Has Justin Bieber not learned anything from his past brushes with the law?

Apparently not, if reports this weekend are anything to go by.

Word on the Internet is that the singer has been summoned by authorities to Argentina, to appear in court over a very serious claim relating to an attack on a photographer last year.

Diego Pesoa claims that Bieber sent his team of bodyguards to chase down and attack him outside a club in Buenos Aires. Bieber was on his South American tour at the time.

With Interpol now involved in the case, it’s looking pretty serious, and the authorities have been given permission to use all “necessary means” to get Bieber to court in Argentina within the next 60 days.

If he’s a no-show for questioning, an international arrest order will be issued against him.

Bieber could very well be looking at a charge of causing minor injuries, and if convicted he could face up to one year in prison.

What happened to that sweet boy with the floppy hair? Get it together, Justin!

We are well aware that things are not good for Amanda Bynes right now, but this latest news just took things to a whole other level.

In an audio recording allegedly featuring Amanda, recorded by her friend, the actress talks about wanting to kill her parents and making death threats against them.

In the audio, which was released exclusively to TMZ, Amanda is overheard saying: “If your father was my father….then you would understand why you’d want to slit his wrists.”

Describing her father as ‘the worst person’, she goes on to say: “Nothing would give me greater pleasure than like, slitting his throat.”

In the shocking audio, she is also overheard talking about how she has previously threatened to burn her parents’ house down, and expressing her anger at the fact that they are in control of her money.

The audio was supposedly recorded in secret during a car journey last week, and was then released to US entertainment site TMZ.

We really, really hope there is some good news on the horizon for Amanda.

Since making her musical comeback, it seems as though Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has been leaving her filter at home.

With Kim Kardashian’s nude shoot for Paper magazine dividing opinion, the X Factor judge was keen to have her say on the controversial photos.

Speaking the The Sun, the singer said: “I don’t think it’s real. I’ll refrain from judgment because each to their own, but I would never do it. I could never, I could never, I could never.”

We think Cheryl’s feelings on the subject are pretty clear!

One subject that she didn’t shy away from discussing was her relationship with Simon Cowell, and it seems as though there may still be a trace of tension between the two.

Saying that he ‘hasn’t changed a bit’, the star added: “What people don’t realise is what goes on backstage. There’s a lot of snide remarks and competing.”

Well, it is the fiercest competition on Saturday night TV, is it not?

Some films, like Mamma Mia and Grease are famed for their entire soundtrack while other films may have a stand-out song which encapsulates the entire movie in just three to four minutes. Either way, the music that accompanies any film is an integral part of the whole production and when it’s epic, it’s really epic.

From horrors to tearjerkers, here are just five films that brought us some of the greatest movie tracks in recent decades. Goosebumps, anyone?

The Lion King
Where do we start? Elton John didn’t win Oscars, Grammys and Golden Globes for his musical contribution to this 1994 Disney smash for nothing! 'Circle of Life', 'Can You Feel the Love Tonight?' and 'Hakuna Matata' bring us out in chills for all the right reasons. Nobody mention Mufasa. Sob.

The Bodyguard
“Aaaaaaand I!” Although written by Dolly Parton in the 70’s, Whitney totally made this song her own in this 1992 tearjerker. The emotion, the raw passion and those high notes makes this track one of our favourite movie theme songs of all time. Considered a guilty pleasure by some, but pleasure is pleasure, right?

Titanic
Yes, it was played to death and yes, Celine was a total drip, but you can’t tell us that you can listen to those opening notes without thinking of Rose and Jack’s ill-fated trip and whirlwind romance. Yeah, we thought so.

The Exorcist
If the film itself wasn’t terrifying enough, we were then subjected to what might be the scariest instrumental piece of all time. The fact that we wouldn’t play 'Tubular Bells' if we were alone in the house goes to show the power of a perfect theme song. Now, turn it off.

Rocky
Many people mightn’t even know the name of this famous theme song, but you can be sure they’d be able to belt it out at a moment’s notice, if asked. Rocky’s anthemic theme song ‘Gonna Fly Now’ stands for hard work, persistence and courage. Is it on your gym playlist? It should be.

What is happening with the back of Robert Pattinson’s head? Does he even know? Maybe someone should tell him.

The twenty-eight-year old actor rocked up to GO campaign’s 7th annual Go Go gala in Beverly Hills and stunned onlookers with a very questionable hair do. Sporting what looks like an early 90’s Hugh Grant flop at the front, the Twilight star then turned around to reveal a bowl cut and a small strip of hair at the back.

