Lea Michele

Yesterday, we brought you confirmation that Channing Tatum and Alex Pettyfer pretty much couldn't STAND each other while on the set of Magic Mike.

But it seems hese two are not the first and most definitely not the last on co-stars to fall out behind the scenes.

We usually hear about celebrities falling in love on the set of movies, but it seems that it is just as common for celebrity co-stars to fall out.

1.  Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling in The Notebook

The Notebook is almost 10 years old (we know, we feel old too!) but it was only last year that the film's director actually revealed that the two on screen lovers just did not get on in real life.

Yep, the pair may have gone on to date for nearly four years after the film, but while on set Ryan wanted Rachel to be fired!

Apparently throughout the filming process, Ryan complained about Rachel and their lack of chemistry. We wonder what changed his mind?

2. Claire Danes and Leonardo Dicaprio in Romeo + Juliet

Despite their perfect performances on screen, insiders from the movie reported that Claire Danes got very frustrated with the young Leonardo throughout filming.

She found him so immature that she would do her best to avoid him when not doing a scene together. However, in hindsight Claire noted that the friction may have been caused by more than just Leo's boisterous personality.

"There was definitely a spark, but I don’t think either of us knew how to handle it. So, we sometimes sort of ignored each other. It was too big for us to really accept." So that chemistry was REAL.

3. Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrell in Sex and the City

Despite playing the ultimate in best friends on screen, this pair were far from it in real life. Apparently these two did not get on from day one of filming the popular Sex and the City franchise.

Though they decided to be civil towards one another, these two were defo not out getting cosmos after a long day at the office.

4. Lea Michele and Naya Rivera in Glee

There is not room for TWO divas on one show as this feud demonstrates. Back in April 2014, it was reported that these two actresses simply did not get on while filming Glee.

Apparently Naya was sick of Lea being a total diva and the young actress is planning to spill all the beans in an upcoming book. We wait with bated breath.

5. Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey in Dirty Dancing

Patrick's wife let us in on all the goss in his posthumous biography and the actor revealed that there was a lot of tension between these two stars while on the set of Dirty Dancing.

It seems he got more than a little impatient with her.

"She seemed particularly emotional, sometimes bursting into tears if someone criticised her. Other times, she slipped into silly moods, forcing us to do scenes over and over again when she’d start laughing.  I didn’t have a whole lot of patience for doing multiple retakes."

6. Blake Lively and Leighton Meester in Gossip Girl

These two started out as bosom buddies just like their on screen characters. But also like Serena and Blair, Blake and Leighton were not immune to the odd off screen altercation.

It has been reported that these two cut friendship ties for good when Blake failed to reach out and congratulate Leighton on her engagement to Adam Brody.

We assume she didn't get a wedding invite so…

Lea Michele has really come a long way from her Glee days (let's face it, pleated skirts and matching jumpers were never a good look).

But lately, we have to give her major brownie points for rocking drop-dead-gorgeous outfits and completely changing her style around – because wow, she looks smoking hot.

The actress is in the middle of promoting her new TV show Scream Queens and blew everyone away as she arrived to record an interview with Jimmy Fallon yesterday.

Wearing a tight, cleavage-displaying orange dress, she waved and smiled at well-wishers who had waited around the studio to see her.

The 29-year-old self-styled fashionista turned up her style game a notch from her usual dress-code and certainly looks a LOT different from her Glee days.

And we have a great look-a-like dress if you want to look like the Scream Queen herself. From Missguided and costing only €42, this dress is a major bargain.

Lea seemed in her element as she prepared to embark on yet another promotional appearance, and looked to be eating up all the attention – but that wasn't how her day started off.

Earlier yesterday morning, the actress visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she almost got the living daylights scared out of her.

As she was speaking with Ellen, a man dressed up as a deranged killer psychopath popped out from the coffee table next to her.

Lea was laughing and screaming, and perhaps only half joking when she told Ellen: "I'm not coming on your show again. That was him! That was Michael Myers!"

In 2003 things were so much simpler. Balyage was not a trend you needed to try and attempt, oddly chunky highlights would suffice and nobody was trying to convince you that taking selfies where you were vomiting rainbows was cool.

