While she may have the biggest selling album of 2015 that didn't mean Adele was going to be an automatic shoo-in for an Ivor Novello award, but still…

Following the news that the 27-year-old songstress failed to receive any nominations at this year's prestigious awards, we're guessing there were some seriously stunned faces in the Adele camp today.

Having won Songwriter of the Year and Most Performed Song at the 2012 ceremony, most of us were fairly certain that the star's latest album would at least secure her a mention, but nada!

While she may not have an official nomination under her belt for this summer's ceremony just yet, it's important to remember that awards for Songwriter of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, International achievement and Ivors Inspiration award won't be announced until the big night.

Voted for by songwriters and composers, the winners will be revealed Grosvenor House in London's Park Lane on 19 May.

Hello? Adele has to have at least ONE of those in the bag, right?!

As a woman who is almost as famous for her past rocky relationships as she is for her music, it's no surprise that Tay Swiz is ALL about showing the world just how in love she is with bae-of-one-year Calvin Harris.

However, her most recent post about the pair's high-profile relationship has given the internet the MAJOR creeps, and it's not hard to see why.

In an image which was uploaded earlier today, the Bad Blood singer can be seen looking almost tearful as she watched her DJ boyfriend perform at Coachella this weekend.

Watching @calvinharris like #coachella

With her arm reaching forward, you'd almost think the over-dramatic Tay was a mere step away from heaven's gate, but this wasn't the actual issue for most Instagram users.

Paying less attention to the star's bizarre facial expression and more to her platinum blonde barnet, internet users wasted no time slamming the new 'do.

"You look like Courtney Love without the drugs lol," wrote one while another posted:  "I love you@taylorswift but don't let Vogue do that to your hair again."

Jeez guys. how do you REALLY feel?!

What would you do if you happened upon a celebrity's wallet? Drain that sucker before anyone noticed it was missing or return it immediately and await your karmic reward?

One teen from the States opted for the latter and, boy, did it pay off big time!

Stumbling upon a wallet which belonged to Aussie star, Chris Hemsworth, 17-year-old Tristin Budzyn-Barker, did the right thing, 'fessed up and ultimately made his way onto the Ellen show to tell his story.

And if that wasn't cool enough, the teen Scout then cleaned UP, with the Thor star giving the lovely Tristan the cash content of the wallet before Ellen swooped in and did the most amazing thing ever…

She may be the face of the brand, but that doesn't mean its founder, Calvin Klein, has to be as head over heels for Kendall Jenner as the rest of us, but still…

Calvin, who, in fairness, gave up control of the company more than a decade ago, was far from gushing when it came to the 19-year-old Calabasas-native.

According to OK! magazine, the fashion designer spoke to Fern Mallis of the Savannnah College of Art and Design, and admitted that Kendall's campaign hasn't made that big an impact on him.

"You know, I'm really not that familiar with it. I'm honestly not. I'm sure she's a lovely young woman. It's not the kind of thing I would have done, even today," he admitted.

Throwing shade at today's generation of catwalk heavy-hitters, the 73-year-old said: "Now, models are paid for how many followers they have."

"They're booked not because they represent the essence of the designer, which is what I tried to do – they're booked because of how many followers they have online," he added.

Despite the fact this this seems to be working wonders for fashion houses and the models themselves, Calvin doesn't seem convinced.

"I don't think that, long-term, is going to work. I don't think that's a great formula for success for the product you're trying to sell," he opined.

Oooh…the gloves are off.

We know Daz Shepard as the archetypal funnyman, but it seems the much-loved star has done his best to conceal an incredibly dark period in his past.

Opening up during a radio interview on The Jason Ellie Show, the former Punkd star revealed that he had been molested by an 18-year-old neighbour at the age of seven.

"It was minimal," Shepard told the SiriusXM host. "It wasn't anything like what you recounted. But even at that, it took me 12 years to tell anyone that."

Unsurprisingly, the traumatic event took its toll on the popular actor, who continued: "It took me 12 years to tell anyone and then, all that time, I was like 'It's my fault', as generic as that is, and 'I'm gay, I must have manifested this because I'm secretly gay'."

