Khloé Kardashian has opened up about her ongoing connection with her ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

The Kardashians star ended her relationship with the NBA player in December 2021, after Tristan fathered a child with another woman. The former couple continue to co-parent their two children – five-year-old daughter True and 13-month-old son Tatum.

Earlier this year, it was then revealed that Tristan and his brother Amari – of whom the 32-year-old sportsman is the primary carer – had moved in with Khloé following the sudden death of their mother, as Tristan’s home needed to be renovated.

Now, in this week’s episode of the hit Hulu reality show, Khloé has admitted why she still remains supportive of her children’s father.

"I definitely feel overwhelmed and I guess stressed at times, but I'm not the one going through most of the pain here," Khloé began in a confessional.

Later on, Khloé added: "I'm not naïve to the fact that my ex-boyfriend is living in my house and that we're in really sensitive times.”

After confirming that she has set boundaries in place against the pair starting a relationship again, the 39-year-old went on to share the frustrations she still feels.

"Tristan has said before [that] I'm his person. I'm not saying I don’t believe him but I've heard this, and of course, it's angered me before because I'm like, 'If I f***ing am, then why have you treated me like this and how many times?'" she explained.

"I love love, and I am a hopeless romantic, but that's not gonna change how I feel and what happened,” Khloé insisted.

Later in the episode, Khloé spoke to Tristan and vowed for the pair to always have a positive experience with co-parenting.

"We're gonna be in each other's lives for the rest of each other's lives because of our kids, so I'm not gonna fight that, and I'm gonna make sure it's as nice as possible for me," she stated to her former partner.

The Kardashians is available to watch now on Disney+.

Jess Harding has broken her silence on her split from Sammy Root.

The pair won Love Island earlier this year, and after rumours that they had gone their separate ways started circulating, Sammy confirmed that their relationship was over.

When announcing their split earlier this week, Sammy revealed the break-up came as a ‘total shock to him’.

Now, Jess has shared her side of the story, admitting she is sad that she and Sammy are no longer an item.

Harding took to her Instagram Stories to answer a Q&A from her 845K followers, with many questions being about her and Sammy.

After one fan asked, ‘How are you doing since your split?’, Jess revealed, “It’s been over a week now since we split, so I’m getting there”.

“We shared a once in a lifetime experience together so of course I’m sad”.

Another of the 23-year-old’s social media followers asked the question on many of her fans’ minds: ‘Why did you and Sammy spit?’.

Jess responded, “I really don’t want to go into detail by doing a big statement but we’re just very different and behave differently and that’s it”.

Explaining ‘what’s next for Jess’, the former Love Islander admitted, “I want to work on myself and really make the most of the opportunity I have been given”.

“Winning Love Island was the best thing ever and I am still so grateful for everyone who voted for us. My In The Style collection will be landing soon so I have lots to keep me busy!”.

Sammy released a lengthy statement at the start of the week to announce the sad news that he and Jess broke up.

He said, “Yes we had a private conversation regarding our relationship but this was left up in the air as Jess is still away and we haven’t had a chance to speak in person. For me to then see today via the media that we had officially broken up came as a total shock.”

“To be totally clear – I at least wanted a face to face conversation to see if our relationship could be saved and felt this would be the respectful way forward. We had the most incredible experience winning Love Island and I genuinely saw a future with Jess”.

Root concluded, “I was committed and respectful to our relationship. Unfortunately things don’t always work out the way you’d hoped. Despite how this has all played out today. I think Jess is an amazing woman and genuinely wish her all the best".

With winter’s chill on the horizon, now is the time to reveal the newest trends in outerwear for 2023 and learn how to step up your winter style. This year’s fashion landscape features a lovely fusion of timeless looks, bold hues, and forward-thinking silhouettes. Here, we look into the topcoat trends and offer advice from fashion experts on wearing them for a fashionable and practical look this winter.

The classic trench coat

The timeless trench coats for women  are as popular as ever. Its lasting popularity stems from the fact that it may be worn in various settings and occasions, casual and formal. Choose a trench coat in a deep burgundy or camel colour this season. You may dress it up by layering it over a fitted suit for the office or dress it down by wearing it with jeans and ankle boots.