Television was also so much easier to handle. Once a week all you had to do was turn on the channel that showed One Tree Hill, once a week and you were sorted. It was the home of Chad Michael Murray, who won all the awards for being the best looking guy on TV at the time.

He was also in the Gilmore Girls.

Whether you were a fan of either, chances are you would not mind having him grace us with his presence again.

Well, good news. He’s coming back to TV. Hurrah!

Unfortunately he won’t be running around topless with basketball shorts on, although one can still dream

The 34-year old actor is going to join the cast of the horror series Scream Queens. He joins Patrick Schwarzenegger, Lea Michele, Emma Roberts and Ariana Grande.

While he has had a number of TV roles since OTH ended in 2012, many of his fans are sure to get very excited at the prospect of him showing up in another school centred series.

The series premiere will air 22 September in the US so we're going to have plenty of time to re-watch the entire nine seasons of One Tree Hill to re-educate ourselves in the ways of Chad and his quietly handsome stare. Excellent.

Today marks two years since Glee star Cory Monteith died of an accidental drug overdose, and social media has been awash with tributes to the late actor all day.

Among the sweet messages was one from Lea Michele, who had been in a relationship with Cory for over a year at the time of his death. The actress took to Twitter and Instagram today to post a heartbreaking message to her late boyfriend.

Sharing a picture of Cory smiling as he drove into the sunlight, Lea wrote, "I know you would want us all laughing and smiling today.. So we think of you and remember all the laughter and joy we shared together. I hold you in my heart always and love and miss you so…"

She shared the same picture on her personal Twitter account with the message, "Today we remember the laughter and joy you brought into our lives every day. We think of you always and love you so."

Kevin McHale, who played Artie on the popular musical show, also headed to Instagram today to pay tribute to his friend. "This goofball…I can't comprehend how it's already been 2 years, when it sometimes feels like I saw you just yesterday. Miss you every damn day," he wrote, adding a maple leaf emoji for Canadian native Cory.

Cory passed away between the fifth and sixth seasons of Glee, on which Lea also starred.

Back in February, Lea did her best to keep memories of Cory alive as Glee wrapped filming on its final ever episode. Posting a picture of herself walking off the show's set carrying Finn's McKinley Titans football jersey, Lea wrote, "One more thing…"

Speaking after Cory's death, the actress admitted she believed she had found a lifelong partner with him. "We talked about a lot of things. We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do," she told Glamour magazine of her relationship with him.

Last year Lea began dating aspiring actor Matthew Paetz, and the two currently live together in Los Angeles.

On his birthday earlier this year she praised Matthew for "for making me smile again and bringing such a bright joy into my every day"

It has been almost two years since Cory Monteith passed away, and it seems like his girlfriend Lea Michele is slowly finding happiness again.

The Glee actress took to Instagram yesterday to pay tribute to her new boyfriend Matthew Paetz as he celebrated his 30th birthday, thanking him for bringing "joy" back into her heart.

"Matthew, thank you for bringing such happiness into my life. For making me smile again and bringing such a bright joy into my every day… Thank you for loving me and my family… And of course Sheila too.. May this be the happiest Birthday ever!" she wrote, sharing a picture of Matthew kissing her on the cheek.

Lea and Matthew have been together since last year, and now share a home together in Los Angeles.

Just last week, the actress posted a picture of her former boyfriend and co-star Cory in honour of his own birthday:

Lea has spoken since Cory's death about the dark times she went through, and her struggle to find peace again.

"At the start, it’s hard because you’re so physically and mentally shocked and damaged, but after a while you get tired of physically feeling so horrendous, so I started doing yoga, which really helped. Then gradually your mind catches up with your body," she told Glamour UK five months after Cory's passing.

"Speaking about the possibility of moving on from Cory, Lea said she knew it was what he would want. "[P]eople have to understand that I can’t be alone forever. Cory wouldn’t want that," she said.

Glee star Lea Michele paid tribute to her late boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith with a touching Twitter post today.

Cory died of an accidental drug overdose in July 2013, between the fifth and sixth seasons of Glee, in which he also starred alongside Lea. He would have turned 33 today, and the actress marked what is no doubt a difficult date for her with a message on social media.

