Rihanna has been making headlines recently as she has cancelled a number of appearances in the past few weeks, including her Grammy gig.

But last night she certainly made up for it with her steamy performance with Drake.

She opened her number with Consideration and then a whole squad of back-up dancers joined her when she began to sing Work.

AND then, it totally heated up as Drake made his way to the stage to resurrect their flirty chemistry from their two Work videos.

And the cutest thing? Drake was all 'ALL PRAISE Rihanna' at the end of the song.

But seriously, their humping and grinding was so sexy, we're surprised Drake didn't put a ring on it afterwards.

Adele may be nominated for four gongs at tonight's BRIT awards but she has already scooped up the prize for Best British Female Solo Artist at the prestigious ceremony. 

Adele took the time in her speech to show her support for Kesha, who is currently embroiled in a court battle to be freed from her record label, Sony. 

The 27-year-old took the time to thank her own record label for letting her "embrace the fact that I am a woman."

"And I'd also like to take this moment to publicly support Kesha", said the Hello singer at the end of her speech. 

Adele wore a ethereal red gown to the awards show which showed off her fabulous curves. 

Meanwhile, Kesha's plea to be freed from her record label following claims she was raped by her producer, Dr. Luke, was denied by a New York judge last week. 

Since then reams of celebrities have come out in favour of the singer including Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande and Lorde.

So the BRIT awards are well and truly in full swing as evidenced by the jam packed celebrity red carpet. 

And even though we can actually watch the show tonight on ITV, it does not mean we cannot revel in all the fashion faux pas of the red carpet (okay there's a FEW nice outfits too).

Maria Walsh has faced an onslaught of rumours that she is dating Irish TV producer Shauna Keogh after the pair attended the Gossies award show last week. 

However, the producer has now revealed that the pair are in fact simply very good friends. 

"We've had so many questions asking if Maria and I are together," Shauna told The Irish Sun.

"We know people are interested and these questions aren't going to go away. We knew this was going to come up and people are going to come to the wrong decision, but myself and Maria are just friends and work colleagues.

"Myself and Maria are definitely going to be hanging out at more events together. We're both gay and if the two of us turning up on a red carpet together makes it easier for same sex couples, that's great."

The pair have insisted that they are simply working together on a some upcoming TV projects since the producer has returned from the States where she was working on a number of shows. 

However, Shauna had noting but good things to say about the 2014 Rose. 

"I think Maria is an amazing, brilliant role model for young people in the LGBT community and she has allowed more young people to come out about their sexuality."

While we eagerly anticipate the BRIT awards this evening, it seems that only half of One Direction is set to make it to the prestigious awards show. 

Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne are set to grace the red carpet while the rest of us are left to wonder what the hell happened to the rest of them. 

Despite becoming a daddy in the past few weeks, Louis Tomlinson flew back to the UK from his current abode in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile Liam was pumping up a sweat this afternoon ahead of the show as he shared a much appreciated snap of his current ab situation to Instagram today. 

As for the location of the other two, your guess is as good as ours. 

According to the Sun, Harry simply did not want to go. 

"This could have been one last hurrah for the boys at what could be their last BRIT Awards as a band," said a source to the paper. 

"But Harry has shown no interest in attending."

As for Niall, it seems that he is currently back-backing through Thailand and is taking a break from social media much to the dismay of his followers. 

In fact many One Directioner's actually can't cope with not knowing the location of the Mullingar native:

How could any of us forget that infamous video of a Britney Spears mega-fan defending his fave singer from the torrent of media abus after that infamous VMA's performance. 

It was all staged, but who cares?

It's a total classic of the genre. 

The 2007 clip gave meaning to the term 'viral' as the video's views shot up to over 50 million at the time. 

Fast forward seven years and it seems a lot has changed for the comedian, not least he looks totally different.  

We are well aware of the fact that he bats for the other team, but HELLO.

A young Irish woman has spoken about the importance that Special Needs Assistants have played in her education as she graduated from college today. 

Jessica Ní Mhaoláin shared a moving post on Facebook which has received over 24 thousand reactions at the time of writing. 

"Tomorrow morning at 10am I will be conferred with a Masters in Government in UCC," begins the eye-opening Facebook status. 

"This is my second conferring in two years – the first was for my Bachelors of Science in Public Health in 2014. I'm 24, and have spend 20 years of my life in full time education. This all sounds like a normal story doesn't it? But I've left out one key fact: I had the help of an SNA for half of my full time education in Ireland."

The 24-year-old was born with a vision impairment called Occulocutaneous Albinism which means she can only see five feet ahead of her. 

The Cork native revealed that her disorder meant that education became near impossible for her as a child. 

