From 2007 to 2010, Frankie Delgado was known as Brody Jenner's BFF on The Hills.

He was by his side when all the Lauren dramz was going on, and never let his bro down (remember all of those nights at Les Deux?).

Well, the former partyboy has now moved onto a more settled lifestyle and is about to welcome baby number two into his brood.

He announced the great news last night on Instagram by sharing a picture of his wife, Jennifer, with the caption: "Most beautiful pregnant woman ever! 3 more months… Happy Bday baby."

Imagine keeping that a secret for six months!

The former reality star is already a dad to Isabella, who he had with his wife two years ago.

Congrats, guys!

We were shocked to realise that Lauren Conrad is celebrating her second wedding anniversary.

Yes, the former The Hills star has been married to William Tell and made sure her social media followers knew about it.

Her wedding is the image of a timeless wedding as her custom Badgley Mischka gown is as stunning today as it was two years ago.

Lauren had a whopping 10 bridesmaids on her big day and they looked just as amazing as the reality star.

She gave birth to her adorable baby daughter, Kirra, TWO months ago… but it's taken until now for reality TV star Audrina Partridge to share a snap of her beautiful little one.

However, we're sure fans will agree, the wait was certainly worth it.

In a touching Instagram post shared this evening, the 31-year-old LA-born star admitted: "I know all of you guys have been blowing up about wanting to see Kirra and it's been 2 months now."

She added: "It's been hard telling all friends and family not to post or know when the right time is."

Then acknowledging that her "entire phone is filled with videos and pix of her," Audrina continued: "I think it's been long enough…"

Ms Partridge, a former star of The Hills, has been with Corey Bohan, a motorcycle rider and professional BMX dirt bike rider, since 2008.

The duo have been engaged for a year-and-a-half and little baby Kirra was born on June 24 of this year.

While The Hills is probably best known for the tension that played out between Lauren Conrad and Spencer Pratt, Spencer wasn't the only co-star Lauren had trouble getting on with.

As regular Hills viewers will know, another seed of resentment bubbled beneath the surface for years, and it involved Lauren and Audrina's on again/ off again boyfriend Justin Bobby.

While they never had too much face-to-face animosity, the reality show devoted numerous scenes to documenting the pair's mutual distrust of each other.

Whether it was Lauren warning her friend off the biker boy – "Homeboy wore combat boots to the beach" – or Justin urging Audrina to reconsider her friendship with LA's favourite headband-wearer, it's safe there was no love lost between JB and LC.

And while it doesn't seem like Lauren has given Justin a second thought since leaving the show, Justin has PLENTY to say about her Laguna Beach alumni.

With MTV celebrating the show's 10th anniversary, Audrina's former flame decided to speak out and share his opinion of Lauren.

"She wasn't the most down-to-earth. You get a young girl like that, who has been on TV since she was 18, and her whole life's exposed – how do you get an actual normal person at that point?" he asked while speaking to Broadly.

"You don't get someone who's down-to-earth and someone who's loving and caring," he raged."You get someone who's f*cking twisted."

In comparison to his opinion of Heidi's former BFF, Justin is a major Speidi fan, continuing: "I liked that their love stayed true.  I mean they had so much ridicule for doing what they're doing, and they're still together."

"They're still saying, 'Fuck you.' That to me is like, 'You guys won all the way around.'" he added.

This is all the evidence you need that you should NEVER mock a man's decision to change his name.

Nope Justin, clearly not.

It’s been ten years since The Hills first appeared on our screens and while we’ve always fancied our chances in a game of Hills trivia, today we learned something rather unexpected – that Kim Kardashian West could have been in the show!

Feel free to take a minute, we understand.

Last night a celebratory episode of the hit reality show aired on MTV and possibly the most shocking aspect of The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now was the revelation that before Kim Kardashian became the biggest reality star of all time, she was filmed hanging in the Hills at Heidi Montag’s party.

According to The Daily Mail, the footage was filmed just one year before Kim’s infamous sex tape made her notorious worldwide and, in what now feels like some kind of awkward parallel universe, the old clips show Kim receiving a tour of Heidi’s gaff.