Sharing a picture of Cory sitting at a drum kit and smiling, Lea wrote, "I know you're serenading everyone right now.. We love you Cory! Happy Birthday…"

Lea and Cory had been dating for over a year when he passed away over two years ago, having met when they both began work on Glee in 2009. Their characters, Rachel and Finn, had an on-off relationship throughout the first four seasons of the show.

Back in February, Lea paid another quiet tribute to Cory as Glee wrapped filming on its final ever episode. Posting a picture of herself walking off the show's set carrying Finn's McKinley Titans football jersey, Lea simply wrote, "One more thing…"

The actress and singer remained out of the spotlight for several weeks following Cory's death, and later admitted she believed she had found The One with him.

"We were done. We were it. When you’re at that place in your life with someone, you talk about everything," she told Glamour UK of her relationship with the actor. "We talked about a lot of things. We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do."

Last year Lea began dating aspiring actor Matthew Paetz, and now shares a home with him in Los Angeles.

Speaking about the possibility of moving on from Cory, Lea said she knew it was what he would want. "[P]eople have to understand that I can’t be alone forever. Cory wouldn’t want that," she said.

Glee actress Lea Michele was the subject of new rumours today after she was pictured wearing a sparkler on her wedding finger.

The star was seen leaving Jimmy Kimmel's studio in Los Angeles on Wednesday night sporting a never-seen-before black and gold ring.

Interesting!

However although the 28-year-old actress has been officially dating boyfriend Matthew Paetz since last June, friends say it's unlikely the pair will be getting engaged any time soon. Lea is keen to finish up with Glee before she makes any life-changing decisions, such as agreeing to get married.

"She wants to fully love on from the show, have it end and then she would start considering engagement and marriage," a source said.

And with so many memories of Lea's late boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith connected to her work on Glee, the actress is reluctant to take things to the next level with Matthew any time soon. "She thinks that getting engaged while still on Glee would be a slap in the face to Cory Monteith. There is still too much emotion around," the insider revealed.

We're glad to see Lea is happy, and even more delighted that she's wise enough to take things slowly!

In a song that may actually have been made for Glee’s Rachel, Lea Michele has become a viral sensation after her cover of Frozen’s Let It Go was released online.

The season premiere of Glee hit screens last night, and after this performance it’s safe to say people were not disappointed!

The song was originally sung by Lea’s on-screen mum, Idina Menzel, in Disney's Frozen and we have to say – Lea does a very impressive job!

Well, Lea Michele certainly knows how to make a splash on Instagram!

The talented 28-year-old Glee star made us all green with envy by posting a photo of herself in what can only be described as paradise wearing literally next to nothing and looking pretty amazing!

Lea, who went through an extremely difficult time in 2013 following the death of her boyfriend and co-star Corey Monteith, has thankfully found love again with new beau, Matthew Paetz.

The pair, who began dating last summer, rang in the New Year together in this breathtaking Mexican destination. Jealous, us?!

The star, who truly deserved to find happiness in the aftermath of Corey’s death, met 29-year-old Matthew on the set of her music video, On My Way last year and their relationship is said to have had a very positive effect on Lea’s life.

Sources close to the star have said: “She’s glowing and healthy ever since being with Matt. He takes care of her and people are glad to see her happy again. He’s just what she needed!”

The talented performer captioned the sultry shot: “Let’s do this 2015!”

Go on, girl!

It's been a year of highs and lows, losses and successes, happiness and sadness. To celebrate all of these moments – and some in between – we have selected some of 2014's most emotional moments below. Grab your tissues, there will be tears.

1. Omar and Sue's engagement video

Who didn't well up at Omar's amazing, romantic proposal to the lovely Sue? The couple had not seen each other in four months, due to the fact that Omar's job took him away from home regularly. When he decided to propose, he went all out, getting Sue's family and friends around to serenade her before surprising her. This is emotional stuff – you will most likely cry!

2. Lorraine Whyman's wedding

Lorraine Whyman's wedding to Jon Callahan looked just like any other wedding – beautiful bride, beautiful dress, smiling and happy newlyweds. However, the couple's wedding day was bittersweet, as Lorraine may only have two years to live. The stunning bride was diagnosed with breast cancer last May, and decided to exchange vows with the love of her life in a dream ceremony. Speaking to a local paper at the time, she said: "I know what’s going to happen, I’ve seen it happen. But we just have to enjoy whatever time we have left."

