Halle Berry is doing the talk show rounds to promote her new film Extant, and lets face it – Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show was always going to be the most craic.
The pair performed ‘the hamster roll’ during the show because, as they said themselves: “that’s how we roll!”

Getting over an ex is never easy and staying friends with them can be a little harder. Here are five simple rules for staying friends with your ex:
No drunk dialling
Just don’t do it, you will only regret it in the morning. From screaming messages to inappropriate declarations of love at 3am, drunk contact of any form is not a great way to start a friendship.
No sex
Well not sex with your ex anyway. There’s too much emotional involvement there, and it will of course only make things more complicated.
Don’t comment on each other’s partners
Unless you have something nice to say, it’s probably best not to say anything at all.
Honesty
All the best friendships have a strong foundation of honesty and your ex is no exception. So before embarking on the friend route with your old flame, make sure to talk honestly about why you want start a friendship with them. Remember you split up for a reason and if your reasons for a friendship are not genuine, it’s probably best to face that reality head on.
RTÉ comedian Katherine Lynch has spoken out about how being called a ‘fag hag’ over the years has really hurt her feelings, and how she never meant her depiction of the character Nuala in The Centre to offend transgender people: “Incitement to hatred is a massive accusation to level at anyone, and it has been heartbreaking. No one sat around a table and said, ‘Lets lampoon a trans person’.
“In fact, what we wanted to do with Nuala was create empathy… It’s comedy, though, at the end of the day and comedy represents people in exaggerated ways.
“I’ve been called a ‘fag hag’ so many times in my life and it has hurt because I’m a woman, not some addendum to a gay man’s life.
“But then you have TV comedies like Gimme Gimme Gimme, which portrays a woman as a fag hag, a sexually messed-up loser who only lives to be the friend of a gay man.
“But it’s comedy and comedy is often grotesque. Often comedy reveals truth through grotesquery and the truth central to that show was that friendship is so important.”
Katherine said she will continue to advocate for transgender rights: “Because I’ve got so many LGBT friends, I had an understanding of what trans people endure, but through the protests I learned a lot more.
“The protests gave more education to society about what trans people go through too. I am delighted that trans rights are progressing, that people are fighting for those rights, and that the Government is producing a gender recognition bill.
“Because of where I come from, who I essentially am, I am on the side of trans people, and so many people I’ve talked to are too.
“For a human being to be born into the imprisonment of a body they don’t feel is theirs is unimaginable, and the journey trans people take to self-realise is the bravest and strongest of all.”
With so many images telling us that we are too fat, too thin, too tall or too short, having a positive body image can be nearly impossible.
Not a day goes by without a celeb being berated for not wearing make-up or for not looking their absolute best. Not surprisingly, body shaming and hatred is rife among young people, but Robin Rice wants to change that. The creator of Be Who You Are Productions, Inc. – an organisation dedicated to bringing about social change – has launched a new campaign, #StopTheBeautyMadness.
The campaign is aimed at all women and through a series of 25 advertisement images, Robin want us to look at beauty ideas for what they really are: “It’s about strong words that reveal the ideas that need to be seen for what they are. It is not always pretty to see what is hidden deep in our psyche (or even just slightly under the surface), but it is important to see it clearly so that we may call it out and change it.”
Robin wants to create a new world where “beauty is defined by whole-self qualities, not eye-to-nose and bust-to-waist-to-hip ratios.”