"Imagine yourself sitting in a classroom, surrounded by other students and a teacher writing about a history lesson or an Irish verb on the chalkboard. All very normal isn't it? Now close your eyes, imagine what it would be like to rely only on sound for your education.

"Relying only on sound to learn how to spell, add and subtract, read, and write. Because that's what I had to do, until SNA's were introduced by the Minister for Education in 1999 – which was Micheál Martin."

Jessica went on to discuss the invaluable support Special Needs Assistants gave her throughout her education. 

"When I eventually got the invaluable resource of an SNA's help, I had the help to do things I couldn't because of my sight: notes, explanations, descriptions of what was going on in class.

"Simply put, I would not have finished primary school without the help of my SNA. I definitely would not have sat either my Junior or Leaving Cert without an SNA.

"Every child has a right to education, and it's near impossible for a child to learn if they rely on sound alone.What is wrong with this society when it is deemed ok for a SENO or Department official to cut an SNA from a child for the sake of a financial bottom line?

"Because while I'm graduating tomorrow morning, there will be children and parents in Cork who were where my parents once were. And they will be wondering whether their child will achieve an education like I have, because an SNA and a chance to learn equally as others do has been taken away from them for the sake of saving money."

And it seems Jessica's post has struck a chord as the post continues to garner a huge social media reaction.

If you haven't been watching latest true crime drama, American Crime Story:the People vs OJ Simpson, we recommend you get on that asap. 

Apart from being a bit fascinating as well as socially relevant, the show (which airs on BBC) features the Kardashian brood as children while their father, Robert Kardashian, is thrust into the limelight during the infamous murder trial. 

We have been dying to know what the Kardashian clan would make of the show and it seems Khloe has given us some insight on what it was like at the time.

"I was 10, and the teachers would like close down the classroom we'd all be watching it on TV," said the 31-year-old to James Corden on his talkshow. 

"It was so crazy, but I mean people were really cruel during that time. They used to key 'guilty' on my dad's car, like when we were at church.

"It was horrible at that time, they were incredibly mean and cruel." 

But it would seem that many of the scenes featured in the hit show were dramatised.

"They're kind of sensationalising the Kardashian name in it, but I think [it's] to bring a younger audience in." 

However, while Khloe still finds that part of her youth tough, one Kardashian member is loving the new show. 

"I know it's a phenomenal miniseries. [Kim] rants and raves about it."

The ten part show, which stars John Travolta, Cuba Gooding Jr and David Schwimmer as Robert Kardashian, follows the story of esteemed sportstar OJ Simpson and his highly publicised trial for the murder of his ex-wife and one other in the nineties. 

The Kardashian patriarch, who died in 2003, was a loyal friend to OJ and served on his legal team during the case.

In one of the more bizarre news stories of the day, a young Russian teen has won a months stay in a hotel with a pornstar and his family are understandably not happy about it.

The 16-year-old reportedly won the strange prize after being the 100,000 person to visit a website selling virtual arms for a computer game. 

Ruslan Schedrin, who has worked as a child actor in his native Russia, is ecstatic about his win where he will get to spend time with Russian pornstar Ekaterina Makarova. 

While we have no idea what Ekaterina will be expected to do during her month with Ruslan (who looks closer to 14 than 16 to us), it seems that the teen is free to decide where the pair stay and how they live for the month. 

"I didn't believe it at first, I thought it was rubbish. But when it turned out to be true, I thanked the website, I was so happy," said Ruslan to a local news station. 

"I saw her and I liked everything, she has got good sizes…. and so on. I am looking forward to our meeting so much, everything is boiling inside me. I am happy so much."

However, his family are understandably not impressed at all with the prize. 

"I am absolutely against it. He has got exams, he is studying," said Ruslan's mother Vera. 

"This is not real at all, even a week is too much. They should give us 100,000 roubles [approx €1000] instead, we'll be happy with it."

But it seems adult entertainer Ekaterina, who is believed to be in her mid twenties, doesn't mind the boys age and believes 16 is a "good age to be independent."

When asked if the prize involved sex with the winner, she replied: "It is not supposed, but life is life."

"It is a usual thing when inexperienced boys are looking for more experienced girlfriends. I don't know. At least we'll be friends. I liked him in the photographs.

"If he is not comfortable about a hotel, he can stay at home. He has to decide."

According to organisers, the young teen can pass on his prize to an older representative but it seems that the 16-year-old is hell bent on enjoying his 'prize.'

It's four days to go until the Oscars, and buzz is building for our gal Saoirse Ronan.

The Carlow/New York native is up for a Best Actress gong for her role in Brooklyn, but she's been getting just as much camera time outside of the world of film too.