Bizarrely during the guided walk-through, Kim asks Heidi what her aquarium is, to which Heidi replies: “These are our jellyfish.  We’re the only people in America to have jellyfish.”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was then filmed telling her stepbrother Brody Jenner – who went on to become a regular Hills fixture – that she was going to Vegas to celebrate Memorial Day.

In a decision which could have altered reality TV history, Kim’s scenes were cut from the show and despite still being connected to Heidi and co Kim never again appeared in The Hills.

What a world we live in…

When it comes to reality television couples, very few were as well known – and openly disliked – as Speidi.

Transitioning from a small-town all-American girl, Heidi Montag was as seduced by the bright lights of Hollywood as she was the party-boys who lived it up there, and it wasn't long before she met and married wannabe playboy Spencer Pratt.

Speidi was born, and sales in crystals went through the roof.

At the time, the couple appeared unfazed by the negativity commentary which surrounded them, and happily played up to their superficial reality star image.

But it seems like it's taken the best part of a decade for the couple to realise that their time in the spotlight was limited, meaning their extravagant lifestyle and over-the-top spending would have to come to an end eventually.

"We should have stayed in our reality TV lane," Spencer told PEOPLE magazine. "We were keeping up with the Joneses, but we were going against Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes."

"I felt like I was someone I wasn't," Heidi admitted. "We had business managers who told us to stop spending but we acted like we knew what we were doing."

Despite cashing multiple six-figure cheques for their role in The Hills, and raking in millions for various other appearances and endorsements, the couple managed to squander the lot.

From designer clothes and security staff to crystals and €3,000 bottles of wine, Speidi spent like there was no tomorrow, and are only now realising the impact their choices had on future plans.

"Everyone else on our cast had houses and we had nothing to show for what we'd done," Heidi explained. "I was like, the haters were right! It was sad."

Damn those haters and their logic…

Ten years ago we were all obsessed with The Hills and finding out what happens in the lives of the OC's elite was all we could talk about at lunchtime in school.

I remember my friend telling me about the last ever scene of the series, where Brody pulls back the curtain and reveals it was all made up. SHOCK horror, right?

Well now, we're going to find out exactly what went on behind the scenes in The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now.

In the clip, Lauren teases: "So often we would say like, 'If you knew the real story, you would understand'. And what I'd like to do is tell that story."

"Taking a look at what things are like now, and then we're going to take a look back at the show and reveal things that we haven't talked about before."

Excited?! We can't wait.

If you can't hear the phrase 'forgive and forget' without picturing the moment Lauren Conrad laid that stinger on ex-BFF Heidi, you, like us, were a die-hard Hills fan.

Checking in with the rich kids of Hollywood and their endless dramz was part and parcel of growing for us, so when they finally called time on the MTV reality show we didn't know how we'd live without Lauren's pensive stares and Whitney's permanently stunned expression.

Thankfully, it looks like our pining for days gone by will soon come to an end if recent uploads to Instagram are anything to go by, but it looks like people are more concerned by Whitney's health than her foray back into reality TV.

Whitney took to social media yesterday to share a selfie which she captioned: "Shoot day!! Filming something extra special for y'all that will air on August 2nd on MTV #100ThingsAboutTheHills," but it didn't exactly get the reaction she anticipated.

While fans were thrilled by the designer's return to the show which launched her career, many were seriously concerned about her appearance.

"OMG….WHITNEY! WTH? Please eat, you are looking sick," wrote one. "You are so beautiful and it's ok put on a couple pounds despite society's expectations."

Echoing these sentiments, another fan of the star wrote: "Always loved you Whitney, but I have to say it looks like you're getting way too thin. Take good care of yourself."

"As long as you're healthy and you're happy the way you are, then I will say no more. Love ya and have fun with filming," they added.

Many Instagram users insisted the 31-year-old had lost too much weight, with another writing: "Way too skinny beautiful lady….have some milkshake – it's good for you."

Whitney will be back on our screens on August 2nd.

Hold the phone. We speculated last week that The Hills might be coming back to our TV screens since Lauren Conrad shared a photo on Instagram with a cameraman.

