We're all aware that Love Island isn't exactly the most transparent show on television.

Many of the scenes are orchestrated by the producers, and a number of ex-Islanders have expressed the view that they were treated like "performing monkeys" (Malin Andersson's words, not mine).

The latest mistakes made on last night's show have fuelled claims of the series being a total fix, as audiences spotted the same shop assistant who received Anton's number behind the bar at the club later on;

It's a pretty hilarious error on the part of the producers; they didn't even TRY to hide the poor extra. The woman with never-ending jobs is now the subject of a million internet memes, unluckily for her.

The girl didn't even attempt to disguise herself, which makes it even more entertaining;

The club and shop scenes were massively false, but we lapped it up all the same. Amber Gill's account even referred to it as "illuminati confirmed".

The response online to the mistake was instantly gas, with the public calling for the woman to be paid more for working multiple (made-up) jobs.

Does she ever get a chance to catch her breath? To sleep? To have time to herself? It doesn't seem like it, it's slave labour up in ITV2 studios.

 Viewers are also calling the latest plot twist a total fix, after forcing the Islanders to choose between saving Joanna or Michael from the island

Everyone's fairly positive that Michael will be saved purely so he can get back together with ex-flame Amber, who confessed that she still has feelings for Michael last night.

It was all very dramatic, but we all know that Amber is far too good for CHALDISH Michael Griffiths. He doesn't deserve her, end of discussion.

Ex-Islander Amy Hart has opened up about being forced to seek psychological help 12 times during her stint on Love Island following her break-up with Curtis Pritchard.

The air hostess walked out of the villa voluntarily last week and had to leave at least once to get help as she was in such an emotional distress.

She has now opened up about her heartbreak while on Love Island: Aftersun, revealing that she had to make use of the show's therapist on a dozen different occasions.

"I had therapy 12 times in the villa – but I've come out stronger," she told OK! magazine. "I deserve a man who loves me for who I am."

Amy had never had a boyfriend before meeting Curtis, and was destroyed following his decision to end things with her.

The shock move came after his head was turned by Jourdan Riane while Amy went to Casa Amor. Curtis also told her that he couldn't see a future with her on the outside, or marriage and kids.

The professional dancer decided to be brutally honest with the blonde bombshell, who sobbed in the Beach Hut and proclaimed that she couldn't stay and watch him crack on with other women.

Strictly Come Dancing professional and Curtis' brother AJ has claimed that Amy DM'ed him while speaking on talkRADIO.

"She spoke to me. She sent me a message actually afterwards and said she feels like she knows the family and she could only praise Curtis about being honest," he said.

AJ admitted that his brother was too ruthless while speaking to Amy about his feelings;

"Sometimes he was maybe a bit too brutally honest. He could have let her down a bit softer rather than saying, 'yes, I don't see myself marrying you and having kids with you'. "That was harsh, I'm not lying, it was harsh."

AJ and Curtis' mum Debi has also said that she'd like to meet the woman who had her heart broken by her son; "I would like to meet Amy. My heartache is there for Amy and for the parents," she said.

She continued; "When I watched the moment when Curtis told her how he felt, I couldn't stop crying because of all the emotion. I wanted to reach out and give Amy a hug.

"I was thinking of Amy’s mum a lot and I'm so happy Amy is with her family unit now because I know she will be fine and her and Curtis will be friends," she added,

Amy has a new look and seems better than ever, thank the Lord. She's 100 percent stronger after the experience, and we're proud that she speaks so openly about mental health.

Multiple sources have reported that several Love Island couples have had sex on the show in secret, but the scenes aren't being aired on TV.

Show bosses are allegedly choosing not to show this years' scenes due to fears of "ruining their lives". The show is infamous for the under-the-covers sex scenes and Islanders avoiding the camera.

Only two trips to the Hideaway have been made this year, with Curtis and Amy as well as Molly-Mae and Tommy appearing to keep things PG.

ITV/REX

It's been revealed by an insider that many couples are "doing bits" and more, but producers have opted to conceal the footage to protect the mental health of the contestants.

"It hasn’t been shown on TV – bosses are worried about upsetting them and fear ruining their lives,’ the source added.

The Islanders have all told show producers that they were "not comfortable with their sex scenes being broadcast" and so "bosses have taken it all into account".

Last year, Love Island bosses would just show sex scenes if the participants chose to speak about their bedroom antics afterwards.

