Most of us were unashamedly glued MTV's reality show the Hills which followed the glamorous (and tumultuous) lifestyles of some very well-off Californian twenty-somethings. 

Back in the heyday of reality television, this show was king and we still harbour so many feelings towards this most glorious bout of television. 

So naturally, it still hurts to hear how much of it was actually not real which is exactly what happened in a recent interview with Heidi Montag. 

Buzzfeed got straight down to it and asked the former star of the shopw exactly what went down with fpormer BFF Lauren Conrad and what elements of the show were totally false. 

"The last time I spoke to Lauren was a few years ago. Like two or so," said the star when asked about her relationship to Lauren. 

"We kind of were talking a little and then we both were kind of like, 'We're not friends.' It's kind of awkward. But I do really love Lauren for everything that she has done for me and I do have a place in my heart for her.

"So I am thankful for everything that she's done and I hope she has a great life."

Yeah, they are definitely not friendly. 

"I think that the riff between Lauren and I was inevitable with where our lives were going," said the 29-year-old later in the video. 

"She wanted me to kind of be single with her and be with her all the time, and it just wasn't possible."

Actor Harrison Ford has spoken for the first time about his daughter Georgia's fight against epilepsy while attending a charity Gala. 

Speaking at the FACES (Find a Cure for Epilepsy and Seizures) event in New York, the actor was quick to praise his 26-year-old daughter for fighting against the illness in an emotional interview.

"When you have a loved one who suffers from this disease, it can be devastating," the actor said to New York Daily News.

"You know how it affects their lives, their future, their opportunities and you want desperately to find mitigation. You want to find a way that they can live a comfortable and effective life."

"I admire a lot of things about her. I admire her perseverance, her talent, her strength. She's my hero. I love her."

The 73-year-old revealed that it took years before a diagnosis was made after a series of serious seizures. 

"A few years later, she had another a big one, this one on a beach in Malibu, where a Hollywood director found her, luckily.

"I said to myself, this is Los Angeles, we have some of the best doctors in the world, they must know what's wrong with her. But nothing was diagnosed as epilepsy."

"Dr Orinn Devinskly, who is a dear friend, made the diagnosis: epilepsy.

"He prescribed the right medication and therapy; she has not had a seizure in eight years."

Kylie Jenner uploaded a pretty bizarre lip-related image to her Instagram yesterday leading many people to speculate that she is done with sporting big lips. 

The star uploaded a picture of herself with much thinner lips as her aesthetically enlarged ones literally fly away.

The caption of the wacky image simply reads: "Fly away my friend."

Though the picture could conceivably just be an image Kylie found amusing, many people are wondering whether she is done with fillers and whether her enlarged lips will soon become a thing of the past. 

Kylie did actually admit she was feeling the thinner lip look in a make-up tutorial for her app last year. 

"You know what's weird? I've been into small lips lately. Like, I want them to look small," the reality star told make-up artist Joyce Bonelli during the tutorial. 

Kylie admitted to getting temporary lip fillers  when she was 17 after increased public speculation saying she considered her thin lips an insecurity. 

As a direct result, lip fillers are seemingly becoming increasingly popular. 

While results vary, it could take anything from six months to a year for the effects of the fillers to begin to wear off so we say, watch this space! (Or at least Kylie's Instagram anyways).

The official season 6 trailer for the hotly-anticipated sixth season of the hit HBO series Game of Thrones has just landed and it looks truly incredible. 

Due to hit our screens on 24 April, the trailer features all of our favourite characters preparing to fight for their various causes in the upcoming season. 

Oh and the trailer even features a gorgeous song by Irish musician James Vincent McMorrow which is another win for the show which does part of it's filming in Northern Ireland. 

Though we still do not know the true fate of the beloved Jon Snow (and we probably won't for quite some time), the trailer definitely gives us more than enough reason to return to our couches for the new season premiere. 

And it seems that fans of the show are also suitably excited…

Selena Gomez and some friends managed to get trapped in an elevator in Paris this week and she was suitably terrified. 

While the lift appeared to stop between two floors, one industrious member of her team managed to pull the doors open manually much to the delight of the popstar. 

But of course, just like many of us, Selena had totally understandable fears that any of us would have if trapped in a tiny, suspended box hovering between hotel floors. 

"We keep talking, the oxygen…" the star is heard saying before trailing off. 

Because suffocation in a lift is a totally rational concern to have when actually stuck in one even though we're pretty sure that can't happen (thanks Google). 

