A new Insta Queen has been named and her top PIC might surprise you
Ever wonder what level of photographic mastery it would take to own the most liked photo of all time on Instagram? Well, turns out not as much as you might think – once you're Selena Gomez that is.
Instagram's new top picture has 4.1 million likes and shows the former Disney star sipping Coke through a red and white striped straw.
The image – which was first posted to the site two weeks ago – is captioned “when your lyrics are on the bottle” referencing the words “you’re the spark” which can be seen on the bottle’s label and which are featured in Selena’s track Me and the Rhythm.
According to time.com, the fact that the bottle shows the 23-year-old’s lyrics is no coincidence as it is part of the beverage giant’s “Share a Coke and a Song” campaign which sees the lyrics of over 70 songs appear on Coke’s products.
And it’s no great shock that Coke wanted to get its bottle into Selena’s hands because as well as being a total stunner, the star is currently the most followed person on Instagram with over 89.3 million followers.
That figure puts the Good For You singer well ahead of her Insta-rivals Taylor Swift (85.3 million), Justin Bieber (74.6 million) and even the Queen of Selfies herself Kim Kardashian (76.8 million).