The change comes after former 2017 Islander Zara Holland had sex on TV and had her Miss Great Britain title stripped as a result.

She told the Daily Star: "If I had my time on the show again I would definitely do things differently. I wouldn’t have sex for a start.

"It’s so hypocritical that everyone around me was at it like rabbits but I was the one who lost everything. And I only had sex once, in a private room, under the covers. I regret it," she continued.

“So my advice to this year’s islanders is think before you do it. It could haunt you for the rest of your career."

Amy Hart admitted to "doing bits" with Curtis Pritchard before she left for Casa Amor and he brutally dumped her and morphed into the Toxic Player of the Island (plot twist).

But according to his 26-year-old former 'half-girlfriend', no one wants to have sex on TV because it's been transformed into a family show;

"No one wants to have sex as it’s a family show now,’ she claimed to The Sun. ‘It used to be more niche but my 73-year-old nan and granddad are obsessed with it." Fair enough…

Steamy scenes ahoy: Love Island viewers tonight could be in for more than they bargained for, with Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury heading off to the Hideaway.

The private bedroom has only seen Curtis and Amy inside it so far this season, while no couple is thought to have had sex the room yet.

Seeing as Molly-Mae and Tommy became officially boyfriend and girlfriend last week and even dropped the L bomb, will they give in to the temptation of the Hideaway?

The teaser for the next episode sees the lucky couple spending the night there. Molly-Mae is left shocked as the Islanders choose her and Tommy to earn some privacy.

Still dressed in her maid costume after performing a lapdance for the boxer in the Dirty Dancing challenge, she looks scarlet when she's chosen.

“It’s down to you to choose one lucky couple to have a sleepover," the text reads, which was delivered to Maura. A "Tommy and Molly-Mae" chant even erupts in the villa, much to Tommy's embarrassment.

Tommy had everyone's attention after he carried out his lapdance dressed in a boxing robe, before ripping off his trousers for his girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Amber is excited after getting Michael's heart rate racing in the challenge, but it gets chaotic as the girls must decide which boy is getting dumped from the island.

New Essex girl Francesca is torn between Curtis and Ovie, but World War Three will ensue if Ovie is told to leave. Honestly, he's the true hero of the 2019 series, and he deserves love at all costs.

Tune in tonight at 9pm to see what goes down in the Hideaway, and who must pack their bags.

Amy Hart has revealed that the Love Island producers forced her to eat following her break-up with Curtis Pritchard.

The air hostess quit the show earlier in the week after her devastating split from the professional dancer, whose head was turned by Jourdan when Amy left for Casa Amor.

She announced to her fellow Islanders on Tuesday night that she'd be leaving the villa, after sitting Curtis down to explain that they both needed to move on separately.

The brutal dumping took a serious toll on Amy, and she even lost six pounds in weight from the difficulty of the situation.

After arriving home, she's spoken out about the extent of her distress, saying the bosses noticed her weight loss and told her to eat.

The 26-year-old told The Sun : "I felt so numb. I didn’t feel hungry. When I wouldn’t eat, they would stand over me and make me eat a bowl of food or I couldn’t do the challenges."

Amy emphasised that she left the show for the sake of her mental health, and decided to retain her "sanity" over remaining in the villa. Good choice, gal.

She said: "I was in a very horrible place over the last week, to be told that the gloves were off with Maura and I had to ‘brace myself’, like a storm. I knew I had to leave when I did."

She admitted that she'd be "kidding herself" if she thought she could cope with watching Curtis and Maura cracking on. The beauty was "grieving" the loss of Curtis and it was too hard to stay in the villa.

Maura Higgins, Duchess of County Longford, shares her first kiss with Curtis Pritchard in tonight's episode of Love Island only hours after Amy Hart quit the show.

Curtis' 'half-girlfriend' Amy exited the villa of her own accord after an emotional farewell, still heartbroken at the end of her relationship with the professional dancer.

Maura has confessed her feelings to Curtis already, who told her he couldn't make any moves with Amy still feeling the pain of their break-up.

The Islanders are set a dance challenge tonight in order to get each others' hearts racing, and Maura makes sure she's got all the attention to see through her plan.

"I've got a bit of a plan up my sleeve. I just can't wait to get to Curtis," she admits in the Beach Hut. The contestants are each strapped up to heart monitors and are split into boys and girls.

The girls have to dance individually first, and Maura grabs Curtis for a kiss while the whole villa watches on. We LOVE the ridiculousness of this woman, but feel for Amy too.