3. Emma Watson's speech at the UN

We have all come to love Emma Watson for the talented actress and stunning style icon that she is, however this year, she became one of our most important role models. As part of the United Nations' campaign to bring about gender equality, the Harry Potter actress gave an impassioned speech about feminism that roused a standing ovation and brought a lump to our throats.

4. Diane Guerrero breaks down on live TV

Fans of Orange Is the New Black will recognise Diane Guerrero as Maritza on the hit show, however we saw a completely different side to the actress as she opened up recently on her devastation over the deportation of her parents and brother to Columbia when she was just 14 years old. Diane is clearly trying to hold back the tears as she recalls being left completely alone to fend for herself, and eventually breaks down as she explains just how scared and lonely she was. Diane's is an unbelievable and sad story.

5. Lea Michele's Teen Choice Awards speech

Glee actress Lea Michele showed incredible bravery when she got up on stage to accept her Choice TV Actress award, just weeks after the tragic death of her fiancé and co-star Cory Monteith. With tears flowing down her face, the star wore a smile for her entire speech and thanked fans for their support. We imagine there wasn't a dry eye in the house.

6. Pharrell is overcome with happiness

His song Happy was undoubtedly one of the year's biggest hits, with its feel-good message resonating with so many people all over the world. While he likes to let on he's cool as an ice cube however, Pharrell was so overwhelmed with emotion by people's homemade Happy videos that he full-on bawled over it during an interview with Oprah. The chat show host made things ten times worse by mentioning his grandmother, but thankfully a crew member was on hand with a box of tissues!

7. Irish man's surprise homecoming

There are so many homecoming videos popping up on our timelines at the moment, but this one took so much planning that we had to give him a spot on our list. Part of why we are so heavily invested in this homecoming by the end of the video is because Bryan has brought us along every stage of his journey home. We just love his mum's and sister's reactions when he pops up.

8. Tom Fletcher introduces baby Buzz

Given how romantic his wedding speech video was, we should have known to expect a tearjerker when Tom and wife Giovanna introduced baby Buzz to the world. Not only did Tom serenade Giovanna with a song that he had written especially for this son, but he also included time lapse footage of his wife's growing baby bump to bring us along on their journey. Can you say perfect husband?

Things took a turn for the crippling awkward when Lea Michele was snubbed on the red carpet by veteran actress, Jessica Lange.

The Glee actress was attending the premiere of American Horror Story Freak Show and was working her stuff for the cameras when she spotted Jessica and tried to say hi.

Unfortunately, Jessica wasn’t feeling too friendly and breezed right passed her, leaving poor Lea to do that awkward thing you do when you wave to someone and they didn’t see you.

Or at least they pretend they didn’t see you…

Catch the totes awks momo at 1:02.

On another note how amazing is Lea's dress?! Damn, that girl can pull a pose!

Glee fans, this is not a drill!

It had been rumoured that quite a few of the original cast members would be reuniting for Glee's final season. Apparently the show's creator Ryan Murphy extended invites to every past cast member to return for one last hurrah, but until now we weren't 100% sure who was going to take him up on the offer.

Well, it looks like filming for this season is well underway, and there have been some very exciting pictures on social media today and yesterday!

Aside from the current cast members – Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Naya Rivera, Kevin McHale and co… there have been a few new additions!

Kevin posted this picture today of himself, Chris and Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), which really got our pulse rates going…

The sweet caption read, "The 3 of us met each other for the 1st time and got hired for Glee 6 years ago today. Happy 6th Glee anniversary @jennaushkowitz & @hrhchriscolfer love u both…a lot." Aaaaw!

Last night Lea also posted a sneaky snap, this one of none other than Brittany S. Pierce!

Although Dianna Agron has been very hush-hush, she posted a picture of herself yesterday in her trailer looking very Quinn-esque altogether:

And to round things off nicely, this evening Lea shared a pic of herself, Chord Overstreet (Sam) and Mark Salling (Puck) in 80s gear on set:

Hold us. We can't cope. What will the first song of the season be? This is too much excitement!
