the Golden Globes

The highlight of The Golden Globe this year had to be the creation of the Fiji Water Girl meme.

Model and actress Kelleth Cuthbert went completely viral after she posed up a storm behind various high-profile celebs, all while working as a promotional model for the water brand.

According to The Blast, however, the model has just sued the Fiji Water Company and The Wonderful Company. She alleges that they created a marketing campaign based off her viral images without appropriate permission.

According to court documents which were obtained by The Blast, 'Fiji Water intentionally created cardboard cutouts for use in a cardboard cutout marketing campaign' one day after the awards.

It is alleged that the following day, after the marketing material had been distributed already, the company attempted to make a deal with the model's agent.

'This lawsuit is frivolous and entirely without merit,' a Fiji Water rep told Bustle.

'After the Golden Globes social media moment, we negotiated a generous agreement with Ms. Cuthbert that she blatantly violated.'

'We are confident that we will prevail in Court. Throughout our history, we have had a sterling reputation working with talent.'

Cuthberth is reported to believe that she  made up to $12 million worth of brand exposure for Fiji, and is suing for monetary damages.

She has responded with her own statement on Twitter, saying: 'The decision to sue Fiji Water was a last resort for me, and I had hoped to discretely resolve this dispute.'

'Fiji Water used my image without a contract, without consent and without payment, all for their own financial gain.'

'Models make a living off the use of their image. No on would expect other professionals to work for free.'

'I only seek what is fair.'

Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn are notoriously private about their relationship, but a few lucky people got to witness…*gasp* A KISS between them at a Golden Globes after-party.

The duo sadly didn't grace the red carpets as a couple, which would have completed our lives as we know it, but his reaction to her presenting an award possible restarted our hearts.

Her boyfriend is involved in the award season run for his role in The Favourite and Mary, Queen of Scots, with Taylor making appearances by his side at the movie premieres and after-parties.

She's been fast making friends with his co-stars Nicholas Hoult and Emma Stone too, unsurprisingly.;

Joe was asked numerous questions about his girlfriend, despite the fact that he maintains his privacy.

One particular reporter from Entertainment Tonight asked if they would ever act together, to which he replied "It's not planned at the moment but who knows";

 Joe's reaction to seeing Taylor present onstage at the Globes was especially heartwarming, with The Favourite co-star Nicholas Hoult giving Joe a pat on the back as he couldn't take his eyes off her.

Sources told Us Weekly that“While Taylor presented, Joe watched the teleprompter near him and smiled and Nicholas Hoult patted him on the back. After Gaga walked on stage, Joe shifted his gaze to the stage near Taylor.”

"She was smiling at him while she walked off the stage. She looked over her shoulder and gave a sassy cute little smile at his table’s direction,” according to the source. Adorbs.

Behold; a series of tweets showing every sibling relationship ever.

Anyone who has a brother or sister knows that, even if they achieve something as magnificent as a Golden Globe nomination, you just HAVE to slag them. You have to.

The roast began with Macaulay Culkin sitting down to watch his brother, Kieran Culkin, at the lucrative awards ceremony last night.

He started off pretty tame, observing his brother's presence and pretending not to know that he was nominated. We'd all do it, let's be honest.

PG enough:

His bro was there as part of the TV drama Succession, which earned him a nomination.

Then he even throws in a compliment, calling his bro 'handsome';

He even spots his brother in the distant crowd, hiding among the celebs;

He then spells his brother's name wrong, which we're assuming was a joke but who even knows?

He tries to use him for Twitter follower purposes, which is relatable content.

If our brother was at a ceremony filled with celebs we'd force him to track them all down for autographs and follower requests:

Then he joked that he never answers his calls, which is why he seemingly had no clue that his brother had been nominated. Bit of a gas, but we hope he's joking…

We're appreciating the comedic content, we really are.

He finished off with a show of support for his brother, despite the fact that he didn't win. Except he also claims to have been supporting another actor…LOL:

We're positive that Kieran is well aware of the fact that he didn't win… but sure look, sure listen.

Typical sibling bonding right there, no apologies ever to be made for the vicious roasting.