The oversized Puffer Coat

This winter, it’s all about the statement-making puffy jackets. Pick one in a brilliant metallic shade, or use a more muted, earthy colour. Pair a loose-fitting jacket with slim jeans or leggings to prevent seeming too boxy. Throw it over a bulky sweater and accessorize it with fashionable combat boots.

The Shearling Craze

Coats with a faux shearling lining are all the rage in 2023. This style is the epitome of relaxation, whether an entire shearling coat or a warm lining. Dress up a pair of leather leggings and some ankle boots with a coat lined with sheepskin for a stylish urban look. Wear it with ripped denim and lace-up shearling-lined boots for a more rugged look.

The Classy Cape

This winter, capes are making a significant resurgence as a chic and dramatic addition to any outfit. Choose an emerald green or royal blue wool cape with a fitted fit. Layer it over a turtleneck and wide-leg pants for a boho-chic style or wear it over an all-black ensemble to make a bold fashion statement.

The Quilted Quirk

The winter fashion trend for quilted coats is a nod to the past. Pick a quilted jacket with a belted waist to keep your shape. The versatility of these warm and fashionable items means they can be worn with everything from a midi skirt and stiletto boots to high-waisted jeans and sneakers.

The Belted Beauty

This season’s coats are being cinched and defined by belts. To make an hourglass silhouette when wearing a coat, try experimenting with wide statement belts. Belted coats can be worn with anything from a turtleneck dress and knee-high boots to flared jeans and a tucked-in top for a retro vibe.

The Faux Fur Utopia

The faux fur will still be widely used during the cold season. Go for a brightly coloured faux fur coat, like electric blue, or one with a striking animal print. Keep the remainder of your attire simple if you don’t want to look overdressed. Wear a black turtleneck underneath your faux fur coat and pair it with black ankle boots and simple jewellery.

Your coat is the perfect winter accessory, and there will be many stylish new options for you to pick from in 2023. There is a coat or jacket out there for everyone, whether they prefer the understated sophistication of a trench coat, the snug allure of sheepskin, or the striking presence of a puffer. Learn how to keep warm, fashionable, and ready to face the chill with these expert suggestions on how to style your winter outfit around the latest coat trends.

The Solomon-Swash household has been celebrating!

Yesterday (October 4), Stacey Solomon and her daughter Rose marked their joint birthday. While the Sort Your Life Out host turned 34, she also celebrated two years since she gave birth to toddler Rose.

In honour of their special day, Stacey took to Instagram last night to share a few snippets of their joint birthday festivities.

The mother-daughter duo sweetly decided to match on their joint birthday, with Stacey and Rose wearing identical sweatshirts with their respective ages printed on them.

In amongst the adorable family images, the former X Factor star also included a snap of herself and her little girl playing with Rose’s birthday present – a refurbished dollhouse, which Stacey revealed earlier this week that she had fixed up for the occasion.

“The best gift I ever got on my birthday was you Rose. It’s a dream sharing this special day with you,” the mum-of-five gushed at the beginning of her caption.

"Happy birthday darling girl. 2 years have bloomin flown by. And I’m already excited for 18-50,” she joked, adding: “It’ll be here before we know it no doubt!”

The proud mum then went on to detail how she and her fellow birthday girl spent their day.

“We had the best day. Rose LOVED her dolls house so so much. We played ALL morning. It was cake for breakfast. Then Rose had her taster day at nursery & the school mums & my sister took me out for lunch,” she noted.

“Then we did the school pick ups together in tutus & played some more dolls house with the boys. Now it’s time for dinner and more cake with a side of nail art,” Stacey teased.

Many fans of the TV star have since taken to her comments section to send their well-wishes.

“Aw how lovely! Happy birthday to you girlies!” one follower wished.

“Happy birthday to both. How precious to share such a special day,” another added.

“I’m glad some of my faves are on here,” another TikTok fan praised.

Set in luxurious Fiji, Love Island Games will take on a slightly different format from the original series, as Islanders will be competing to become the series’ champion in both teams and couple’s challenges, all while facing the usual recouplings, dumpings and attempts to fall in love again.

The brand-new series will still be dominated by familiar UK faces, as Maya Jama has been confirmed to host. Voiceover presenter Iain Stirling will also narrate each episode.

