Just a year after purchasing her LA home, Kylie Jenner has put her first house back on the market with the intention of making a million dollar profit for her decorative efforts.

According to the Daily Mail, the makeup guru’s five-bed, six-bath home is for sale for a cool $3.9 million – that’s $1.3 million more than she bought it for.

And just like your standard starter house, Kylie’s gaff comes equipped with all the basics: movie room, glam room, walk-in wardrobe and shoe room.

The teen icon is trading in the luxurious monochrome home – which she spent months decorating with interior designer to the stars Jeff Andrews – for a bigger model.

She has reportedly bought a $6 million mansion in the Hidden Hills – the same area where momager Kris and sister Kim both live.

Her new home not only has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, it also has a pool, four-car garage and a wine cellar – all for the girl who’s not even old enough to drink!

The break-up blues must be hitting Kylie Jenner hard lately as she has just revealed some wild new lip colours.

The reality star took to Instagram to show off two new lip kits: 'Freedom', which is deep navy and 'Skylie', which is a bright powder blue.

In a video posted on the social media site, Kylie explained that the new colours are fo the 4th of July celebrations in America.

She also revealed that 'Skylie' is based a a blue Ferrari, and we have to say, it's not for the faint-hearted.

Kylie seems to love them, but other than going to a festival, we doubt we'll ever don these colours.

Kylie Jenner has to put up with A LOT of speculation, and for an 18-year-old, we think she deals with it like an absolute pro.

But by the looks of a recent Instagram upload, it seems the constant rumours and inaccurate reporting can be a bit of a head wreck at times.

Curled up on the couch with her sisters, the youngest Jenner sister looks baffled as she scrolls through her phone, asking: "Why do people think I'm pregnant?"

With trademark deadpan delivery, Kourtney decided not to reassure her sister in the short clip and instead added fuel to the fire by asking who Kylie's baby daddy was.

Could this exchange, which has been viewed a whopping 3.8 million times since yesterday, sum up the family's bizarre alternate reality any better?

In the world of Kylie Jenner, no small feat goes unnoticed.

The reality star took to Instagram to say she was proud – of herself. Yep, just her.

Kylie's new matte black lip kit is about to be released, and the brunette beauty took to the photo-sharing site to show her fans she started from nothing (urm…?).

Ms Jenner wrote: "Back when I only dreamed of having my own lip line. 16 yr old me would be so proud."

It was a bad night for Kylie Jenner last night as her Twitter account was hacked.

However, the 18-year-old didn't seem to mind that much…

The flurry of tweets had an abundance of colourful language, yet the one that stood out the most to her 16 million followers was: "I love being so famous with no talent." Ouch.

The tweets were deleted nearly as fast as they went up, but that didn't stop eagle eyed fans taking screenshots of them.

Soon after the hack started, Kylie took to a different social media platform, Snapchat, to tell her fans that she didn't really care and that she's going to let the guy have his "fun."

One of the tweets was liked by @lolsw4y, the same user accused of hacking Katy Perry's account earlier this week.

Just weeks after rumours of their potential relationship began to emerge, Kylie Jenner has been serenaded by her potential flame PartyNextDoor.

As well as hosting a Memorial Day pool party over the weekend – which was attended by her BFF Hailey Baldwin and her ex-boyfriend Jayden Smith – Kylie managed to capture PartyNextDoor’s performance of the original song and share it on Snapchat.

The short clip shows the Canadian rapper sitting at a piano playing chords to the pretty uninspiring lyrics “Kylie, oh Kylie” – any song is better than no song, right?

The 18-year-old makeup guru captioned the video “Vibes”.

Although the official status of their relationship is still unknown, Kylie and PND have been hanging out a lot since she split with her rap-star boyfriend Tyga earlier this month.

On Saturday the Keeping Up With The Kardarshians star accused PND of hiding her in a video which he posted to his Snapchat account.

He responded to her claim by saying: “No I don’t, man.  I’m trying to protect you.”

Could this song be a sign that the pair are about to go public with their relationship?

Or is it just a teaser for a future PND release?

Following the break-up between Kylie Jenner and rapper Tyga, it looks like there might be further upset on the horizon for the world-famous reality TV family.

According to Hollywood Life, an explicit video was uploaded onto Tyga's website yesterday and it appears to involve Kylie – the youngest Jenner sister.

Despite the fact the footage was quickly deleted, it managed to catch the attention of people online before being removed.

It has been established that HL spoke to a lawyer who gave them the 411 on the case.

“Tyga would need written consent from Kylie before he can release a sex tape of the two of them," he explained in light of the issue.

"Any sex tape released without Kylie’s consent would possibly fall under California’s new revenge porn law which prevents exes from releasing private material after relationships end.”

Now, we doubt Kylie is already in a full on relationship with PartyNextDoor, but the picture did seem to get to Tyga.

When Kylie Jenner and rapper Tyga broke up last week, it was no surprise since they're known for being on and off over the course of their relationship.

But now, it really seems that the love birds have called time on their romance.

Tyga was chatting to TMZ and said that he will always "love" Kylie, but "things just didn't work out."

"We're both just focused on our individual lives right now and sometimes things don't work out but I love her," he said.

"People grow and evolve. So everybody should have the opportunity to have love and live they life.

However, in the video Tyga refused to say whether the age difference betweenthem played a part in the break-up and he also wouldn't say whether he thought Rob Kardashian would be a good step-father to his son King Ciaro.

Ah, we don't see an end to this drama anytime soon…

Nothing has been confirmed, yet nearly every media outlet has claimed that they have the inside scoop.

If anyone has tried a detox or cleanse diet, you'll know it's extremely hard. You have all the good intentions to go the full way, yet most of us fail miserably.

Well, yesterday, Kylie Jenner attempted a juice cleanse/detox and documented the whole thing on Snapchat.

The reality star didn't last too long on the whole thing, and pretty muh gave up because, well… food.

She started off the day well, having a juice for breakfast, but once lunchtime came around, all of her good intentions pretty much went downhill.

She took to her SC to tell her fans that while she's not a quitter, she really wants some sushi – and we totally feel her. 

It's OK Kylie, we'd favour sushi over a juice anyday.
