Mark Wahlberg and Amanda Seyfried held nothing back from photographers recently when they were spotted kissing in New York.
But before you run off to comfort Amanda's boyfriend Justin Long, let's just mention the fact that the passionate lip-locking was purely for professional reasons!
It seems Amanda has replaced new mum Mila Kunis as Mark's love interest for Ted 2, which will be released next summer.
While we're sad to see Lori and John break up, we reckon Amanda will do a great job in the new role. The Mamma Mia actress admitted she was so keen to star in the film that she accepted the part from Seth MacFarlane before knowing anything about it.
"When they would talk about another Ted movie, I would always joke about how they were going to incorporate me into the movie," she confessed in an interview a couple of months before filming kicked off.
"I don't know what my character is like," the actress said "I literally don't know… But I still said yes to Seth because I trust him. How could anybody say no to him? But yeah, I have no idea what I'm doing. It's so weird."
Well, judging by these snaps, her character is definitely doing a lot of kissing!
The makers of the biopic about Linda Lovelace (starring Amanda Seyfried) were in a bit of bother recently, after allegations of copyright infringement were made by the makers of the 70s porn film Deep Throat.
Linda Lovelace starred in Deep Throat, so obviously the 2013 biopic, which told the story of the star, would have some similar scenes. However, Arrow Productions, who own the rights to Deep Throat, said they went too far by copying exact camera angles, lighting, costumes and settings.
US District Judge Thomas Griesa didn’t agree though. After close examination of three scenes, including the famous Deep Throat scene where Lovelace performs oral sex on her doctor (every day is different when you’re a judge!), he decided that the biopic scene didn’t “copy any more than necessary to achieve its creative purposes.”
He said the biopic “removed the sexually explicit part of Dr. Young’s physical examination as well as the famous pornographic scene”, and they also focused more on Linda’s lack of sexual experience.
Amanda Seyfried is the only one who enjoyed her smooch with hunk Channing Tatum.
The actress worked with Channing on the 2010 romantic drama Dear John.
During a recent radio interview, Amanda was asked about Channing’s kissing techniques.
“I don’t remember … I’m pretty sure it was great. It was easy! He’s a funny guy,” said 28-year-old Amanda.
But she wasn’t the only one!
“I felt like a million bucks afterwards. You want to talk about confidence? That guy gives you confidence. So generous,” chimed in Seth MacFarlane, who joined Amanda for the interview.
We can only imagine!
Amanda and the director are in London to promote their new movie A Million Ways to Die in the West, a comedy western that was written and directed by Seth.
The Family Guy creator also takes on the lead role of Albert, starring opposite Amanda, Charlize Theron, Liam Neeson and How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris.
The movie will hit Irish cinemas on June 6th.
Amanda Seyfried doesn’t think her relationship with Dominic Cooper could have lasted.
The Mamma Mia! co-stars split in 2010 after around two years of dating, but the 28-year-old actress thinks they were just too different to stay together for long.
”It would never have worked long-term. I’m too uptight for him. Or he’s too relaxed for me,” she said. ”He’s been with the same girl for ages. I hope they’re happy.”
The star of the upcoming Peter Pan movie is now loved up with actor Justin Long, so it seems it all worked out for the best!
The actress also opened up about the terrifying effect anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) had on her when she was younger, saying there were times she thought she was ”crazy”.
She said: ”I feel terrible for the younger me, because I thought I was crazy. Where was the fear coming from? It doesn’t make any sense. ‘I had my anxiety and my OCD – a lot of kids have it. You’re afraid of it; you’re afraid of your brain.”

Great news for Mean Girls’ fans out there, as Amanda Seyfried said she would be totally up for a reunion film.
Amanda became famous as a result of the teen comedy classic, where she played Plastics clique member, Karen Smith.
Karen was the ditzy member of the popular clique and in the film she thought she was able to predict the weather, using her boobs.
Amanda admitted she would love to have a reunion with her fellow Mean Girls’ stars, but isn’t sure how it would work out.
“I can’t imagine it working out but it would be nice. I mean, I’d love to do that but I know everybody is kinda busy.”
But the star admits even 10 years on, she still gets asked by fans about her character’s famous weatherwoman boobs: “People ask me to tell them what the weather is going to be like, they just want me to touch my boobs – and that’s fine!”
But a reunion film doesn’t look likely as Mean Girls’ creator, Tina Fey said at the beginning of the year there was no sequel in the works. Well, we can still dream.
Amanda Seyfried accidentally carried a knife on-board a flight yesterday after it went undetected by security in the airport.
Always the good citizen, Amanda tweeted a photo of the Swiss Army knife with a message for TSA (Transportation Security Administration) to draw attention to the incident.
Tweeting her own alarm at having gotten through security with the knife, Amanda tweeted: “Dear TSA: This Swiss Army Knife wasn’t detected through security and I unknowingly carried in on board. Scary!”
Australian actress Margot Robbie is quickly becoming the belle of Hollywood following her role as Naomi Belfort in Martin Scorses’s lastest masterpiece The Wolf of Wall Street.
It has now been reported that Margot will replace Amanda Seyfried in the post-apocalyptic thriller Z for Zachariah. Due to changes in a start date of the production it has been said that Seyfried can no longer commit to the movie and so Margot is currently in talks with director Craig Zobel.
The movie, based on the novel by Robert C. O’Brien will also star Chiwetel Ejiofar and Chris Pine.
