J.K. Rowling celebrates a very important birthday on Twitter

J.K Rowling has taken to Twitter to wish one of our favourite characters, Hermione, happy birthday.

Hermione, the bookish, heroic wizard portrayed by Emma Watson in the Harry Potter films, has long been a fan favourite, and her supporters took to Twitter today to share their happy birthday messages.

The beautiful wizard celebrates her 36th birthday today and her creator shared a very nostolgic message to her.

In the tweet, Ms Rowling said: "Happy Birthday Hermione Jean Granger, I miss writing you"

Many fans also wished her a happy birthday.