To be honest, we thought it was a long shot (like, a mega long shot) that Lauren would ever step back into her Hills shoes again. But now, it has been confirmed by LC herself.

The Hills IS coming back for a 10th anniversary special. *Squeals*.

Taking to Twitter, the reality star said: "Today is the 10th anniversary of The Hills! I am excited to announce that @MTV will premiere an anniversary special with me on Tuesday 8/2!"

And don't be confused by Lauren's American date format, you won't have to wait until Feburary. The premiere will air on August 2 this year.

We. Can't. Wait.

We've all kissed someone back in the day who definitely didn't deserve to get a shift out of us, but we'll hold our hands up and admit that the atmosphere in the junior disco, the scent of his Lynx and the sound of Kylie caused us to lose reason for a few mere moments.

So, hats off to Lauren Conrad who didn't bow to pressure and steal a quick snog with a handsome French boy just in an effort to increase ratings for The Hills.

Opening up about a stand-off she had with the show's producers, Lauren told Us Weekly that they were fairly put out when she didn't lob the gob on a lad during an episode which was filmed in the French capital.

"In Paris, they wanted me to kiss that boy good night," she spilled just a week after revealing that she had been forced to take part in Speidi's infamous wedding episode.

"I got into a huge fight with my producer in the lobby! He was like, 'You didn't even give him a kiss good night.' And I was like, 'I don't like that boy — why would I kiss him good night?!'"

Despite what she once said, Lauren definitely forgives but she certainly doesn't forget.

When Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt tied the knot back in 2009, no one expected Heidi's frenemy, Lauren Conrad, to make an appearance, so viewers fell all over themselves when LC rocked up to the church apparently wishing nothing but happiness for her former BFF.

And while it may have looked all sweetness and light on screen, it sounds like the reality of that infamous day in Pasadena was fairly different.

Opening up during a revealing interview with US Weekly,  30-year-old Lauren explained that her experience of Speidi's special day was a nightmare from start to finish.

"The power went out, the generator went out and I said, 'I need to leave!'" the reality star revealed. "And producers wouldn't let me leave!"

While the show's producers deny this, Lauren ranted: "They literally locked me in the basement with two security guards and wouldn't let me leave! And I was like, 'You can't keep me here!' I was throwing a fit!"

Oh, and that poignant moment where Lauren leaves through the side door and Kristin Cavallari takes her place with other cast members at the front of the church?

Yeah, that was less to do with the show's arc, and more to do with Lauren's pressing schedule.

"At that point, this wasn't really my life anymore, and I left out the church's side door," she explained. "So that's why in the final scene, I'm not leaving with everyone else – I'm taking a side exit out because I had a car waiting, and I needed to leave."

So, now you know!

In today's 'making you feel old' news, it's been a whopping ten years since Lauren Conrad bid goodbye to Laguna Beach in favour of LA.

And yesterday the reality star-turned-author met up with two old friends in New York for a very special occasion – the launch of her new book, Celebrate.

Lauren's former co-stars Trey Philips and Dieter Schimtz were among the gang of friends and influencers who turned out to support her at the first press event for her party-planning guide, which is available to purchase from March 29.

MTV alum Trey was sure to post a snap of the trio – and their champagne glasses – on Instagram to commemorate the big evening.

"Congrats @laurenconrad on her new incredibly gorgeous and useful book. And a great party to boot!" wrote Trey who now works in New York with fashion designer Vera Wang.

Fellow Laguna Beach star Dieter also took to social media to congratulate his friend, saying he'd had a "blast" at the glam event.

And while she mightn't be on great terms with Kristen Cavallari these days, Lauren says she still fondly looks back on her Laguna Beach days as a "unique" time.

"There was an innocence to it because none of us were doing it to get any deals or other ventures — we were just all friends and it sounded cool so we did it," she says of the show's early days.

"We didn't know what we were really doing, so I think it was this very interesting time where people didn't have ulterior motives. We were just filming a documentary."

We still have our fingers crossed for a Laguna Beach: Where Are They Now episode…
