Pop star Justin Bieber is reportedly seeking treatment for depression, according to US sources.

A source told E! News that the Sorry singer is "batting depression and he's been having a difficult time."

"He really wants to get better. He has been seeking all the help he can get," said the insider, claiming that the star is leaning on his 22-year-old wife Hailey Baldwin for support.

Bieber soared to fame at the tender age of just 13-years-old, and recently spoke about the difficulties of growing up in the public eye.

He said: "I didn't really have a chance to find who I was apart from what I did."

"I just needed some time to evaluate myself: who I am, what I want out of my life, my relationships, who I want to be – stuff that when you're so immersed in the music business you kind of lose sight of."

The 24-year-old has composed a strong network around him of "the people that love him most," such as his mum, wife and pastor.

The source stated that "this is just something Justin has to deal with" and that he is actively seeking professional treatment. "He is in outpatient therapy and getting help every day," the source elaborated.

"This is his focus right now." He recently got candid about his struggle with his mental health in an honest interview with Vogue. He revealed a number of personal problems, such as resentment towards his parents.

While speaking to Vogue, he said: "I've struggled with the feeling that people are using me or aren't really there for me, and that writers are looking to get something out of me and then use it against me."

People magazine allege that Justin is feeling "down and tired" and "has been struggling a bit", but the treatment and health issues have nothing to do with Hailey.

The pair tied the knot last September, with people close to them saying that Justin is very happily married: "It's just something else that he struggles with mentally."

"He has good help around him and is receiving some treatment. He seems confident he will feel better soon."

Guardians of the Galaxy actor Chris Pratt has hit back at Ellen Page after the actress called him out for attending an alleged "infamous anti-LGBTQ" church.

The Juno star criticised Pratt on February 8 after his appearance on The Stephen Colbert Show, questioning why he didn't address Hillsong's 'infamous' views.

She later elaborated on her frustration, writing on Twitter;

“If you are a famous actor and you belong to an organisation that hates a certain group of people, don’t be surprised if someone simply wonders why it’s not addressed. Being anti LGBTQ is wrong, there aren’t two sides. The damage it causes is severe. Full stop."

She continued her emotional statement;

“If LGBTQ+ people are expressing their pain, their trauma, their experiences… maybe just try and listen? Open your heart, stop being defensive and have compassion. It’s a beautiful and life changing feeling, empathy.”

The 31-year-old is married to Emma Portner since last January, and made an impassioned speech on The Stephen Colbert Show accusing Donald Trump and Mike Pence of continued dangerous discrimination against the LGBT+ community.

“I am fired up tonight, it feels impossible not to feel this way right now, with the president and Vice President Mike Pence, who wishes I couldn’t be married. Let’s just be clear. The Vice President of America wishes I didn’t have the love with my wife.”

Now Chris Pratt has responded to her claims about Hillsong, a celebrity-infused church in Los Angeles which has faced controversy over it's views.

Pastor Carl Lentz, who leads its New York branch, in 2015 said that he believes homosexuality is a sin and that a gay member of the church could never hold a leadership position. He claims that the church opens its doors, but doesn't encourage the 'gay lifestyle'.

Pratt took to Instagram writing: “It has recently been suggested that I belong to a church which ‘hates a certain group of people’ and is "infamously anti-LGBTQ." Nothing could be further from the truth."

He continued; “I go to a church that opens their doors to absolutely everyone.” He elaborated on how the Hillsong community helped him through his divorce with actor Anna Faris.

“Despite what the Bible says about divorce my church community was there for me every step of the way, never judging, just gracefully accompanying me on my walk,” Pratt said.

“They helped me tremendously offering love and support. It is what I have seen them do for others on countless occasions regardless of sexual orientation, race or gender.”

We'll have to wait and see if Ellen Page answers his statement.

Ellen Page is known for being an absolutely unreal actress, and all-round lesbian ledgebag.

Literally, she's queen of the gays. Did you SEE her speech on the Stephen Colbert US chat show about Vice-President Mike Pence's homophobia? We had chillz. They're multiplying.

The Juno actress has now called on Guardians Of The Galaxy star Chris Pratt to address his church Hillsong’s attitude towards LGBTQ people.

The newly engaged Chris Pratt spoke about his ‘spiritual side’ on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, ironically the show that Ellen made her badass speech on, and she had some words to say about it.

The 39-year old Jurassic World actor is admittedly very religious and identifies as a non-denominational Christian, attending services at the Zoe Church and Hillsong, also attended by Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin.

Replying to Pratt's comments, Ellen wrote to Twitter; "Oh. K. Um. But his church is infamously anti-LGBT+ so maybe address that too?"

Page has just celebrated her one-year-anniversary with her wife Emma Portner last month, and famously speaks out against homophobic attacks like the recent horrible incident involving Empire actor Jussie Smollett.

In 2015 Brian Houston, leader of Hillsong, has said that while gay people are welcome to worship there, and that he loves all people, Hillsong doesn’t ‘affirm’ the gay ‘lifestyle’. Whatever the heck that means.

"Hillsong Church welcomes ALL people but does not affirm all lifestyles. Put clearly, we do not affirm a gay lifestyle and because of this we do not knowingly have actively gay people in positions of leadership, either paid or unpaid."

"Can you take an active leadership role? No. ‘This won’t make everyone happy and to some, this stance may even be seen as hypocritical. We are a gay welcoming church but we are not a church that affirms a gay lifestyle." Alright then…

Famous pastor of Justin Bieber, Carl Lentz, said he admits he doesn’t know what Jesus would think about homosexuality, saying:

"Jesus was in the thick of an era where homosexuality, just like it is today, was widely prevalent. And I’m still waiting for someone to show me the quote where Jesus addressed it on the record in front of people. You won’t find it because he never did."

Pratt spoke on the show about how his church helps him to deal with fame, and has yet to respond to Ellen's tweet.
