

And even after 21 hours on the go, Chris still had some fun, throwing out random figures about the length of time he'd been awake for.

"It's 3:20am. I got picked up for work at 6:45am yesterday. I'm not good with math, especially after being up for approximately 61 hours but I think I've been up for over 77 hours," he joked.

"I did a table read for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 this morning and then shot all day on Passengers and just now wrapped some 144 hours later."

We're not sure we'd be quite so chirpy after 21 hours of working two jobs back to back…

Jennifer Lawrence has had a pretty impressive run since she took up the baton of the Mockingjay in the formidable Hunger Games series.

Yep, our girl has been on quite the journey since she first hit our screens as our ultimate girl crush, Katniss Everdeen.

Not only has she gone and swooped up an Oscar during her five years working on the series but she has also been named entertainer of the year by Entertainment Weekly, is nabbing character roles ten years her senior and is apparently worth more than any other actress of Hollywood.

Yeah, she’s pretty hot right now.

And just when you thought she could not get any cooler, she has gone and found herself a squad to rival Taylor's, has continuously killed it on the red carpet and still manages to remain her HILARIOUS self. 

Now that the Hunger Games has reached its inevitable conclusion and the press stints are drawing to a close, surely Jen is going to have a lot of free time on her hands. So what is next for the rising star?

1) Joy

Jen will be straight back out doing press after Christmas for her next film, Joy, where she is once again joined by her ultimate on screen beau, Bradley Cooper as well as cinematic royalty, Robert de Niro.  

The film is a biographical comedy-drama following Joy Mangano, a single mother of three who throughout four generations builds her own business empire after creating the ‘miracle mop.’

2) X-Men: Apocalypse

Jennifer will also be reprising her role as Mystique in the next instalment of the X-men series due for release in the Spring.

3) Passengers

Little is yet known about this project, except that it will be a sci-fi drama and Jen will co-star opposite Chris Pratt and Michael Sheen. 

The story follows a spacecraft bringing thousands of hibernating people to a faraway planet. One passenger has a problem in his sleep chamber and he decides to wake up another sleeper,  instead of spending the next 60 years on board alone.

We will have to wait until the end of next year for this one folks! 

4) Writing

And of course Jennifer wants to expand her talents off screen. J-Law is working with her BFF Amy Schumer and Amy’s sister, Kim, on a comedy screenplay.

"They are the funniest motherf—kers that ever lived. They're brilliant writers, too. And fast! The script is pretty much good to go. We work really well together—it's been the most fun thing ever! All I do is laugh."

It is safe to say we are LIVING for that movie.

Jennifer Lawrence has decided to gift us all with a lovely little story about filming her very first sex scene.

Spoiler: it did not go well.

In a roundtable interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she chatted with fellow Oscar contenders about how "bizarre" the experience can be and how it left her drunk dialling her mom for moral support. As one does. 

Jennifer filmed the scene with co-star Chris Pratt for the film Passengers/ She said she "got really, really drunk" to try and deal with the awkwardness. Also of note, Christ Pratt is married to Anna Faris and this apparently did not help the situation.

"It was going to be my first time kissing a married man, and guilt is the worst feeling in your stomach," she said.

"So I called my mom, and I was like, 'Will you just tell me it's OK?' It was just very vulnerable. […] That was the most vulnerable I've ever been."  

The roundtable also included Carey Mulligan, Cate Blanchett, Kate Winslet, Jane Fonda, Helen Mirren, Brie Larson, and Charlotte Rampling.

They all talked about the gender pay gap in Hollywood and the challenge in finding good roles for women. 

Helen responded to Jennifer's recent Lenny op-ed about experiencing the pay gap herself. "We've got to stop being polite," Helen said. "If I ever had children, which I don't, the first thing I'd teach a girl of mine is the words 'f**k off.'"

She's had a load of different hair styles over the years: long and flowing, or short and cropped, Jennifer has sported everything from chocolate brunette hues to sun-kissed light tresses.

But now the 25-year-old Oscar-winner has really gone all out: dyeing her hair a bright and brilliant platinum blonde.

