Dwayne Johnson proves time and time again why he's one of our FAVE celebs.

In a heartwarming video, a little lad from Kildare had his wish granted by meeting The Rock.

Nine-year-old PJ is living with Ewing's sarcoma and wanted nothing more than to meet his idol.

Make-A-Wish Ireland was the organisation behind this very special day.

PJ was one of three kids who had the chance to hang out on the set of Hobbs & Shaw.

Little did they know that Dwayne would soon be joining them.

The look of pure shock as The Rock walks in on PJ's face is a sight to behold – it's just so CUTE.

The Rock then treats PJ to a number of presents, including an X-box gaming gift voucher.

The nine-year-old then chimes in that he doesn't have the console, but Dwayne quickly came to the rescue with a custom made X-box.

The specialised gifts didn't stop there, as The Rock gave him some of his signature homemade chocolate chip cookies – if you're a fan of The Rock, you know how amazing this gift truly is.

After spending the day with PJ, Tanya, PJ's mum said: "This is a chance of a life time…He's just so happy."

PJ added that meeting his idol was "just a dream come true."

Reflecting on the experience, The Rock thanked the children he met and added that he has "the best job in the world."

On Twitter, Make-A-Wish thanked Dwayne for granting PJ's wish.

The Rock responded with: "PJ’s an awesome and special boy. So cool that I got a chance to hang out with him!! Thanks PJ!"

You can watch the full video of PJ's special day below.

Excuse us – we may have something in our eye.

Just when we thought we couldn't love Dwayne Johnson anymore – he shows that he's a true legend.

The Rock is well known for his reputation as World's Best Dad, but this latest photo of him with his daughter Jasmine is literally taking adorable to a whole new level.

The actor, real name Dwayne Johnson, posted an image of his daughter painting his face while he eats breakfast, and the conversation between them might just leave you gasping for air.

He outlines a morning in the life of a busy father; he asks Jasmine for a kiss before he leaves for work, and gets a little more than he bargained for.

He posted the caption:

"Me: Baby come here and give daddy a kiss, he’s gotta go to work.
Jazzy: But daddy I have to paint your toes.
Me: Nope, daddy’s got his shoes on and gotta go to work, now come give me a kiss.
Jazzy: Ok, then let me paint your face, daddy.
Me: *confidently laughs* Absolutely not, now I gotta go to work, now get over here and kiss me.
Jazzy: *while looking up at me with her mama @laurenhashianofficial’s intoxicating blue eyes… BUT DADDY, I need to paint your face for work.
Me: Ok, but make sure you choose manly colors that are flattering to my complexion.
As much as I tell her no, with my crazy busy life, this is the stuff I actually love  #ohana"

WE ARE WEAK.

He previously posted a similar image, describing his attempted trip to work and how it was taken over by a nail painting session. We don't know which of the pair we're more jealous of..

Johnson clearly adores his daughter, and we don't blame him.

The actor and his partner Lauren Hashian are also parents to Tiana Gia, who was born in April. The Rock also has another child from a previous marriage.

We hope he never stops posting pictures like these, otherwise what else would brighten up our days in this icy weather?

Battling depression and mental health issues can feel like a lonely, isolating journey. Thankfully, these days people are being more open about their own struggles with mental health as the stigma around the topic wears away, giving hope to those around them who may be suffering in silence.

One such brave and outspoken person is Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.

The movie star, who is one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood, recently opened up to Express about his experience with depression and how torn up he felt witnessing his mum's suicide attempt when he was a teenager.

The family had been evicted from their apartment just months before she tried to kill herself.

“She got out of the car on Interstate 65 in Nashville and walked into oncoming traffic,” he told the British newspaper.

Cars swerved to avoid hitting his mother Ata. Dwayne, who was only 15 at the time, stepped in to save his mum.

“I grabbed her and pulled her back on the gravel shoulder of the road," the father-of-two continued.

“What’s crazy about that suicide attempt is that to this day, she has no recollection of it whatsoever. Probably best she doesn’t.”

The 45-year-old said that his own battle with depression made it very difficult for him to do anything.

"I reached a point where I didn’t want to do a thing or go anywhere," he recalled, "I was crying constantly.”

Depression plagued him again as the actor found his professional football dreams dashed by a number of injuries. He was let go by the Canadian Football League after only a year with them.

Combined with a breakup not long after, Dwayne reflected, “That was my absolute worst time."

The beloved actor says that he and his mother are both in better places now regarding their mental health, but that he and others should always be aware that those around them may be hiding their inner struggles.

“We both healed but we’ve always got to do our best to pay attention when other people are in pain. We have to help them through it and remind them they are not alone," he told Express.

The former wrestler's story resonated with fans around the world, and he thanked them for their kind words in a tweet.

"Got tons of responses to this. Thank you. We all go thru the sludge/sh*t and depression never discriminates. Took me a long time to realise it but the key is to not be afraid to open up. Especially us dudes have a tendency to keep it in. You’re not alone," he wrote compassionately.

We thank Dwayne and everyone who uses their voice to give hope to people struggling with mental health issues.

Some happy news from Hollywood this morning as its been confirmed that Dwayne Johnson is set to become a dad again.

The actor and former professional wrestler is expecting a child with his long-time girlfriend Lauren Hashian.

This will be the first child for the pair, though Dwayne already has a 14-year-old daughter, Simone, with ex-wife Dany Garcia.

A source says Dwayne and Lauren are already "so excited" about the prospect of becoming parents. The couple have been together for nine years, getting together shortly after Dwayne's marriage breakdown in 2007.

And almost a decade on, Dwayne is still clearly smitten with Lauren, lavishing her and Simone with praise in a recent interview with Esquire.

"We do these stories and we talk so much about the business end, the success end, but then Lauren isn't mentioned and my daughter isn't mentioned," he noted.

"You gotta get the better half in there… With all the cool s**t and success that I've been lucky enough to get? That doesn't happen unless the home life is solid."

It might take time to get to grips with parenting a newborn again, but Dwayne is already every bit the doting dad to his teenage daughter. Just last week he shared some sweet insights on Instagram, in a response to a post from Meadow Walker, the daughter of late actor Paul Walker.

"I want you to know that every time me and your dad were together over the years, we'd ALWAYS talk about you and my daughter Simone," he wrote to Meadow.

"We'd have a laugh at the fact we were both hard working boys and still trying to 'figure it all out'… but we'd also laugh and smile bigger at the fact that us being 'fathers' is by far the greatest blessing in the world."