The star, who has struggled with addiction issues in the past, attributes the abuse to struggles in adult life, saying:" If you've been molested, you only have a 20% chance of not being an addict."

"I was like, 'Hmm, interesting', because in my mind I just like to have a f**king great time," he admitted. "But when you hear a statistic like that, I'm like, 'Oh no, I was going to be an addict, period.'"

The actor, who is perhaps best known for his role in Parenthood, is now the proud dad of two young daughters with actress Kristin Bell.

Look, maybe we're biased, but no one can do justice to a Backstreet Boys track unless they're an actual Backstreet Boy, so our hopes weren't exactly high when we heard Lance Bass and Joey Fatone had recently taken to the stage to perform I Want It That Way during a karaoke session.

And we were right to be nervous.

Murdering the track which managed to make airport runways alluring and white pants sexy, the two *NSYNC lads looked and sounded like two of our less popular uncles at a family wedding.

Unsurprisingly, YouTubers wasted no time slamming the hairy performance, with one writing: "Probably the two worst singers in NSYNC. Bad, just bad."

Flagging an issue which we're sure NSYNC management hoped would never get too much air-time, another YouTuber wrote: "This was the only time anyone ever heard the two of them sing!"

There may have been a reason for that…

It's actually been online since 2013, but it looks like the internet was just crying out for a dose of cuteness this week because this totes adorbs vid is popping up EVERYWHERE today.

Featuring a teeny-tiny Bruno Mars doing what he does best, this clip shows a star in the making, and we literally cannot stop watching it.

From the way he pronounces All Shook Up to the reason he donned a jewelled jumpsuit in the first place, four-year-old Bruno knew exactly how to charm the public even as far back as the late 1980s.

Ah lads, we are MELTING.

Seven years after Chris Brown was charged with felony assault for attacking his then girlfriend, Rihanna, the With You singer has opened up about the public's reaction to the shocking incident.

In a revealing new documentary entitled Welcome To My Life, the 26-year-old star admitted that the backlash from his fans and followers was almost too much to deal with.

Reflecting on the public's understandable reaction to the star's actions, Chris said he went from "America's Sweetheart to public enemy number one."

The singer, who pled guilty to the charge back in 2009, insists that he feels considerable guilt over his actions that night, insisting; "I felt like a f**king monster. I wasn't sleeping, I wasn't eating. I just was getting high."

With admirable honesty, the singer explained that he considered taking his own life during the darkest times in that period, saying: "I was thinking about suicide and everything else."

Appearing in the documentary alongside her son, Chris' mother, Joyce Hawkins, admits that it was an incredibly difficult time in their life, saying: "That was the worst day of my life and probably his life. I felt like I was going to lose my child."

Chris completed community service following his assault on Rihanna.

Hell hath no fury like a make-up artist scorned, as Kylie Jenner unfortunately learned this weekend.

Taking to Twitter to seriously slam the quality of Kylie's latest product, Jeffree Starr inadvertently ignited some major backlash against the youngest Kardashian sister.

"So i got the new @kyliecosmetics lip glosses… SO disappointed in this product," he wrote in a post on Friday. "That wand is unacceptable."

Sharing a photo of the product which, to be fair, looked like something we kept in our senior infant's art kit, he continued: "No shade but…how the f*ck can a multimillion dollar celebrity think this is acceptable? Was there no quality control?"

In a surprising turn of events. Kylie's army of fans AGREED with the cosmetic expert and wasted no time sharing their own images of the dodgy produce in a move which put ol' Kyles on major damage control.

Proving she's learned a lot from momager, Kris Jenner, the 18-year-old reality star took to Instagram to fight her corner and explain that some brushes were sold accidentally.

"I changed my entire matte formula in the first month to be less dry and thick and I changed the wand to be more comfortable because I listen to you guys, and I love perfection," she gushed.

