So this what you came for? Calvin launches Twitter BOMB at Taylor

by

Calvin Harris has taken to Twitter to confirm that his ex Taylor Swift did in fact play a part in the production of This Is What You Came for which he released with Rihanna earlier this year and the superstar DJ even managed to take a tidy shot at Hiddleswift while he was at it.

Today TMZ reported that back when Talvin was a thing the pair came up with the tune and recorded a demo of it on TayTay’s phone but later decided not to release it together, hence why Rihanna eventually appeared on the track.

And while Taylor was originally named as a co-writer in the credits, her name was later changed to Nils Sjoberg which is apparently her pseudonym.

With reports circulating that the song is what came between the couple and eventually propelled Taylor into the arms of Tom Hiddleston, Calvin has stepped up to put the record straight.

In a series of new tweets the Scottish DJ admits Taylor did play a role in the creation of the song and calls her an “amazing lyric writer” (sweet) before calling out Taylor’s team for trying to make him look bad with the story.

He wrote: “She sings on a little bit of it too…Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual.”

“I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though.  And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym.”

“Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though.”

Things then got real juicy when Calvin attacked the seemingly unbreakable Hiddleswift by tweeting: “I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do.”

“I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it.”  Oh, Calvin!

“Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you've earned a great one.”

“God bless everyone have a beautiful day.”

He finished the Twitter tirade with a link to the song in question in which he tagged Rihanna, not Taylor.

We think we need a little lie down after that.
