Jamie Dornan is probably used to fans referring to him as Christian Grey, but there’s another distinctive way that the actor can ‘sniff out’ out a Fifty Shades fan.

The Belfast-born actor made a hilarious revelation during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this weekend, while discussing the hysteria associated with the Fifty Shades franchise.

When asked if he can distinguish a fan of the risqué movie adaptation from a follower of his other projects, such as The Fall, Jamie referred to a very distinctive ‘hunger’ that he has come to recognise!

“There’s a sort of energy in the eyes of a Fifty Shades fan…It’s like a hunger, and you can sort of see it and smell it!” he laughed.

He went on to brand that hunger ‘terrifying’ – particularly when it came in ‘packs’!

This is no great surprise though, given that the 34-year-old previously admitted he’s afraid that his fans are going to murder him.

He once told Details magazine: “I almost don’t want to put this one out there into the ether, but I fear I’ll get murdered, like John Lennon, by one of those mad fans at the premiere.”

Ladies, you’d do well to keep your ‘hunger’ under wraps if you ever meet the beaut!

We were as bemused as we were angry this week when Tommy Hilfiger revealed how his casting director lumped Gigi Hadid in an unflattering poncho, because he didn’t think she was ‘thin’ enough to show off her body.

Well, following mass outcry over the sheer ridiculousness of the claim, the designer has moved to clarify his stance on the topic.

In a follow-up interview with Page Six, Mr H said: “The casting people put Gigi in the poncho, and I was not happy. I was saying, ‘Don’t hide her body’. Even though the poncho ended up being the best-selling piece, I was very unhappy.”

“The suggestion that I thought she wasn’t thin enough upsets me to no end. Gigi is the epitome of perfection,” he added, insisting that he is ‘proud’ to have her as the face of the Hilfiger brand.

Hilfiger’s comments come just days after he revealed that producers of his Fall 2015 NYFW show thought Gigi wasn’t ‘quite as tall’ or ‘quite as thin’ as the other models.

Naturally, the admission resulted in major backlash against the brand and the rumoured casting director.

Hilfiger, however, has been quick to heap praise on the blonde beauty in the aftermath.

“She would not be the Tommy girl if I didn’t think she was perfection, the It Girl of today – not just because of her face, not just because of her body, but because of who she is,” he said.

By now you will be aware that Mariah Carey’s engagement to James Packer is no more, and we’re starting to grasp why things didn’t work out for the pair.

Details of a prenuptial agreement drafted by Packer’s people have been leaked to TMZ, and it looks like there were a LOT of numbers at play in this relationship.

Drawn up by Packer’s staff, the draft was ultimately rejected by Mariah for being ‘tacky and insulting’, and we have to side with the diva on that front.

James appears to have been very concerned about gifts, with $250,000 chosen as the cut-off point; anything above that was not to be considered a present unless it came with a note expressly saying, ‘This is my gift to you’.

The draft also revealed that James had agreed to purchase clothes for the Heartbreaker singer – but NOT for her two children, five-year-old ‘Roc and ‘Roe.

In fairness to James, he was prepared to give his other half the use of his private jet, but there were certain conditions at play.

An excerpt from the pre-nup read: “James shall provide the use of one private aircraft, of his selection, for Mariah’s personal use…only when James, in his sole discretion, determines it is appropriate to do so.”

We’re guessing last-minute trips to Paris were off the cards, then.

Apparently, this version of the agreement was scrapped due to Mariah’s deep dissatisfaction with James’ financial terms in the event of a split.

Negotiations are said to have broken down when James pledged (let’s face it, a measly) $30 million settlement fund in the case of a divorce.

We don’t know a whole lot about pre-nups or this relationship, but we reckon this might have proven a little too claustrophobic for Mariah.

2016 has been a stellar year for Vogue Williams but, unfortunately, it has been tainted by a despicable revelation made this week.

A few days ago, it emerged that a number of well-known Irish personalities had had their images photo-shopped onto pornographic content, and Vogue was disgusted to discover that she was one of them.

While some might crumple up into a ball over such a scandal however, Vogue has taken a defiant stance in response.

The model and presenter appeared on last night’s Late Late Show, and made a rallying call for Ireland’s legislators to crack down on such criminal activity.

Admitting that she was more ‘annoyed’ than ‘upset’, Vogue told Ryan Tubridy: “These images go up, and there’s nothing I can do about it. They go up onto one site, then they go up onto hundreds of sites, and you can’t get them down.”

“There’s not really any laws in Ireland to stop all that, and I suppose you can’t stop it because it’s like wildfire,” she added.

She also touched on the subject of revenge porn, which she says has become ‘huge’ over the past number of years.

“She can’t get [the videos] down, and he can’t be prosecuted. You tarnish someone’s image and you can get in trouble for it with the law, but you can put up a video of her performing a sex act and you can get away with it! We need to catch up quite quickly with that,” she said.