Fresh off her new gig as Love Island USA’s social media ambassador, former bombshell Maura Higgins has shared that she will be continuing her role for the spin-off.

Love Island Games will premiere on US streaming service Peacock on November 1.

Dublin Simon Community is in final preparations for its annual Home Run five-mile run in the Phoenix Park and is urging people who haven’t already registered to ‘Join the Movement’ and sign up to raise essential funds for the homeless charity.

The annual run first took place in the park in 1983, only taking a break from the iconic location to go virtual for two years during the recent pandemic.

More than one thousand people are expected to participate and many more will join to cheer on runners and walkers and enjoy the festival atmosphere in the race village close to the Papal Cross on Saturday, 7th October. The starting gun will fire at 9.30am but participants are asked to arrive early to register and collect their race numbers, and join the organised group warm-up at the start line before the race.

The unique five-mile course is chip-timed for experienced runners but is designed to facilitate people of all ages and abilities to join in. Everyone who crosses the finish line will receive a beautifully designed sustainable wooden medal and there are prizes for first past the line.

Dublin Simon Community is also delighted to be joined by Martin Kelly, the winner of the first ever Home Run in aid of Dublin Simon in 1983 – who is planning to cross the finish line again 40 years later.

All funds raised by the Dublin Simon Home Run will support Dublin Simon Community’s life-saving services, which help vulnerable people in our community to close the door on homelessness for good.

Dublin Simon CEO, Catherine Kenny said: “Over the last 40 years, we have seen what our community can do. We have seen that when staff, volunteers, donors and supporters come together, we can affect real change and help people to close the door on homelessness for good.

“We are calling on as many walkers, joggers, runners, buggies, dogs and more as possible to join us in the park on October 7th because the more people who show their solidarity on the day, the more lives we can change together as a community.”

Registration for this year’s Home Run costs €25 and opens at 8am near the Papal Cross in the Phoenix Park on Saturday 7th October. The starting gun for the five-mile event will fire at 9.30am and all are welcome to sign up or join us to cheer participants on from our race village.

Natasha Hamilton has shared an insight into her motherhood experience with her youngest daughter Kitty.

Natasha welcomed her baby girl into the world with her husband Charles Gay back in August.

As her newborn reaches the seven week mark, the Atomic Kitten band member has opened up about perseverance when it comes to her little one’s development.

The 41-year-old headed to Instagram to share a collection of photos with her bundle of joy to her 161K Instagram followers.

The sweet snaps show the mother-and -daughter duo out for a picturesque walk, as well as a selfie of the pair.

Natasha captioned the post, “Today was a great example of perseverance, paying off. Although Kitty is 7 weeks old today, babies development is measured by their due date not the birth date”.

“So development wise, she is only 4 weeks old. So not surprisingly getting out and about with her can be really difficult when I’m on my own as she doesn’t like the separation she feels when she’s in the pram”.

She continued, “Today I set her pram up with her @lovevery.europe sensory toys and they worked a treat! They kept her attention for ages (after a good 20 mins of crying) and then once she settled (by giving her the dummy) she was really looking at the colours/shapes and then fell asleep”.

“We got a gorgeous 1.5 hour walk out the house and around the park – which had just been freshly cut so smelt divine and it was just so lovely to be out in the elements while the weather was dry & sunny and a great sense of achievement”

“We’d have been out longer but she did a massive wet fart so it was time to head home before the poonami escaped!”, she added before saying, “Swipe to see kitty getting big!”.

Many fans of the singer headed to the comments to applaud Natasha’s update on her daughter and to compliment baby Kitty.

One fan wrote, “Brilliant, it's good to get out but it takes a lot of effort, well done”.

“Yeeeey. Aww she’s growing bless her”, penned a second commenter. Another added, “She's beautiful just like her mummy”.

Shortly after announcing Kitty’s birth, Natasha spoke about her newborn’s early arrival, admitting she gave her ‘quite the surprise’.

Posting a montage of photos from her labour on social media, Hamilton explained, “You came in to the world over 3 weeks early giving mummy quite the surprise when daddy was working in london! but you held on in there until he got home”.

“From the second we lay eyes on you, we’ve been totally besotted with you”.

She added, “The first few weeks brought us some challenges and quite a few sleepless nights but your are our little warrior and we are so happy that you are now thriving”.
