From shiny new blenders to luxurious scented candles, Aldi's middle aisle is famous for stocking affordable alternatives to the most popular branded products – and it's latest special buy might just be the most exciting yet.

Launching this May, the budget supermarket have just announced the release of two new eyeshadow palettes and they're total dupes for Urban Decay's cult NAKED products.

Priced at just €7.99, the Naturals Eyeshadow Palettes will come in two varieties, 'Naturals' and 'Naturals 2'.

Each palette contains 12 long-lasting shimmer, matte and satin eyeshadows, with hues ranging from smokey greys to glittering golds

Oh, and just like Urban Decay products, both palettes are completely cruelty-free.

They also come with a dual-ended eyeshadow brush and a built-in mirror, so you can touch up your smokey eye on-the-go.

These babies will land in Irish stores on May 17, so mark your diaries as once these special buys are gone, they're gone!

Ladies, listen up!

So, you may have noticed that Penneys has seriously upped its beauty game over the past few months.

From fancy makeup brushes and affordable lip kits to gorgeous nude eyeshadow and nifty nail polish, it's easy to see why everyone is raving about the ever-growing collection.

And as if we didn't already love it enough, beauty buffs are no comparing the brand's 'My Perfect Colour' longwear ultimate matte foundation to the holy grail of high-end cosmetics, Estée Lauder's Double Wear.

Both products promise perfect coverage that stays in place all day long – but seeing as a 30ml bottle of Double Wear retails for around €36.00, Penneys' €6.00 alternative is definitely worth a try.

But don't just take our word for it – here's what people are saying online.

Saving up for the hottest designer bag can be quite a chore, and in the run up to Christmas ain't nobody got time for that.

Luckily the High Street is often on our side, and with party season looming on the horizon we all need some autumnal arm candy.

Michael Kors is one of Ireland's fave handbag designers, and the mega brand created another hit with it's Sloan quilted shoulder bag.

The luxurious velvet finish and gold hardware make this cross body the most coveted A/W piece out there, but like all designer bags, it comes at a price.

Going for €350, it's definitely out of our already stretched Christmas budgets.

Luckily, high-street accessories haven Parfois is rushing to our rescue, with their delightfully opulent velvet offering.

This Christmas party creation is totally twinning with Michael Kors, down to the gold and velvet chain strap, quilting and shape.

If you're not all about emptying your bank account in favour of a designer drop, this Parfois piece is a total sartorial steal at just €24.99.

We dare anyone to tell the difference!

If there’s one brand which inspires classic fashion like no other it’s Chanel, and during the iconic fashion house's Autumn/Winter ‘15 campaign there was one shoe that caught everyone’s attention.

On the day Karl Lagerfeld turned the Grand Palais into a giant Parisian café, each of his models walked down the runway wearing the same pair of nude and black sling back mid-height heels.

The simple shoes were the latest reincarnation of the brand’s legendary two-tone sling back shoe which – according to Chanel – give the impression of smaller feet and longer legs.

Thankfully for those of us whose budgets won’t quite stretch to high fashion, there is currently a wonderful highstreet dupe of this classic shoe available in Zara for just €25.95.

Besides the price point, the main obvious difference between the Zara and Chanel shoe is that the Zara version has a closed rather than sling back, but given that we are now in the season of Autumn/Winter we think the closed back could actually be preferable.

But if the shoe’s back is your favourite feature there’s no need to worry as Topshop have a similarly styled pair of flats for €68.

You're welcome!
