Trouble waking up? Well this Irish school is holding morning RAVES

For most of us, getting out of bed in the morning is an absolute chore.

The bleary eyes, the cold room and the prospect of school or work does not have many of us leaping from our warm duvet in the early hours.

However, we reckon a casual morning RAVE would definitely add a little spring in our step to those cold winter mornings.

This morning's rave which started day 2 of Active Schools week! Thanks for all the shares and amazingly positive feedbackit's been overwhelming! And this is the idea at St. Raphaela's, an all-girls primary and secondary school in Stillorgan, who have been putting on morning dance sessions for their students.

This amazing video captures the morning rave in full swing as secondary school students and teachers alike wake up with a proper bop to classic dance tune Maniac 2000.

Not long before the glow sticks are brought out we reckon.

The video has since gone viral and everyone sort of loves the idea.

The raves have been put on as part of Active Schools Week, an initiative encouraged by the Department of Education to get children active but no one has nailed it quite like St. Raphaela's.

Right, now how do we go about getting one organised in work…
