Miley Cyrus had her godmother, Dolly Parton, very concerned when she told her she needed to “murder Hannah Montana”.

Miley, who found fame playing the teenage character, Hannah Montana, on the Disney Channel, obviously felt her image needed an update now that she was older.

Dolly went on to say that she hopes the singer doesn’t do anything “bizarre” again: “I’m hoping that she hold it in the road and doesn’t do so many things that are that bizarre. I don’t think the crowd would be so forgiving next time of she did anything else that was really offensive. I don’t want it to overshadow her talent.”

Miley is currently in hospital after suffering a reported allergic reaction and has missed out on dates from her Bangerz tour.

It may still be a little nippy here for taking our tops off – but it’s not where Millie Mackintosh and husband, Professor Green are at the moment!

The couple are in California ahead of the Coachella Festival, which Millie has been very excited about for weeks uploading many photos of her preparation to her Instagram account.

But Professor Green wasn’t too happy when he found out Millie shared a topless photo of him … and he heard about it from pal Example!

The star took a screenshot of the hilarious message between himself and Example, uploaded it to his own Instagram account and added the caption: @camillamackintosh stop posting semi-naked pics of me and @exampstagram stop using emojis”.

Reports are revealing that Katie Holmes is set to be the next Nigella Lawson.

Apparently, American cook show The Taste are interested in having the former Dawson’s Creek star replace current British chef, Nigella on the show.

A source revealed that it’s all early days, but Katie is extremely interested in taking on the role.

“They’re keen to hear more about how Katie’s planning to reinvent herself as a Martha Stewart-style culinary guru. It’s very early days and it all depends on what happens with Nigella, but Katie is very excited and would jump at the job if it came available.”

Katie apparently wants to leave acting behind and become a cooking star. Not sure how Nigella would feel about this.

Frozen star, Kristen Bell decided to brave it on The Ellen DeGenres Show when she decided to put herself through a Naked and Afraid obstacle course.

The 33-year-old actress revealed that she loved the hit reality show, Naked and Afraid and Ellen decided to let the actress live out the experience for herself.

While Kristen didn’t get completely naked, she still wore a revealing bodysuit with funny results.

Lady GaGa had her wisdom teeth removed yesterday and decided to share a snap of her recovery to her fans.

The mother monster captioned her make-up selfie: “Chipmunk Cheeks. Wisdom teeth out before tour. I can’t eat. I’m gonna put some meatballs in a blender.”

But the 28-year-old singer proved she had a sense of humour when it came to her dental surgery, as she decided to tweet about it afterwards.

“Wisdom teeth out. P-p-Percocet p-p-Percocet.”

GaGa unfortunately won’t have long to recover as she will be hitting the road soon for her ArtRave: The Artpop.

Vintage Cocktail Bar in Temple Bar is a pretty cool place to go for your cocktails. True to its name, the bar is a throwback to the golden age of the forties and you will feel you have stepped back in time. Grab some food and take your pick from the extensive cocktail menu.

De Bara Folk Club, Co. Cork
De Bara Folk Club is located in Clonakilty and is self proclaimed as Ireland’s No. 1 Folk Club. There is live music everyday and a mix of traditional, rock’n’roll and folk music can be heard there.

Foxy John’s, Co. Kerry
Foxy John’s in Dingle is a pretty unusual pub to say the least. It is not just a pub as it doubles up as a hardware store. Random maybe, but it comes in handy if your bike gets a flat on the way there.

O’Connell’s, Co.  Galway
O’Connell’s in Galway is full of character and reatains all its original features. you can get lost in cubby holes while scanning through the historic photos on the wall. It’s one for the whiskey lovers among us.

Kirsten Dunst recently shared her views on sexual harassment in Hollywood and the film industry.

Kirsten was questioned was she ever “pounced” on by a director while working on film, Dunst laughed and said “no”.

The actress then went onto to imply that actors usually bring on that behaviour from colleagues, on themselves.

“I don’t give off that vibe. I think that you court that stuff, and to me it’s crossing a boundary that would hinder the trust in your working relationship.”

Kirsten has previously raised eyebrows when she spoke about gender roles in relationships. Dunst said it was important that men still feel masculine in relationships.

It’s one of the most glamorous festivals of the movie world, and now the official line-up for Cannes 2014 has been revealed.

The man most of us imagined marrying one day – Ryan Gosling – will show off his directorial debut with How to Catch a Monster. Is there anything he can’t do?

The most talked about showdown will be between two of the biggest British directors today, as Ken Loach presents Jimmy’s Hall up against Mike Leigh’s biopic Mr. Turner about painter JMW Turner.

Both will go head to head for the prestigious Palme d’Or.

Other big names in the line-up include David Cronenberg with the Robert Pattinson-starring Map to the Stars, Jean-Luc Godard, with Goodbye to Language, Olivier Assayas’ Sils Maria staring Kristen Steward and the much hyped Nicole Kidman-starring biopic Grace of Monaco.

The 67th Cannes festival will run from 14th to 25th May – and we can’t wait to see who’s wearing what on the red carpet.

Rita Ora reveals that she definitely doesn’t wake up looking fabulous. The 23-year-old singer decided to share with her fans, just how much make-up she really wears.

Ora shared a snap of complete make-up collection on Instagram, she captioned the shot: “Now that’s makeup #fixthismug.”

Rita’s extensive make-up collection included eight cases of foundations, concealers, eye-shadows and lipsticks as well as make-up brushes and applicators.

Rita in the last month has become the official face for Rimmel, so maybe that’s why she wants to ensure she’s always looking her best.

Still, how long would Rita have to sit and wait to have all the make-up applied on. We admire your patience Rita.

Prince William may have said that Kate looked like a banana in her yellow dress yesterday. But the Duchess of Cambridge got her own back today, when she made fun of the Prince’s thinning hair.

The royal couple were being shown tufts of alpaca wool during Sydney’s Royal Easter show, when Kate saw it as the perfect opportunity to slag Will’s bald spot. Kate suggested that he should use the alpaca wool, as a toupee.

The exhibitor who was there when the couple’s teasing took place, said it was very funny.

“The Prince was interested in the alpaca, and as I showed it to them, the Princess said he should put it on his head. She said, ‘You need it more than me’, and pointed to his head and he laughed.”

Irish singing sensation, Imelda May, is joining Ronnie Corbett, Ricky Gervais and Juliette Binoche on the couch tonight.

We can’t wait to see Imelda perform! Her new single is called It’s Good To be Alive and was written shortly after the birth of her daughter, Violet.

How sweet is that!

Hmm, three comedians on the one couch though? We are looking forward to seeing how that plays out…