The star, rumoured to be dating FKA twigs, an English singer-songwriter, didn’t seem unduly concerned by the press's reaction to his bangin’ barnet and focused more on the event at hand.

Robert has championed charity, Go Campaign for quite some time. The non-profit organisation raises funds for vulnerable children and orphans around the world and the generous star once auctioned off a meet and greet with himself on the Twilight set in a bid to raise money for the charity.

We’re not quite sure what to make of Robert’s new look and if we’re honest we’re really hoping it’s for a movie role and not here to stay!

Getting offered your dream job is an amazing feeling, but what's not so amazing is all those VERY awkward moments you have to get through while you're settling in.

So many new tasks! So many new faces! It can all be a bit overwhelming.

Here are just nine of the horrible stages you have to get through in the first few days…

1. The terror/excitement of knowing tomorrow's the big day
The absolute fear.

2. Not having a clue what to wear
What in God's name does "smart casual" mean these days?

3. Leaving your house two hours earlier than usual
Well, the Luas might break down. IT MIGHT.

4. The cringe worthy introductions
"Hi, hi, hi, I won't remember any of your names in a minute's time."

5. Struggling to work the doorbell, the coffee machine, your computer… EVERYTHING.
If you hear the sound of your annoying voice saying "em, excuse me, could you just give me a hand with…" one more time, you're actually going to escort yourself out of the building. Everything is so hard to use!

6. Wondering how soon is too soon to whip out your Taylor Swift impression
It's charming, no?!

7. Eating lunch on your own like a loser
Oh, the perils of the office cafeteria.

8. Trying to get your head around everything
So many spreadsheets! How does everyone remember all this information?!

9. Praying for someone else new to start so you won't be the rookie anymore
"Go on, ask me anything. Ask me where the tea bags are."

What Not To Wear star Trinny Woodall is currently mourning the loss of her ex-husband Johnny Elichaoff who died after a tragic accident in London this week.

Johnny, who shares an eleven year old daughter with the style expert, fell from the roof of a shopping centre in Bayswater, west London on Wednesday morning.

The couple who married in 1999 and divorced a decade later not only remained on civil terms, but considered themselves good friends with Johnny saying: “Trinny has a heart of gold. The steeliness people see in her is really a cover for her chronic shyness. In fact, she is the kindest woman I have ever met.”

Fifty-five-year-old Johnny, who has another child from a previous marriage, was a drummer who supported U2 during his music career and regularly appeared on Channel 4 show Four Rooms in recent years.

A police statement released after the tragic incident said: "Officers and London Ambulance Service attended the scene. The man died from his injuries at the scene. Next of kin have been informed. At this stage the death is not being treated as suspicious.”

Trinny is said to be ‘grief-stricken’ following the horrifying news.

There’s bromance, and then there’s BROMANCE. Seth Rogen and James Franco definitely fall into the latter category if these recent photos are anything to go by.

The men who brought us the raunchy parody of Kanye and Kim’s collaboration, 'Bound 2', have stripped off yet again and gotten ‘physical’ for an episode of the Discovery Channel series Naked and Afraid.

Having agreed to live in the wilderness without food, clothes or supplies, the pair who have been friends since the 90’s, met in the outback and hugged like any pair of nude friends who have found themselves in the Australian wilderness. Awkwardly.

Commenting on the situation, funny man Seth said: “I was hoping to be teamed up with a woman but I guess Franco is the next best thing. He's pretty much hairless, if you take your glasses off he's pretty much a woman."

James isn’t much more impressed by Seth, saying: “You're meant to be a hot, Australian-like survivalist."

The pair got over their disappointment pretty quickly though and were soon seen engaging in a rather bizarre naked dance with Seth explaining that “it’s getting all the looking out of the way”.

TV not to be missed, clearly!

Moving into your own place, it quickly becomes apparent that just buying five chicken breasts, a jar of sauce and a bag of pasta every week isn't going to cut it.

The key to being able to whip up a tasty meal at short notice is to have a kitchen that's not just stocked with fresh ingredients but also with all of the essential condiments.

Sauces, oils and dips are what tie a meal together and bring it from basic to downright AMAZING.

Here are six that we definitely can't live without:

1. One good bottle of olive oil
This is the Chanel nail polish of the kitchen cupboard – an investment piece that is pricey but oh-so worth it. Olive oil not only works as a base for cooking but also with bread, fish and in salad dressings. Spend a little bit more on a good extra virgin bottle and you'll never look back.