Fans spotted her new look during the filming of sci-fi thriller, Passengers, which she is currently shooting with Chris Pratt in Atlanta.

And while she had also been seen out jogging with her dog last Sunday – hints of light blonde strands peaking out from under her baseball cap – this is the first time that we've been given a decent viewing of Jennifer's oh-so amazing peroxide hair. 

Ms Lawrence is being paid a cool €18m for Passengers – twice what Mr Pratt was able to negotiate.

Due to be released next year, it is being directed by Morten Tyldum – who received an Oscar nominated last year for his work on The Imitation Game.

Amber Heard has opened up about the difficulties of coming out as bisexual in Hollywood.

The Magic Mike XXL star came out to the public as bisexual in 2010 when she was dating photographer Tasya van Ree.

In an interview with The Times, Ms Heard explained that at the time she “didn’t know of anyone else in my position who was a working female lead actress” who had made their sexuality public knowledge.

The star of The Rum Diary explained how she doesn’t want to hide from her sexuality but she also doesn’t want to be defined by it.

“I don’t want to have to deny my sexuality in order to be me. But I don’t want to have to be defined by it. I’m fundamentally opposed to trying to edit myself to be palatable or popular.

“I don’t give a f**k. I fight, but I shouldn’t have to,” the 29-year-old admitted.

Amber also opened up about her role in the forthcoming Magic Mike XXL. Ms Heard clearly appreciates the reversed gender roles in the film, with the men being the recipients of objectification. As she said, “It’s a film about men seeking sexual attention… It gives the power position to the women.”

Sounds like Ms Heard has a lot in common with Hollywood heartthrob Chris Pratt who also believes that men should be checked out more in the name of equality.

Hollywood heartthrob, Chris Pratt, has spoken out against the inequality of the objectification of women.

His answer to this problem? Objectify the men just as much as the women. That we can do, Chris!

In an interview with Radio 4’s Front Row, Chris vocalised his disdain. “I think it’s appalling that for a long time only women were objectified,” the Jurassic World star revealed.

“But I think if we really want to advocate for equality, it’s important to even things out.” Hear, hear!

Sadly Chris’s latest film doesn’t have NEARLY enough (or any) shirtless scenes, but we are going to take his latest message as a sign that they are on the way.

The 35-year-old star has seen a seismic shift in his career and the roles that he is being offered, because of his looks. “There are a lot of women who got careers out of their bodies, and I’m using it to my advantage,” he said.

Although, it’s clear that Chris, who is married to actress Anna Faris, doesn’t take his new heartthrob status too personally. “At the end of the day, our bodies are objects… We’re just big bags of flesh and blood and meat and organs that God gives us to drive around.”

It is certainly safe to say that his new found six-pack is SERIOUSLY working. Chris’s next big role is starring alongside Jennifer Lawrence in the forthcoming sci-fi romance flick, Passengers.

Chris is reportedly to earn €11 million, while his co-star Ms Lawrence will rake in an astonishing €18 mil for the project.

Hurray for J-Law! The Oscar winning actress is set to earn a much larger amount than that of her male co-star in the sci-fi film Passengers.

Finally! Hollywood has gradually begun to pay attention to the huge number of high-profile actresses that have been speaking out in recent times, criticising the lower amounts they are paid in comparison to their male co-stars.

The Hollywood Reporter is saying that while Chris Pratt’s fee has jumped from €9m to €11m following the success of Jurassic World. Jennifer is set to earn and incredible €18m from 30 per cent of the film’s box office profit.

The larger than usual gap between the earnings of the two would probably not be such a big deal if Chris hadn’t become such a huge star in recent times. But with both Chris and J-Law being firm fan favourites and sure to bring crowds to the cinemas on the film’s release the news comes as a pretty big shock.

Which seems pretty ridiculous when you consider J-Law is a Golden Globe and Oscar winner, and she’s Katniss. Chris Pratt may be hilarious and talk to dinosaurs, but he hasn’t been awarded the little gold status just yet.

