The cast of The Only Way is Essex are almost as famous for their over-glossed appearance as they are their over-dramatic storylines.

And with the stars of the reality show clearly placing huge emphasis on the 'importance' of boasting a year-round tan, cast member, Ferne McCann, is now keen to raise awareness of the dangers associated with the obsession.

Ferne, who made her TOWIE debut in June 2013, was forced to confront the dangers of sunbeds when a doctor recently advised her to have two moles removed from her face.

Speaking to NOW magazine, the 25-year-old TV star explained that the desire to rock that bronzed look means people often ignore the dangers that come with the use of sunbeds.

"In Essex especially, it's such a thing to use one before a big night out, but it shouldn't be," she insisted. "It's not healthy at all."

Opening up about her own experience, Ferne, who is now a showbiz reporter on This Morning, told the magazine: "I had two moles come up on my face, so went to see the doctor who said I should get them removed as soon as possible."

"Thankfully they weren't cancerous but it took this scare to make me realise how dangerous sunbeds can be," she admitted.

Daisy Ridley is one of those stars you're just CERTAIN you could shoot the breeze with over a few (too many) vinos, and then she goes and uploads footage which reminds us that she's actually a Hollywood heavy-hitter with some serious talent.

The Star Wars actress took to Instagram yesterday and gave her fans and followers an incredibly cool insight into what she gets up to behind the scenes.

Explaining that stuntman, Liang Yang, was given the job of teaching the young star some Jedi moves, Daisy wrote; "So @liangstunts (TRAITOR) is WUSHU FRICKING MASTER and I always try to get him to teach me things… This was today!!!"

Indulging in a little humble bragging, the 24-year-old Londoner continued: "Obvs not great but HE'S amazing and he's also featured at the end." Yeah Daisy, obvs not great.

"Our stunt team are the most incredible group of people, so lucky I get to train with them!" she finished in the post which has clocked up more than 150,000 likes in less than a day.

It looks like we aren't the only ones to fall all over ourselves when it comes to Daisy, with one follower writing: "Such an inspiration! Literally love your look and, above all, your personality! Such a beautiful, beautiful girl!"

Seriously though lads, those moves…

While the rest of the world is arguing over who the mysterious 'Becky with the good hair' is, James Corden is turning the whole Beyoncé circus into a a laugh-out-loud comedy triumph.

Inspired by the singer's latest drop Lemonade, the Late Late Show host took his viewers on one incredible journey as he channelled his inner Bey, and Twitter seriously can't get enough.

Promoting the hilarious footage on his own Twitter page, James wrote: "Here it is!! #LEMONJAMES when life gives you lemons make Lemonjames."

In a variety of costumes and poses, James does his best to mirror Bey's controversial new album, even asking: "Do I make you laugh like Jimmy with the good hair?"

James and his Stateside chat-show have been flooded with compliments since the footage went live on social media earlier today, with members of the public quick to insist they prefer the Brit host's take on the whole thing.

There are some celebrity couples who we just can't seem to warm to (Taylor and Calvin, we're looking at you unforch), and then there are others who we can't help but root for.

Ellie Goulding and Dougie Poynter, you may step forward.

Since their split earlier this year, we've been holding out hope that the popstar pair will patch things up and give it another go, and it actually sounds like good ol' Dougie might just be on the same page as us!

Speaking to The Sun in recent days, the 28-year-old performer opened up about his ex-girlfriend, and it definitely sounds like he's not quite over the Love Me Like You Do singer.

"We hung out at Coachella, like all day, with her friends and my friends," he explained. "It was really, really cool. Everything is totally fine."

Adding further fuel to the fire that we might some day actually see a Goulding / Poynter wedding, Dougie said: "We love each other very much. We are the best of friends."

They love each other very much and they are the best of friends? We refuse to draw a line under this one yet.

We're used to seeing her introduce budding singers and interview established performers, but it looks like Caroline Flack has been hiding her light under a bushel if the presenter's latest Instagram video is anything to go by!

The television presenter, who graduated from appearing on The X Factor's spin-off show, The Xtra Factor, to hosting the main show along with Olly Murs last year, has surprised everyone in recent days after choosing to upload footage of herself getting her Biebs on.

Looking super stylish in a pair of denim cut-offs, the 36-year-old treats us all to a few bars of Love Yourself, and damn it but The Flack can really sing!

The footage, which has clocked up more than 10,000 likes so far,  was posted alongside a short message, with Caroline writing: "Shout out to the bodycamp guys and gals … Had a blast."

Unsurprisingly, Caroline's legions of fans and followers were bowled over by her secret talent, with one even suggesting that Caroline should team up with the Dance With Me singer, writing: "You should deffo do a duet with Olly! It would be a hit without a doubt. Go for it." (sic)

MTV even went as far as to tweet the star and tell her they were "obsessed" with the video while The Sun raved about the star's "incredible" voice – praise indeed!

Responding to the support, Caroline proved she's as humble as ever, simply tweeting: "I'd be in the overs!"

The popular actress, who never fails to raise a laugh online, weighed in on the Census chat and reminded us why she's one of our main go-to girls on Instagram.

Just weeks after splitting from her husband of eight months, Jodie Marsh has stunned fans and followers on Twitter by announcing that she is planning to become a mum.

Only just coming to terms with the fact that it's all over between Jodie and James Placido, Twitter users were left reeling this week by the former glamour model's latest announcement.

Having told the public that she 'refuses to fall apart' in light of her break-up, the 37-year-old bodybuilder went on to reveal her plans for the future.

"The future is this: I'm making 2 more shows for @tlc_uk then I'm going to revisit having a baby via sperm donation," Jodie wrote before hashtagging the words 'It's all about ME'.

Responding to fans' support, Jodie told Twitter users: "Aw thank you. I was looking into sperm donation before I met James. Back to the drawing board. Haha X X"

Jodie's followers were full of compliments when it came to the bodybuilder's decision, with one writing: "You'll make the most amazing mum is the world babe you have a very special role model in your mum."

The news that critically-acclaimed pop sensation, Prince, was found dead at the age of 57 hit most of us like a tonne of bricks yesterday.

From his iconic image to his multi award-winning discography, this was one artist who REALLY made his mark on both the music industry and his adoring fans.

One man, who was unable to hide his initial shock at the news, has pulled on the heartstrings of millions today as his reaction to the star's death goes viral.

Matthew Patterson, a teacher at Banneker High School in Georgia, put the class on hold as he played Purple Rain on a projector screen at the back of the room and sat with his head in his hands at the desk.

Speaking to the New York Daily News, Matthew commented on the footage which has clocked up a whopping 54,000 views since yesterday.

"I talked about what Prince meant to me as an artist and a brave performer and a person unwilling to take stuff from record companies," he explained.

"I’ve been listening to Prince since I was seven," he admitted. "I must’ve spent thousands and thousands of hours listening to Prince. I was just a huge fan."

Upon hearing her daughter's yet-to-be released album, Ariana's mom seriously freaks out in a moment which the Bang Bang singer conveniently managed to capture on her phone.

Sounding like our mothers after one too many vinos at a family wedding, Joan shrieks like a good thing while her daughter cackles in the background.

"Mom's genuine reaction when I played her the album," Ariana wrote alongside the footage she uploaded to Instagram.

We know they're not related by blood, but we've always considered Brody Jenner a part of the whole ginormous Kardashian clan – something which we've now all learned is a major no-no in Brody's eyes.

According to Page Six, the former Hills star has no desire to be lumped in with his former stepsisters or their momager, Kris, and wasted no time telling a member of the public exactly that last weekend.