Charlotte Church has admitted that she is just like the rest of us. The Welsh singer, who was worth £25 million at just 17 years-old, has admitted that she’s going to have to work for the rest of her adult life if she wants to maintain her lifestyle: “I will have to work for the rest of my life. Not because I want to but because I have to.
“I always understood that all that stuff isn’t important and my career was not the be and end all.”
Charlotte’s millions have been falling over the years, despite launching a successful enough pop career (her song Crazy Chick was a top three hit). In 2010, Charlotte was down to £11 million. She divorced Gavin Henson around this time so no doubt that wreaked some havoc on her finances. Last year, the Sunday Times Rich List said she was down to £8 million – which is still a fairly hefty amount of money to be worth, but Charlotte says her real worth is far less, “The tax man is looking at my accounts wondering where I’m hiding all my money.”
The star is now recording her own music in a home studio in her back garden after setting up her own record label called Alligator Wine, and by the sounds of it, despite her dwindling finances, she’s happier than ever: “My life is so full and so rich I definitely feel like I’ve had the good side of the deal.”
Though that’s not to say she doesn’t still want the big bucks: “I haven’t got a lot of money. I’ve got enough to be comfortable if I was reasonable for the rest of my life, but I’m not reasonable, so I will have to find a way to sustain my lifestyle.”

There is nothing worse than a disgusting smell lingering in your home, so it’s time to get rid of them.
Here are the five most common smells and tips for making them disappear:
The dishwasher
Sometimes the dishwasher can really stink, like really, really smell. The best way to get rid of this is to fill a cup with vinegar, put it on the top rack and put the dishwasher on a cycle without any other dishes in it – ta da!
Animal smells
While you may love them unconditionally, your adorable kitty or cuddly dog can really stink. To get rid of their strong odours, sprinkle a little baking soda over your fabrics, rub it in and leave it over night. In the morning, simply vacuum it clean.
Your bin
A bin smell can be particularly pungent, especially if it hasn’t been taken out in more than a week. Light a scented candle in the kitchen and it should at least be masked until you take the bin out. For goodness sake, just take the bin out.
The fridge
Again your trusty baking soda can be put to good use. Pour some into a cup, plonk it at the back of the fridge and it will absorb all nasty smells.
Burnt smells
If you’re anything like us, you will have a few burnt smells at least once a day in the kitchen. Simply pop on the fan, light a scented candle and the smell will go away.
Remember that hilarious vine of what seemed like an embarrassing exchange between Victoria Beckham and Samuel L Jackson? Well it turns out it wasn’t that awkward after all, and Samuel and Victoria are best buds! Well, according to Samuel anyway.
Both Victoria and Samuel ended up sitting beside each other at the Wimbledon Men’s Final on Sunday. One audience member managed to catch, what seemed like an awkward exchange between Victoria and Samuel. He then posted the vine online and it has since become a viral hit.
But the actor hit back at the Vine on Twitter today. He said that his meeting with Victoria was not awkward at all, and the former Spice Girl was “lovely”.
He tweeted: “Lotta bull***t going round, I had a ball sitting next to @victoriabeckham at Wimbledon yesterday!
“Truly lovely! STFU!”
Well that’s us told then. The vine still looks incredibly awkward though.
Sources have confirmed, that Naya Rivera will not be returning as a series regular for Glee’s sixth and final season.
Glee insiders said that the reduced status came at Rivera’s request, and the producers obliged to keep her happy.
Naya will be returning for a few episodes though, but it has not been revealed for how many or how long.
Even though many rumours have stated that Naya wanted out of the show, after on-set spat with co-star, Lea Michele. Sources close to the star have revealed that Rivera’s decision to spend less time on the show has nothing to do with the on-set drama.
“Naya wants to have more time to explore her music and other endeavours.”
Naya has been series regular on Glee, since it first started in 2009. The show will have an extended hiatus during its final season, and will return mid season in 2015.
Reports are claiming that Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran have called it quits on their relationship for good.
Sources say that the couple went their separate ways over the weekend. While no one knows for sure why the long-time love birds have split up, it is believed that it could be over a picture that was posted on Instagram.
Chris shared a revealing shot of Karrueche on his Instagram page last Saturday. The picture shows the model lying face down on a bed dressed only in a tiny black thong and bra.
Soon after Chris deleted the picture on his Instagram, Karrueche posted a cryptic Buddha quote.
“In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.”
This isn’t the first time the couple have split up, as the Tran and Brown ended their romance in 2010, but later got back together in May 2013.