This is an old video from snapchat for anyone who missed it. I care a lot about the quality of my products. As you can see from my matte lips.. I changed my entire matte formula in the first month to be less dry and thick and I changed the wand to be more comfortable because I listen to you guys, and I love perfection. So good or bad, I love hearing your feedback. When I saw the problem with my lip gloss brushes I stopped all production and changed it. Life is a learning experience and we learn from our mistakes. Only a small amount of the old brushes were sold and I can now confirm that next week we are sending new brushes/glosses to EVERYONE that ordered on 4/1… Only my new brush has been available since 4/1 and on the second release we sold over 200,000 of them . so that's amazing Love you guys more than you know. I'm always listening. -Kylie

Far from happy with the star's response, Jeffree tweeted: "So the first customers were just guinea pigs? How is that fair for a consumer to get something shi**y and then the next launch it's fixed?"

Yikes, we wouldn't like to be in Kylie's shoes right now.

With Ariana Grande's new album Dangerous Woman still weeks away from release, her fans are only DYING to hear the performer's latest offering, and today she put them out of their misery.

Hitting YouTube earlier today, Let Me Love You featuring Lil Wayne has already clocked up half a million views, and fans are far from disappointed with the star's newest break-up track.

Commenting on the sultry-sounding track that had us fanning our cheeks like a bunch of Victorians, one fan of Miss Grande wrote: "This literally killed me. This sounds so beautiful and sexy."

Unfortunately, YouTubers weren't as complimentary about the star's choice of colloboration, with fans wasting no time slamming Lil Wayne's contribution on the track.

"I really don't think Wayne fits this song," wrote one while another said: "I don't like the Lil Wayne part though…She would kill it just on her own!"

Ah lads, can't we all just get along?

As the eldest sister in the Kardashian / Jenner family,  Kourtney has ALWAYS been our secret fave…there, we've said it.

From her deadpan expressions to her undisguised contempt for most other members of the Calabasas clan, there's something about Kourt that makes us really think we could be proper friends.

So, how better to celebrate the star's 37th birthday than to consider the ten moments we wish she'd been there for us… in real life, you know?

1. That time we stumbled down the steps of Coppers without dropping our kebab or losing our handbag.

"Whoooops Kourt! Whoooops!"

2. That time we asked her if he wasn't replying because we didn't drop a smilie.

"It should have been a winkie, shouldn't it, Kourt?"

3. That time we needed reminding about how to TRULY feel beautiful.

"How do YOU do it, hun?"

4. That time we needed a pep-talk before dropping some serious truths on the squad.

"Sass me up! Sass me UP!"

5. That time we needed to know we weren't alone during our Friday night bawl-fest.

"What are YOU doing tonight, Kourt?"

6. That time we needed reminding about just how slick the crew truly are.

"Kourt, we're flagging here."

7. That time time we needed reminding that OUR boyfriend wasn't so bad after all.

"Has yours ever done anything like that, Kourt?"

8. That time we suggested we were less than perfect.

"It's mostly my hair, weight, height and face."

9. That time we wanted to bitch, but didn't want it to get back to our poor victim.

"You won't say anything, will you?"

10. That time we questioned whether we should switch allegiance to a different Kardashian sister.

"Nope"

Oh, happy birthday KK!

Brace yourselves ladies because it looks like Irish television is about to get very, very interesting over the coming months.

Having dabbled in dance and DJ'ing over the course of her high-profile career,  Irish model, Vogue Williams, will now be dabbling in drugs as part of a new four-part docu-series for RTÉ,

Yes, you read that right.

Speaking to the Sunday World, the 30-year-old model and radio host explained that the first episode of the upcoming RTÉ series will focus on the repercussions of recreational drug issue, and Vogue will be getting stuck in…under medical supervision, of course.

Vogue, who separated from Brian McFadden after a three-year marriage last July, is understandably a little nervous at the idea, telling the paper: "I’m terrified, it’s not something I’ve ever done before."

"It was never my thing, but we are going to do it for the show as we are looking at addiction – my mother is going to be delighted I’m sure," she added.

We don't quite know what to say…