2. Sour cream
A quick fix for dips, a great base for creamy sauces, and a tasty addition to soups and curries. Keep a tub in your fridge at all times!

3. Dijon mustard
The king of condiments! Add a helping to sandwiches, burgers, or salads, or shake up with honey and balsamic vinegar for a truly mouth-watering dressing. Which brings us to our next point…

4. Balsamic vinegar
Oh, sweet nectar. Pretty much everything tastes better with balsamic, we reckon. A splash over some cherry tomatoes and green leaves make the perfect base for a salad, or add some to veggies before roasting them for a lovely tangy kick. It's low in calories and fat too, so it's a great alternative to creamy salad dressings!

5. Soy sauce
Every twenty-something cook should have an epic stir-fry in their arsenal of go-to recipes. A good glug of soy sauce over pan-fried veg, meat or chicken will take a boring meal to the next level. Yum!

6. Relish or chutney
A good tomato or jalapeno relish brings even the most basic ham-and-cheese sambo to life. Add it to burgers, serve it up with an Irish brekkie or use as a dip if you're stuck. Delish!

It has been reported that reality TV star Diem Brown has passed away.

Diem, perhaps best known for her role on MTV’s The Challenge, had been battling cancer on and off for almost a decade.

Last month, the 32-year-old opened up on her heartbreak upon learning that the cancer had spread, telling People that the news “crushed a little bit of my spirit”.

In an inspirational Twitter post from three days ago, Diem wrote: “I need prayers and advice, my doctors are seemingly giving up but I won’t and can’t roll over. Whatever option I have to LIVE, I’m grabbing!”

Indeed, throughout her treatment, Diem promised to fight through her illness, recently writing on Instagram: “I’m not taking no for an answer…We know there is hope and help. We need you.”

Diem was diagnosed with ovarian cancer back in 2008. While she went into remission after treatment, the disease returned in 2012.

Such very sad news. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Does anyone else really want Fade Street to make a comeback? It’s not just us, right?

DJ, model and TV star Vogue Williams (28) was out and about this week promoting the new ŠKODA Fabia and looked absolutely amazing.

As well as her vibrant dress that we wouldn’t mind nabbing for a Christmas party, we’re also incredibly envious of her gorgeous figure.

Vogue recently admitted that while she’s strict about going to the gym, she doesn’t restrict herself when it comes to food: “I have been known to eat three takeaways in one day on a hangover."

Vogue and hubby Brian have been making quite a splash in Ireland and the UK since coming back from Australia. The down-to-earth model headed up new RTE show, Vogue Does the Afterlife, while Brian has been hosting over on ITV.

The two Irish stars seem really happy together and Vogue recently opened up about what keeps them so strong.

"We met in Lillie's Bordello, and Brian is really tall, which I liked, and we just laughed non-stop. We are still like that, and if I can laugh every day for the rest of my life I'll be happy. He never bitches about people, which makes me feel like a super-bitch, but he is quite pass-remarkable, like me."

Vogue is also a brand ambassador for ŠKODA cars and even took part in the ŠKODA Cycle Series over the summer (thankfully she loves cycling – we would have collapsed!).

Launching ŠKODA’s new addition, Vogue says: "I love the all new Fabia – it’s a nippy, small car and great for getting round the city. I love that the Fabia comes in lots of colour combinations. The LED lights look great and the parking sensors help me get into tricky parking spots!"

The Fabia will arrive to ŠKODA dealers nationwide on 1st December with prices starting from €13,895 and financing available from €149 per month.

Her creative hair and beauty looks have won her a legion of social media fans, so it makes sense that Kylie Jenner would eventually branch out with her own beauty range.

The reality star was surrounded by famous faces last night as she launched her new line of hair extensions in Beverly Hills.

Sporting a full head of glossy ombré mermaid-green locks, the 17-year-old looked amazing as she hit the red carpet to celebrate her latest business venture.

The Kardashian-Jenners are ever the supportive family, so naturally big sisters Kim and Khloe were on hand to strike a pose and help promote Kylie’s new range.

Kylie took to Instagram to share some photos from the night, looking stunning in her black cropped top and skirt as she showed off some of her ‘Kylie Kouture’ products.

Kylie’s style is always so amazing, we hope we might get the chance to try the Kylie Kouture range in Ireland!
