The Daily Star reports that Russell and Laura named their newborn daughter Mabel, however, the new parents want to raise her "gender-neutral."

Before Mabel was born, the former husband of Katy Perry told Jonathan Ross: "We don't know the gender.

"I may not even ever impose a gender upon it, let the child grow up and be whatever the hell it is."

We hope Mabel is happy and healthy, sure isn't that all that matters?