Curtis is left without words after her confident display, and we'd say his heartrate skyrocketed. She's some woman, we'll give her that. The boys must then impress the girls with their sexy moves.

Seeing as Curtis is a professional dancer, he brings the heat to his routine and returns Maura's kiss after picking her up to sweep her off her feet.

We can FEEL how delighted those producers are. Earlier, Maura and Curtis were chosen by Chris and Francesca to go on a double date, but Maura was pretty distracted.

Maura flirts with Chris, but spends most of the date trying to see what Curtis and the new girl are up to.

"The poor lad is going to be talking to me and I'm just going to be earwigging. I want to hear the way Curtis is behaving!" she tells the Beach Hut camera about her date with Chris.

We can't see Curtis waiting to crack on with Maura, his respect for Amy wasn't exactly sky high when his head was turned by Jourdan after about 30 seconds. *Shade*

Ever since Ovie arrived into Casa Amor and set his six foot tall, tattooed gorgeousness on Anna, we've been weak for the man.

Not to mention his respectful, mature attitude which has no time for anyone who wants to kill his vibe. He's utterly himself in a fake, constructed reality show and that says a LOT.

His hilarious antics have earned him fans all over the world, and he's officially the favourite on the internet. No doubt about it, Ovie is making a serious mark on this year's Love Island.

in love hearts GIF by SpongeBob SquarePants

Here are the receipts to prove Ovie's 2019 MVP status, we're willing to fight about this one. Defending Ovie to the death is now on our life mantra list.

1. Ovie dancing to the kettle boiling

2. His face when Maura pulled Amy for 'a chat' over Curtis

3. That big d*ck energy with his ice lolly, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here hat and tropical print outfit

4. The chap just wants to avoid drama and chill in the sun

5. He sleeps in a bucket hat

6. He won't change for anyone

7. His fashion game is undeniably strong, and he speaks his truth

8. The way he shouts 'message' after anyone says 'I GOT A TEXT'

9. Just TRY and bother him, just try. It's impossible. He ain't bothered.

10. He's a 6 foot tall handsome devil

11. Ovie isn't just the content we need, it's the content we DESERVE

12. Ovie and Amber's friendship

13. Can he win the show as a single man for loving himself?

14. He doesn't let the Jordan and Anna debacle get his negative energy down, he moves on and runs a race

15. We stan a mature king

16. Amber calming him down after his argument with Anna is such goals

17. Just give us the summer romance and nobody gets hurt

18. The man doesn't stay in the past

19. He needs a camera on him at ALL TIMES

20. He's got Snoop Dogg vibes in his life and he ain't about to lose 'em

21. He treats women with respect, remember when he called Amber a boss after Michael proved to be trash?

In conclusion, we stan Ovie harder than ever and he deserves the £50,000 for being a god-given angel.

Well, he's 100 percent set up for life with sponsorship deals after getting inducted into the Love Island Hall of Fame anyway, so we reckon he'll ascent some sort of throne.

The man has a beautiful energy, he only acts like his hilarious self at all times, has zero time for bullsh*t and genuinely speaks only the truth. Ovie for the win, we say.

Love Island fans have been left completely confused after spotting Curtis Pritchard and Amy Hart holding hands in last night's episode, and are now branding the show 'a fix'.

The ballroom dancer and air hostess looked back to their usual selves while running to see Craig David's DJ set, despite having just gone through a seemingly ugly break-up days before…

As the Islanders ran towards the iconic R&B singer, the ex's could be seen running hand-in-hand, and people were baffled.

Amy had been left absolutely heart-broken after a highly dramatic dumping at the hands of Curtis after his head was turned in Casa Amor, and he couldn't promise it wouldn't happen again.

Curtis came out of the whole debacle looking like a complete douchebag, having confronted Jourdan about his feelings for her despite only having had two conversations with the model.

Amy sobbed in the Beach Hut, saying that she had been made second best once again, while the audience glared seethingly at Curtis.

One Twitter user noted: “Curtis and Amy have broke up but they were just running down the stairs holding hands and laughing.”

A second added: “Amy and Curtis were just holding hands walking down the stairs when they noticed Craig David singing…..urm fix???? #loveisland”

The pair were seen dancing next to one another, even though Amy had just branded him a pr*ck only minutes before. It's all very strange…

Former contestants have previously opened up about how manipulative the producers can be, so it's extremely hard for viewers to decide what's real and what's fake.