Her instantly-recognisable face appears on the cover of Interview magazine's current issue which launched today, and she looks downright stunning.

The black-and-white cover, photographed by Mikael Jansson, is a more edgy Saoirse than what we're used to seeing on screen and at awards shows. Wearing a skintight Dior dress and with her hair and skin drenched in water, the 21-year-old is positively smouldering, in fact.

As part of Interview's Fashion Issue, which features four covers from four different stars, Saoirse chatted to fellow A-lister Jodie Foster, and the pair did some serious bonding over their similar Hollywood childhoods.

"I'm really close to my mom as well, and she came away with me up until I was 19," said Saoirse of her time away from home on shoots. 

"I'm a baby… But she always comes over for the first week to help me settle in. It's really important."

Having moved out of home and set up with her own place in London just two years ago, Saoirse admits the whole thing was a big learning curve.

"It was something that I needed and I wanted to do. I wanted to leave Ireland and have anonymity while I was young so I could be stupid and relaxed, I suppose.

"So I lived on my own and got used to paying bills every month and washing dishes and not leaving them in the sink for five days."

An Oscar-nominated star who washes her own dishes? Saoirse sounds like our kinda lady.

It seems that actress Olivia Munn is the latest celebrity to be faced with allegations that she is getting a little extra help to stay looking youthful, if you catch our drift. 

Commentators have speculated that the 35-year-old is looking young and healthy than ever as she's set to embark on a busy year as her latest flick X-Men: Apocalypse is due to be released. 

However, the actress, perhaps best known for her roles in Magic Mike and Ride Along 2, has taken to Instagram to reveal how she stays looking so fresh, and it is absolutely not down to plastic surgery. 

"Ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you I love research. Convinced that there's got to be natural, healthy ways (ie not only the rich and connected can do it) to keep your skin from aging, I do lots of research," says the caption of the pic which shows two pictures of the actress side-by-side. 

"So here are 4 skin tips I've learned just over this past year that really helped the texture and shape of my face."

"1. I lost 12 pounds this past year while training for X-Men. I kept it off by coming up w/an hour workout I do a few times a week. The weight loss leaned out my cheeks and jawline. Working out is also great for your skin because it increases blood flow to your face which helps rejuvenate.

"2. Reshaped my brows. I do my own brows and always thought they were supposed to have a high arch. Then a facialist pointed out to me that I was shaping my brows into a frown. So I let the top of my brows grow in (which is never fun because it looks spotty for a few weeks) and then I plucked the bottom. That gave my brows a more horizontal angle and instantly brightened my eyes.

"3. Got rid of sunspots. I love my freckles. But over the past couple of years I've seen more come up and merge with other freckles to make large dark spots. Dark spots prevent your skin from reflecting light and gives you a dull complexion. So for the past year I've been diligently using Proactiv Mark Fading Pads. I wipe my face with one every night and now my face has a more even tone and the large spots aren't as noticeable.

"4. I've talked about this before and I still stand by it: Japanese potatoes that are high in Hyaluronic Acid help keep wrinkles away. Look up this video: Connie Chung Yuzihara to learn all about it. There are Hyaluronic Acid pills and vitamins but I think that the best way to get it in your system is by eating them in foods that naturally have them

While many of us are getting swept up in the whirlwind that is the turbulent relationship between Celebrity Big Brother stars Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell, it seems one person is happy with the pairing. 

The rest of us may be sick to our back teeth of hearing about the ups and downs of the couple since they left the house, but Stephanie's ex Zayn Malik has reportedly given them the seal of approval. 

Stephanie has always had nothing but nice things to say about her brief fling with Zayn (even if it overlapped with his relationship with Perrie) and it seems that the former One Direction hottie is happy for his former flame. 

According to the Mirror, the Pillowtalk singer reached out to his ex to wish her and her new beau well. 

"Zayn has been in touch to check Stephanie is ok and to let her know he approves of Jeremy," a source told the paper. 

"He has invited them both to see him when he is in London."

While we find it kind of hard to believe that the super busy Zayn took time out of his day to chat to his fame-hungry ex, we would probably combust if we actually saw pictures of that trio hanging out.

Meanwhile, Zayn has given 'Zigi' fans something to drool over as he shared a snap of himself and Gigi sharing an intimate moment on Instagram. 

While the snap has no caption, it features a polaroid of Zayn leaning over to kiss a delighted Gigi and fans cannot get enough. 

"I love you two! Together you look truly happy," reads one enthusiastic 'Zigi' supporter. 

Maybe a double date between Zigi and Jephanie is on the cards… if the latter can manage to stay together that is.