Passengers is a supposedly romantic sci-fi drama about Pratt’s character who wakes from a decade’s long nap while still half-way through a journey through space.

Naturally, he doesn’t want to tackle the galaxies alone and makes the stellar decision to wake up fellow passenger. Who is Jennifer Lawrence. We can’t wait to see how this works out for the pair.

Patricia Arquette took a stand for gender equality in the film industry this year when she used her acceptance speech at the Oscars to point out the frustrations of all female actors. And Meryl Streep was very strongly in agreement.

Tina Fey has even rounded up a group of famous ladies in a sketch for Inside Amy Schumer that again called out the industry for their treatment of women in Hollywood films.

From their red carpet PDAs to the wonderful things they say about each other in their interviews, it’s safe to say that Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are the cutest couple in Hollywood.

Anyone who wishes to dispute the title will have to top Jurassic Park star Chris’ latest anecdote, which has taken their romance levels up a few notches.

During an interview with E! while promoting his new movie, hilarious (and hunky) actor Chris revealed that Anna and their son Jack recently surprised him ahead of the double-celebration that is Father’s Day and his birthday.

“I had a couple of days off here in LA which was really nice, and when I came home my son came up to me and was so excited to lead me to this room in the house, because he wanted to show me the present they got me,” the 35-year-old explained.

A delighted Chris revealed: “And my darling wife bought me a piano for my birthday and Father’s Day. It was, like, the nicest gift I’ve ever received. It was such a beautiful, beautiful piano…I’ve wanted a piano for a very long time and I don’t know, it was like she just really scored.”

We’re a little overwhelmed right now, so all we’ll say is this: relationship goals.

He is one of the funniest – not to mention the hottest – celebrities around, so we’re not surprised that Chris Pratt’s appearance on The Graham Norton Show has left people in absolute stitches.

With comedian John Bishop on the big red couch, presenter Graham posed the question of whether fellow guests Chris, Melissa McCarthy and Jude Law could understand a word of what he had to say.

Chris admitted to following the entire conversation, mainly because his wife, Anna Faris, is a huge TOWIE fan and he has the accent down to a T.

Revealing how Anna grew obsessed with the reality show while he filmed Guardians of the Galaxy in London, Chris went on to give the most hilarious explanation of the TOWIE concept.

Describing the cast as “the worst”, the 35-year-old proceeded to give most epic and spot-on impression of Joey Essex and the crew.

While we may think sharing a Dominos on a Friday night with our boyfriend is the height of romance (it kind of is though, isn't it?), there are some men out there who go the extra mile when explaining why their other half is undoubtedly the one for them.

Step forward Parks and Recreation star, Chris Pratt.

Opening up about his wife and mother of his son, Anna Faris, the Guardians of the Galaxy actor said: "Anna and I are meant to be together. Our relationship has made me believe in divine intervention and destiny, just as much as my crazy career and the way I fell into this life."

Explaining that their lives seemed to run on parallel tracks, the smitten Chris goes on to say: "She and I grew up 20 minutes away from each other but never met until we met in LA. We both got our start in horror spoofs. We both did an animated movie for Phil Lord and Chris Miller. We both made our careers playing guileless nitwits for laughs."

Revealing that their family lives were almost identical, the hilarious husband of the Scary Movie star said: "We both have parents that have suffered with MS. The similarities go on and on."

Paying tribute to his wife of almost six years, 35-year-old Chris finished by saying: "Anna is a great wife. Very patient and understanding. Very supportive. So kind and genuine always. And she gave me a wonderful son and family of in laws that I truly love."

Hear that, lads?! Take note!

Chris Pratt and Jimmy Fallon are two of the funniest men in Hollywood, so putting them together on a stage was always going to produce epic results.

We weren’t quite prepared for just how much laughter would ensue when the pair decided to play a game of ‘Nonsense Karaoke’ on The Tonight Show this weekend, however.

The object of Nonsense Karaoke is to basically replace the lyrics of some of our best-loved pop hits and belt out the new, ridiculous versions to the world. Sounds like a bit of a laugh, right? Wrong – it’s absolutely hilarious.