What do you think, are Curtis and Amy secretly still together or are they just having a break-up hand-hold for old time's sake?

Okay you can STOP messing with our minds now, Love Island, for the love of God.

The latest clip has seen Michael Griffiths turn on the charm again with old flame Amber Gill, admitting he has doubts over his new girl Joanna Chimonides.

A sneak preview for tonight's episode shows the 28-year-old firefighter complimenting his ex, despite dumping her brutally earlier this week.

Amber has a private chat in the garden with Michael, who she has previously said she wants nothing more to do with, and she says;

"I don’t think you had any idea how much I liked you."

Michael replies: "For me, it was hard to see. I felt like I was constantly chasing you. I could not read you. I was constantly questioning it.

"I didn’t ever want to hurt you. I’m deeply sorry. I do want you to know that I’m still here for you."

He continues: "The whole Casa Amor thing, the second I saw the girls I went over and introduced myself to all of them.

"Joanna did stand out and the energy she gave off was the energy you gave off when I met you," Michael adds, which makes no sense because Joanna and Amber are nothing alike…

"I didn't know whether she was just 20 per cent of what I wanted or if she will be 80 per cent of what I wanted, and I still don't know."

Amber replies bashfully, saying: "I know I don't open up to people, I don't show people how much I like them.

"And it's my own f***ing fault so I don't know what I expect."

Michael became an enemy of the people for treating Amber so badly on the ITV2 reality show, gaslighting the life out of her and blaming her for his own decision to dump her.

The tattooed contestant explains to her: "I know you've got a heart of gold, you've just got a strange way of showing it sometimes.

"And yeah, you do make me laugh." Amber smiles as she replies: "Yeah, I know that – I know for sure."

She jokes: "Watching you with lovely Joanna who is not catty and lets you talk about your issues but she doesn’t make you laugh as much as me though!"

Newcomer Belle asks Molly-Mae and Maura if they think that Michael still has feelings for Amber, and both women are quick to say that he definitely does.

Sneaky footage leaked has also shown Ovie on a date with Amber, as the fans were begging for, so we wonder will Michael get jealous?

We're all counting down the minutes until the finale of hit reality show Love Island, but what if there was a special venue hosting a live screening?

The Cupid-style series has gripped the entire nation for the last four weeks, and it's popularity is only growing according to social media and viewer statistics.

Widely regarded as a cultural phenomenon, the world and it's mother has been discussing the shameful antics of Curtis and Michael in their betrayal of Amy and Amber, the hilarious Longford lass Maura and other highlights from the Lucie/Joe/Tommy love triangle and the Ellie Belly Fury family to Yewande versus Arabella and Anton's lack of game.

Popular Dublin sports bar The Living Room has just announced that it will host a live screening of the finale on Monday, July 29 from 9pm until 11:30pm and seeing as admission is free, the place is bound to be jam-packed.

Seeing as Love Island is now as popular as any world class sporting tournament, it's unsurprising that such a large venue has taken to airing the eagerly-awaited finale.

Irish viewers were gutted to see Irish scientist Yewande Biala dumped from the island weeks ago, but Maura Higgins has been flying the tricolour high and proud.

Audiences have even declared that the ring girl has been carrying the entire season on her back, and we have to agree. The gal speaks the God honest truth at all times.

Her new declaration of lust for Curtis has set chins wagging, so it should be interesting to see which lad she eventually ends up with.

Time will tell, but The Living Room looks like the perfect location to sit back, have a summer cocktail or a pint and soak in the last episode of a pure gas series.

Amy Hart has reportedly left the Love Island villa to receive mental health treatment following her brutal dumping by Curtis Pritchard on national television.

After sobbing in the Beach Hut and to her fellow islanders, sources have said that the reality show's bosses stepped in and whisked Amy out of filming to get psychiatric assistance.

According to The Irish Mirror, Amy is still part of the show but needed some therapy after her humiliation and betrayal by the professional ballroom dancer.

Amy began the show as part of the strongest couple, and the air hostess even told Curtis she was in love with him after discovering he had been pursuing new girl Jourdan.

Her lover wasn't as attracted to her as she had previously thought, and was broken-hearted after having a chat with Jourdan and revealing the extent of his heartlessness.

Jourdan commented that Curtis had called her beautiful, to which Amy glumly replied; "He has never told me that."

After confronting Curtis, she cried in the Beach Hut, saying;

“I thought I’d met my first love and ‘the one’ and it turns out I haven’t. I’m someone’s back-up plan yet again.

