It’s official – Jennifer Lawrence is the ‘sexiest woman in the world’.

The Oscar-winning actress has topped FHM magazine’s annual ‘100 Sexiest Women in the World’ poll taking the crown from 2013 winner Mila Kunis, who drops to sixth place.

Jennifer, 23, narrowly beat Michelle Keegan to the title, with the Corrie star finishing in second place!

Although she just missed out on the top spot, Mark Wright’s fiancée was still thrilled to finish as runner-up.

”I’m so flattered. I believe that being ‘sexy’ isn’t wearing lots of heavy make-up or having the perfect hair or figure, it’s about self-confidence, being comfortable with yourself, smiling and being happy!” she said.

Rounding off the top five are Rihanna in third spot, fourth placed model Emily Ratajkowski – who received worldwide attention after appearing naked in Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines video – and Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco in fifth.

Other top 10 placed stars include Beyoncé in seventh spot, Nicole Scherzinger in ninth and Scarlett Johansson in tenth.

Some interesting entries in the list include TV chef Nigella Lawson at number 21, Kate Moss at 42, Jennifer Aniston at 36 and supermodel Cara Delevingne at only number 54!

Peaches Geldof died of a heroin overdose, it is expected to be announced later today.

In a tragic echo of her mum Paula Yates’s death 14 years ago, toxicology tests will reportedly show at an inquest that the model and TV presenter died from an overdose of the drug.

The 25-year-old was found dead at the home she shared with husband Thomas Cohen and sons Phaedra, one, and Astala, two, in Kent, England, on April 7th.

North West Kent Coroner Roger Hatch will reportedly confirm the results of a toxicology test today, which found Peaches died as a direct result of the class-A drug, and the inquest will be immediately adjourned.

The news is sure to have come as a blow to Peaches’ father, Sir Bob Geldof, as her mother Paula Yates, 41, died of a heroin overdose in 2000, when Peaches was just 11.

Police discovered no evidence of drugs paraphernalia in the house, sparking speculation that a friend or family member may have removed evidence from the house before the paramedics arrived.

An autopsy carried out shortly after Peaches’ death proved inconclusive, so samples of her blood and tissue were sent off to a laboratory for further testing.

The hearing today is expected to last around 10 minutes and a full inquest into her death will take place in late July.

Peaches was laid to rest last week at St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence Church in Davington, Kent, where her dad delivered a heart-breaking eulogy.

Do you suddenly feel a fever coming on when someone sneezes on you on the bus? Do you refuse to kiss your boy when he’s got the sniffles and avoid that sickly martyr colleague like the plague?

Well, this app may be your dream come true!

The Sickweather app promises to calculate exactly how many people in the immediate area to you are ill – supposedly so you can then douse yourself in hand sanitizer and run for your life!

Sickweather culls its information from public Facebook statuses as well as tweets in which people moan about being sick.

Areas can also be monitored by type of illness – with users getting a map that shades in ‘high risk’ areas.

Users can click into one of the app’s categories to see where, in real time, people are suffering from a specific kind of illness around them.

The app also encourages ‘health accountability’, by letting people self-report an ailment – which is then added to the sick map.

Since launching in November, Sickweather has been named the ‘Best New App’ by Apple in the health and fitness category.

Its co-founder and CEO Graham Dodge helped launch a similar online map in 1998 that helped plot out crime activity.

We’re not sure if there’s any sure-fire way to escape away those nasty bugs, but it can’t hurt…right?
