The maca plant, which is found in South America, was fed to mice over six weeks and amazingly, those given the highest dose were found to exhibit the least depressed behaviour. According to research at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, their levels of cortisol (stress hormone) decreased, while their levels of dopamine (happy hormone) increased.

Miranda Kerr is among a selection of celebs who include this miracle plant in their diet – so no wonder she looks so happy! You can buy this as a supplement in health food shops and not only is it found to help depression, but also IBS symptoms, acne and it’s also said to boost your energy and libido!

It wasn’t that long ago when Rita Ora was gushing about her ex Calvin Harris, but it seems the singer has well and truly moved on if the latest rumours are anything to go by.

It was rumoured for quite a while that Rita was dating Tommy Hilfiger’s son, Ricky Hill. But it’s looking more likely that these two are an item as they were spotted holding hands a date on Saturday at Nobu.

A source revealed that things were getting quite serious between the two as Ricky flew over to accompany Rita on her travels.

“Ricky came over to Europe to hang with Rita a bit more this summer. They really hit it off when they met and really like each other, so Rita invited him over to join her.”

The source also added that Ricky is nothing like Rita’s ex Calvin.

”He’s a bit of a bad boy and a real world away from clean-cut Calvin. He openly boasts about smoking weed all the time on Twitter and has released mix-tapes called Support Your Local Drug Dealer. People are worried he might not be the best influence on Rita right now”.

To fuel the rumours even more, Ricky himself shared a photo of him and Rita three days ago. Hmm we just wonder what Calvin thinks of this snap?

The best way to earn another country’s respect is to sing in their native language as this viral video proves.

A foreign street performer certainly grabbed the attention of the local South Koreans when he performed in a train station.

Not only did he sing his heart out, he performed in the country’s native language and no doubt didn’t expect the support he received.

Even though we are not be able to understand what he is saying the songs sounds pretty good to us.

He certainly impressed the natives as can be heard from the huge cheer he got at the end!

Mila Kunis opened up about her wedding plans in a recent interview with W magazine.

The 30-year-old actress revealed that she is planning a small ceremony and that it’s the first time she’s ever become interested in getting married.

“I never wanted to get married. From the age of 12, I prepared my parents for no marriage. Then things changed—I found the love of my life.”

The actress said that she wanted to have a “secret ceremony” with only close family and friends.

“Now my theory on weddings is: Don’t invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are okay with that. They’re just excited that I said yes.”

The actress joked about her friends wanting to meet her co-star, Channing Tatum at her wedding ceremony, but Mila added that she was lucky as she’s already marrying her crush! Aww!

“I promised to introduce the girls to Channing – they are so excited about meeting him,” she said, adding, “We all get movie star crushes. I’m marrying mine.”

Mila confirmed that she’s expecting her first child with Ashton in May.

One thing is for sure Miley Cyrus knows how to make fun of herself and today was no exception.

The 21-year-old singer posted strange but hilarious videos of herself singing her hit song, Wrecking Ball –Broadway style.

The videos appeared one after another on her Instagram account this afternoon and it’s pretty obvious that Miley wasn’t taking herself too seriously in these renditions.

Daisy Lowe has landed a role in an upcoming big budget film.

The model isn’t giving away too many details just yet though, all she said on the matter is: “It’s really exciting. It’s a British film with some really amazing people in it. It’s my first part in a big production and it’s set in the 17th century.”
