The new mum posted a photo of her tiny tot's hand on Instagram.

She simply captioned the black and white snap, 'He’s here. He’s incredible. And we are besotted.'

The 42-year-old revealed she was pregnant with her first child in April.

Sharing her joyous news on Instagram, Hayley gushed, “Exciting news tweet! I’m so pleased to tell you all… I’m expecting my first child with my wonderful boyfriend Adrian!”

"I’ve always wanted to be a mum and didn’t think I could have children. And now, at the ripe old age of 42 – I’M PREGNANT! And we couldn’t be happier.”

There was a time when the actress feared she'd never have children so it's safe to say she's over the moon.

We can't wait to find out the name of Hayley's little boy.

Huge congratulations to the new mama!

Charley Webb and Matthew Wolfenden have finally revealed the name of their third child. The parents welcomed a baby boy on July 26 and have been quiet about his name, until now.

The Emmerdale stars welcomed another son and picked quite the sweet name for their darling boy. In an exclusive interview with OK!Magazine, the actors revealed his name is Ace Gene.

The soapstar announced the birth of her son by sharing a black and white snap of his onesie, but didn't disclose any information at the time. She captioned the snap, "BaByWoLf #3 has joined the crazy gang. We’re in a bubble of newborn’ness heaven."

Charley explained that she had quite the traumatic labour so there's no wonder the mum wanted to enjoy some time alone with her baby boy and family after what she went through.

She told OK!, "The umbilical cord was wrapped around Ace’s neck when he was born. It came off and he was passed to me but I could tell something was wrong. Ace wasn’t breathing at first – so the midwife had to press the panic button."

Their little boy eventually took his first breaths after a few seconds, but the mum and dad admitted it felt like a lifetime.

Matthew shared, "After I knew Ace was okay and breathing, I nearly threw up from the panic. I’d been so worried in those moments."

We're thrilled to hear baby Ace is happy and healthy now. Charley and Matthew are also parents to nine-year-old Buster and three-year-old Bowie.

Emmerdale star Fiona Wade is engaged.

The 39-year-old announced the happy news on Instagram, posting a sweet snap of her dancing with her new fiance, former co-star Simon Cotton.

The couple, who have been together for six months, posed in a room full of candles.

Fiona captioned it, ''Two days ago this beautiful man asked me to be his wife. There has never been an easier answer to a question….Yes!''

She continued, ''Feel so incredibly blessed. Wishing you all a wonderful 2019 & so much love for the year ahead."

Her Emmerdale co-stars congratulated her, with Mark Charnock – who plays Marlon Dingle – writing, "Wonderful news!!! Congratulations lovely Fiona. What a way to go into 2019. Xx".

One wrote, ''He hit the jackpot, congratulations.''

While another said, ''Such fabulous news, very happy for you!''

Fiona has been part of the soap since 2011, however Simon briefly played an estate agent who was interested in working with Home Farm.

Huge congratulations to the pair – we wish them all the best.

Congratulations are in order for Verity Rushworth, she has just welcomed a baby into the world!

The former Emmerdale actress took to social media to share the exciting news: “She’s here! Our little bundle of sunshine arrived at 02.20 yesterday morning weighing 7lbs 11.5oz.

“She’s amazing!”

The 30-year-old was bowled over with messages of congratulations and in thanking her fans she also revealed her little girl’s name.

“Thank you so much for your well wishes! Miss Amelie Iris Shaw is showing strong signs or sas and fabulousness already!”

We wish Verity and her hubby Dominic all the best.

Sometimes we feel like the TV soaps are #real and it's a big no-no for any soap to cross paths, and especially not switch actors.

But, since former Coronation Street actor, Jonathan Wrather, was only in the soap for a year back in 2002, we'll let it slide.

Jonathan is said to be "thrilled" to join the Emmerdale cast, as he's taking on a different role than that of his Corrie character.

He played Joe Carter in Coronation Street, the ultimate bad boy, who stole Steve McDonald's ex-wife's heart. Joe and Karen had a steamy affair on the soap until he left in 2003.

He's also made appearances in Doctors, Holby City and Casualty over the years, but we're looking forward to him becoming a regular on our screens again.

Coronation Street star, Jack P Shepherd, has caused a stir by taking of a photo (pretending?) to relieve himself on the sign for rival soap, Emmerdale.

Jack, who plays David Platt on the show, posted the photo to his Twitter account after a night out but deleted it within seconds.

An insider told The Sun that “Jack had a few drinks like the rest of the Corrie cast, but as the night went on he got a bit boisterous.” Yeah, no kidding!

The source revealed that the 27-year-old soap star has been in trouble before over inappropriate behaviour and that ITV bosses have warned their actors against this kind of publicity.

