Robin Thicke has named his new album, Paula. Yes, that’s right, after his estranged wife.
The controversial singer has been on something of a noble quest to win his wife Paula Patton back for some time now, and this is his latest move.
The new album will include the track ‘Get Her Back,’ which is incidentally also about Paula.
We wonder if it will work?

There’s been rumours that Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson have been dating for some time now – but this is even crazier!
It has now been reported that Katy will be helping Robert on his début album as he attempts to launch a music career.

Lily Allen must be one happy lady this morning as news emerges that her album is on course to be a number one.
The musician’s albums have always proved to be a hit with her fans: her first album, Alright, came in at no. 2 in 2006 while her 2009 album, It’s Not Me, It’s You came in at no.1 on the album chart.
Lily’s newest album, Sheezus, is looking as if it’s going to follow suit, and we can see why.
Her first single, Somewhere Only We Know, from the album was featured in a John Lewis advert and went straight to number one.

It’s back to the drawing board for singer Jessie J after she admitted her last album didn’t go down so well with fans.
The 26-year-old pop star released Alive in September 2013, and though it debuted at number three in the UK charts, it quickly fell down the top 40. The singer’s singles also struggled, with her most recent, Thunder, peaking at number 13.
This is a very different story from Jessie’s début album Who You Are, which went four times platinum and sparked two number one singles.
The singer now plans to release new music soon in order to get music lovers back on her side.
“I’m very aware of how Alive sold, which is why right now I’m working on new music to be put out ASAP,” said the celebrity. “I’m a businesswoman as well as an artist and I’m aware Alive didn’t do as well as Who You Are, but that doesn’t mean I’m a flop.”
The singer is now “re-evaluating” herself in order to ensure her third album is more successful.
She added, “It doesn’t mean I’m not talented. It just means I have to re-evaluate what’s going on in my life and what I can improve. It’s funny that people tell me like I wouldn’t see it.
“One year Yves Saint Laurent is the biggest-selling clothing line and the next it’s D&G. You can’t be the person at the top all the time.”
A couple of new projects should be a good distraction for Chris Martin after his marriage split from Gwyneth Paltrow.
His band Coldplay, whose new album Ghost Stories is due to be released next month, are said to be working on a second record for 2015.
Ghost Stories has been touted as a very different direction for the band, and the rumoured seventh album release is expected to be a return to a more commercial sound.
It’s a tactic that has been used in the past by bands hoping to try out something a bit different without alienating fans, such as U2 with Achtung Baby and Zooropa.
Front man Chris is said to be throwing himself into music since his split from Gwyneth.
The double album release is expected to be followed by a tour in 2015.
Ghost Stories is due to be released on May 19th.
Ed Sheeran has penned a song about an ex-girlfriend – and it features on his new album.
The A Team singer – who has announced his new album ‘x’ will be released on June 23rd, admitted that one track on the record is a “true story” about a former lover.
He said, “If you date a songwriter, prepare to have songs written about you.”
Ed may have taken a leaf out of his close pal Taylor Swift’s book who has written a number of songs about her ex-boyfriends, including One Direction’s Harry Styles.
Ed said the track “could have gotten nastier” and claims the song is a “100 per cent true story”.
The 23-year-old singer has posted details of his new album on Twitter, the follow-up to 2011’s ‘+’, which sold 102,000 copies in its first week on sale.
Surely Lily Allen knew that naming her upcoming album Sheezus would make Kanye West angry. In fairness, it doesn’t take a lot to get him going.
The singer has admitted she is worried she will get an angry phone call from the rapper at some stage.
Lily named the album as a homage to Kanye’s 2013 album Yeezuz. We doubt he’ll see it that way.
Talking to Australian radio station Nova, Lily said: “I’m terrified – I thought he’d think it was a diss, but it’s totally not a diss, I love Kanye, I think he’s brilliant.”
Oasis have left their fans frustrated after posting about having an announcement to make at 9am this morning.
However, it wasn’t to be and the band simply announced that they would be re-releasing their first album, Definitely Maybe, complete with unheard tracks.
Many fans were left angry and frustrated that the band’s announcement was not a reunion tour following their break-up in 2009.

Lea Michele has been a picture of strength and composure during the last six months since the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.
Nobody would think any differently of the Glee star had she broken down or disappeared from public for a while considering the extent of her loss, but she’s continue to put on a brave face.
Since losing the love of her life, Lea has thrown herself into her work and her new album Louder, which is due for release in February.
Speaking about the album, Lea told Teen Vogue what Cory had said about her new career move: “You’re going to be a pop star! What are we going to do? Are we going to, like, go on the road?”
Lea also spoke about feeling Cory with her throughout her new life without him saying: “There’s something about knowing he’s watching everything I’m doing and feeling like I have to do everything now not just for me but for him”.

Westlife member Kian Egan has some big news for his fans – the singer has revealed he will be releasing a solo album on March 14th.
The singer who recently became king of the jungle on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here took to Twitter to speak about his recent deal with record company Warner Music UK.
Kian also talked about the type of album it will be, saying:”My album won’t be a million miles away from what I did with Westlife. The songs will be pop songs, but a bit more rocky, good pop/rock songs”.
We think this news will make Westlife fans very happy indeed!