“I wouldn’t have ever looked at anyone else. He was my future and now I have nothing and he’s taken that away from me," she added.

A Love Island spokesman said: "We take the emotional well-being of all the Islanders extremely seriously."

The spokesperson continued;

"We have dedicated welfare producers and psychological support on hand at all times who monitor and regularly speak to all of the Islanders in private and off camera, especially if someone appears to be upset.

"All the Islanders are therefore fully supported by the professionals on site and by their friends in the villa," they stressed.

"This means Islanders are always able to reach out and talk to someone if they feel the need. We will of course continue to monitor all of our Islanders in line with our robust protocols."

The source also pointed out that; "Love Island holds a mirror up to relationships and all the different dynamics that go with them."

Last year's contestant Laura Anderson left the villa twice after being dumped publicly.

After Curtis confessed his feelings for Jourdan to Amy, many thought she would be the one to end things but it was the dancer that ended their four-week 'half' relationship.

Curtis told Amy that he wanted a future with her, but could not promise that his head would not be turned again.

He said: "I’ve meant everything I’ve said…but…I can’t promise you that this won’t happen again.

"And I don’t want to ever hurt you how I've hurt you and it's on me. Everything is on me."

After it dawned on her that he was essentially ending things, Amy said: "Fine. That's that then."

An apologetic Curtis explained: "And I’m sorry for everything I’ve done to you. And you have every right to say whatever you want to say about me and to me. And I’m truly sorry."

Amy rightfully quizzed him on how he had gone from planning a future together to wanting to couple up with someone else in a matter of days.

She asked: "How can you go from saying I want a future with you to now saying you don't want to be with me?

As Amy got up to leave, she added: "You’re a liar. You’re a compulsive liar."

Fuming Love Island viewers expressed their anger at Curtis after watching the intense showdown.

"Curtis admitting that he tried and failed to cheat on Amy and then telling her he can't promise it won't happen again is f***ing wild. The actual audacity of some people," added one viewer.

Curtis always seemed like the father of the villa, the innocent nice guy. As Anna said, it's the ones that pretend to be nice that deliver the harshest blows.

Anyone who tuned in to Love Island last night may have been left Googling a few things, mainly the insult Amber directed at Michael Griffiths and Joanna Chimonides, his new couple partner.

Standing around the fire-pit after the savage decision to dump her by Michael, Amber told the girls: "I’ll be fine. She’s a dead ting so what am I supposed be like, upset?"

Her fans were losing it over the brutal put-down, but most of us hadn't a clue what she was talking about and brushed it off as Geordie slang.

The 21-year-old was called 'childish' multiple times by Michael in an episode that left viewers wanting to throw something at the firefighter, who had bitched about Amber the entire time she was gone.

Image: Urban Dictionary

We resorted to our trusty Urban Dictionary for a defintion of a 'dead ting', and discovered it has two meanings, one being much more polite than the other.

The top meaning is basically a person who bores you to tears; "A boring c*nt and extremely dull". Ouch, but the other one is basically insulting a person's looks. Which is arguably far worse.

Either way, the reaction to her comment was a mixture of rage and humour, and pretty soon the phrase was even trending on Twitter.

Amber stans were out here supporting their number one girl from the beginning:

Many fans pointed out that Joanna has just essentially taken Amber's former partner, even though Michael is most definitely the bad guy in the situation. The Amber Hive was buzzin':

Audiences think Jourdan is shit-stirring behind the original girls' back, having noticed her smirk when Amy returned to Curtis clueless about his betrayal;

Amber must have been understandably fuming at the 28-year-old firefighter, who had never said anything negative to her until she was gone to Casa Amor.

Amber is repeatedly called 'immature' and 'childish' by Michael and when she asked him for examples of when he was "biting his tongue" he couldn't cough up ANY.

People also pointed out that Amber was initially calling Michael a dead ting, which is totally fair;

Others thought the comment went too far, and Amber shouldn't have targeted Joanna in the situation;

2017 contestant Tyne Lexy Clarson even had her say, calling Amber's attitude a 'dead ting':

We're overwhelmed by all of this riff-raff. People are 100 percent overreacting, as if Amber was going to be braiding Joanna's hair and having a tea party with her? Let her be mad, people.

Don't invalidate the anger of women who have just experienced gaslighting at it's finest and stabbed in the Love Island back, jus' sayin'.