“Jack knew this could get him in trouble. There’s big rivalry between the soaps but the ITV bosses don’t want any headaches over rows.”

While Jack did delete the picture, he clearly isn’t feeling too shook up about the thought of possibly getting in trouble as he tweeted, “Now where’s that @bbceastenders set,” after the incident.

Gemma Atkinson shocked her fans today when she posted a picture of herself with what seems to be a pretty sizable baby bump… food baby that is!

The Emmerdale star captioned the photo, “So I ate too much bread and I have a wheat intolerance…. Food baby on board! I look like I’ve eaten a spacehopper.

Despite saying straight out that her swollenness is from eating too many carbs, it didn’t stop her Twitter followers from going into a frenzy thinking she was pregnant. Ms Atkinson had to take tweet again a picture of her stunningly flat stomach just to prove that she isn’t in fact pregnant.

Many of her other fans were joking by congratulating her on her food baby, while other gluten intolerant sufferers were sympathising with her pain.

Gemma recently opened up on ITV1 explaining how she has no excuse to not be in shape because her boyfriend, Olly Foster, is a personal trainer.

We have to say we are pretty damn jealous of Gemma… our food babies definitely don’t disappear in quite the same way!

Emmerdale star Michelle Hardwick certainly had an Easter weekend to remember as she tied the knot to fiancée, Rosie Nicholls.

The couple married in a ceremony in Yorkshire and Michelle shared a beautiful photo of herself with her new wife, writing: “I can honestly say that yesterday was the best day of my life… Thank you to my wife @rosiebone.”

Michelle, who plays Vanessa Woodfield in the soap, had previously told fans that she asked Rosie to marry her while on holiday in Gran Canaria at the beginning of this year.

The wedding was a soap-star studded event, naturally but we’re not sure we expected to see Home and Away’s Lynne McGranger there.

The Australian actress shared a photo of herself with Michelle, writing: “Two of my favourite people @chellehardwick … #bestday #beautifulbrides #danbycastle.”

Wow – where Emmerdale Farm meets Summer Bay, we love it!

Congratulations are in order for singer and actress Suzanne Shaw today, as she has announced she is expecting her second child.

Suzanne made the happy announcement with a brilliant YouTube video, showing her as she surprised her fiancé Sam Greenfield with the news back on Valentine's Day.

We challenge you not to cry when you see his reaction…

The pair then let Suzanne's 10-year-old son Corey that he will soon be a big brother. Poor Corey really doesn't seem too happy with the news, though he does seem to come around by the end!

Suzanne split from her husband Jason King two years ago and got engaged to Sam last summer.

The star is best known for her time in pop band Hear'Say but she later made a name for herself as an actress with a recurring role as Eve Jenson on Emmerdale.

We're delighted for Suzanne and Sam… and Corey too, if he ever recovers from the shock!

It has been revealed that Emmerdale actress, Emma Atkins is eight months pregnant with her first child!

Emma, who plays Charity Macey on the popular soap decided to leave the show, a storyline which saw her character get a two-year prison sentence for insurance fraud.

According to a source for The Sun, the actress has been keeping the news very quiet indeed: “She’s been hiding her baby news from everyone outside of the show … Everyone assumed she [Charity] would get away with it like she has many times in the past. But the fact that Emma is pregnant gave the writers a perfect opportunity to finally punish Charity. She’s going to be rotting in jail for at least a year.”

Her co-stars have been wishing her luck in her departure, with Charley Webb taking to Twitter and writing a sweet message: "Finally – everyone knows Emma is leaving to have a baby. Can't wait to be an 'Aunty' again. Emmerdale will miss 'Charity' but she'll be back!"

This will be the first child for Emma and her partner, Tom.

Wow – we did NOT see that one coming! Congratulations to Emma on her her lovely baby news!

She has been on the show for 13 years, so it’s only natural for the Emmerdale cast to be upset over Sammy Winward’s shock departure from the show.

The actress, who found fame playing the role of Katie Addyman in the popular soap, reportedly announced that she is to quit the show next year.

Referring to 29-year-old Sammy’s popularity with cast, crew and fans alike, a source told The Sun: “Sammy is the Michelle Keegan of Emmerdale so everyone is gutted that she’s leaving.”

“She’s hugely popular and her character has been a big part in the show overtaking Eastenders,” they added.

While Sammy is reportedly keen to take up other acting opportunities, fans need not despair just yet, as the actress has supposedly asked for her character to be kept alive after her exit.

Sammy was just 15 years old when she joined the soap as stable manager Katie. She went on to have a rather complicated romantic relationship with character Andy Sugden, and has been at the centre of some of the show’s biggest plotlines.

While fans will no doubt be sad over Sammy’s departure from the show, it will be exciting to see what’s next for her!