Another member of the team is heard saying: "I am not getting out like that" as the doors are pulled open above floor level.

Irish actor Stephen Clinch is facing four and a half years in prison after an armed robbery at the Gate Hotel on Parnell Street. 

The 49-year-old, who is best known for his role as Noely on the popular RTE drama series Love/Hate, reportedly robbed over €50 thousand from the premises in May of last year. 

According to witnesses, the Kilbarrack native held a gun to the head of a security worker who was collecting money from the hotel's bar. 

The court was told that Stephen suffered from an addiction to heroin though claimed to be clean of the drug for over nine years. 

The father-of-three has 17 robberies and 13 burglaries on his criminal record, though all of these offences occurred before 2005. 

"I thought I had my life back on track," said the Dublin man to Gardaí when he was arrested. 

Character witnesses, that included singer Damien Dempsey, producer of Love/Hate series Stuart Carolan and film director Mark O' Connor, vouched that Stephen was reliable and gave back to his local community. 

Stephen claimed he resorted to the robbery as he was in a large debt after a consignment of drugs he had been given to hide were discovered by authorities. 

The actor's fictional character Noely was infamously involved in the shocking prison assault on Fran using a pool cue that ended season five of the show.

Kim Kardashian caused quite a stir yesterday with an explosive Twitter rant following a naked selfie she posted to social media but after calming down, she has penned a thoughtful post on her website about the issue. 

Celebrating International Women's Day, Kim posted a nude picture to her Instagram which received a certain amount of criticism which she addresses in her post. 

"Hey, guys. I wanted to write a post elaborating on my tweets last night. In all seriousness, I never understand why people get so bothered by what other people choose to do with their lives.

"I don't do drugs, I hardly drink, I've never committed a crime—and yet I'm a bad role model for being proud of my body?

"It always seems to come back around to my sex tape. Yes, a sex tape that was made 13 years ago. 13 YEARS AGO.

"And people still want to talk about it?!?! I lived through the embarrassment and fear, and decided to say who cares, do better, move on. I shouldn't have to constantly be on the defence, listing off my accomplishments just to prove that I am more than something that happened 13 years ago. Let's move on, already. I have.

"I am empowered by my body. I am empowered by my sexuality. I am empowered by feeling comfortable in my skin. I am empowered by showing the world my flaws and not being afraid of what anyone is going to say about me.

"And I hope that through this platform I have been given, I can encourage the same empowerment for girls and women all over the world.

"It's 2016. The body-shaming and slut-shaming—it's like, enough is enough. I will not live my life dictated by the issues you have with my sexuality. You be you and let me be me. 

"I am a mother. I am a wife, a sister, a daughter, an entrepreneur and I am allowed to be sexy."

Legendary music producer, often nicknamed as 'the 5th member of the Beatles', Sir George Martin has died today at the age of 90. 

Beatles drummer, Ringo Starr, took to Twitter to confirm the news this morning writing: "God bless George Martin peace and love to Judy and his family love Ringo and Barbara George will be missed xxx."

The infamous producer boldly signed the Beatles after hearing a rough demo in 1962, despite label Parlophone Records being focused mainly on comedy and jazz at the time. 

George went on to hone the sound of the group and produced nearly all their songs. 

The father-of-four became an influential name in the music business with his career spanning over sixty years, 30 number one songs to his name in the UK and 23 in the US.

We didn't expect a Disney star to chime in on the feud Kim Kardashian is having with… well, everyone.

Bella Thorne is now the millionth celeb to be involved with Kim's naked selfie and has decided to vent her feelings on the recent debate – but she actually might be the only one that has a point.

The 18-year-old took to Twitter to call out Kim and Chloe Moretz: "I think every woman should be allowed to make their own choices with their OWN bodies soo..

"-and it's not our place to tell them what they can and can't do with their body.. #internationalwomensday."

See? She does have a point. Not that we're all for Kim showing us things that we don't need to see but, each to their own we guess.

Well, we didn't expect this to come out today.

Liam Payne just totally gushed about his lady of the moment Cheryl V-F.

The boyband star shared a selfie of his woman along with the caption: "Happy #internationalwomensday to my favourite woman in the world. Hope I make you as happy as you make me."

GAAHH.

There has been so many rumours of late about these two, whether the romance is just for the camera or whether they really are an item.

Well this pretty much proves they are indeed an item. Sorry ladies, Liam is officially taken. And sorry Jean Bernard, it looks like Chezza is no longer your wife.
