Lily Allen is not a happy woman this morning.

After blasting reports last month that her marriage was failing and she had turned to a dating site to meet someone new, the singer is now rubbishing yet more rumours about her personal life.

Mum of two Lily took to Twitter just now to blast reports her life was spiralling out of control and that her upcoming album had been placed on hold.

"I'm not entertaining the absolute rubbish the papers are smearing me with. Rest assured, I am fine, very in control of my life," she wrote to her 5.35m followers.

"The harder you push me the more determined I am to prove you wrong."

Several reports this morning suggested Lily had been dropped by music managers Scott Rodger and Henry Village after just one year of working together.

According to one source, the management team felt Lily's attitude was too negative and her music wasn't performing as they had hoped.

Although Scott and Henry have not addressed the issue on social media themselves, Lily was keen to emphasise that things were still going smoothly. Using a microphone emoji, she indicated that new music was still "on the way."

Lily bowed out of the music industry in 2010 after the release of her second album, It's Not Me, It's You. Her comeback album, 2014's Sheezus, received mixed reviews, but the singer seems keen to try again with another new record.

Speaking about her decision to re-enter the spotlight after a long hiatus, Lily said it felt natural.

"'I wasn’t good at staying at home all day, it didn’t suit me," she told Glamour magazine last year.

"I’m creative, it’s just who I am… I missed the positive feedback about my music from my fans."

Lily Allen has definitely ruffled some showbiz feathers with her latest album Sheezus – but it seems she has a surprise fan in Rihanna!

Lily said she sent RiRi the album last month to have a listen to, and claims the Rude Boy singer found it “hilarious”.

“I sent Rihanna Sheezus a month ago,” Lily said. “She loved it, thought it was hilarious. She said, ‘Maybe don’t send it to Gaga.’”

With lyrics like – ‘We’re all watching Gaga, LOL, like haha, Dying for the art so, really, she’s a martyr’ – we’d have to agree with Ri-Ri there!

Lily Allen is NOT  happy with Gary Barlow – and she wants him to know it!

The singer took to her Twitter account and blasted both Gary Barlow and the Prime Minister of Britain, David Cameron.

Responding to the Gary Barlow tax scandal and David Cameron saying that he can keep his OBE, Lily clearly didn’t agree: “When the prime minister, THE. PRIME. MINISTER essentially says it’s alright not to pay tax when your such a “good bloke”, that’s not dope.”

Gary was found to have invested in a tax avoidance scheme along with two of his bandmates from Take That.

Don’t worry – it can’t be that serious if she’s posting snaps to Instagram!

The singer was admitted to hospital yesterday after she began projectile vomiting due to suspected food poisoning.

Uploading a picture of herself hooked up to a drip, Lily assured fans she was ok: “#SHEEzUS in #SHOSPITAL . I’m fine though guys, just need some fluids cause i can’t keep anything down.#dramz.”

It looks like she’s being spoiled as she also posted a picture of gifts sent in by friends and family, so there does seem to be a silver lining.

Get well soon, Lily!

Lily Allen is one brave-slash-foolish pop star!

The 28-year-old singer took to the stage last night, at London’s G-A-Y club, for a zany performance that even poked fun at Queen of Pop Beyoncé.

Lily was launching her new album with a special preview set at the club, which saw her change outfits for each song surrounded by scantily-clad dancers.

For her encore, she poked fun at Beyonce’s Grammy Awards appearance, having a bucket of water thrown over her before performing a cover of Destiny Child’s ‘I’m a survivor.’

Joined by a male performer in his underwear, Lily danced around the stage soaking wet wearing a dodgy looking wig.

The singer is bound to be skating on thin ice after taking a swipe at Beyoncé and more of the world’s biggest stars for her new single Sheezus.

“RiRi isn’t scared of Katy Perry’s roaring, Queen Bey’s gone back to the drawing. Lorde smells blood, yeah, she’s about to slay you… kid ain’t one to f**k with when she’s only on her debut. We’re all watching Gaha lol haha… dying for the art, so really she’s a martyr,” she sings.

Careful Lily – you’ll have no friends left at this rate!

It seems Lily is taking no prisoners in her latest music video Sheezus, as the singer calls out a number of top female performers including the queen herself, Beyoncé.

Lily sarcastically demands in the song that Rihanna, Lady GaGa, Beyoncé, Katy Perry and Lorde move over and hand their musical thrones to her.

The singer even directly speaks of the each of the artists musical directions and says: “give me that crown, bitch.”

Lily said her new single is about her entering the music industry again as a female artist.

“And I guess the chorus talks about other people who exist in the scene and that women tend to be kinda played off against each other and it’s sorta sold to us or the way I read it is there is a queen and everyone else is in there kind of slip stream or whatever. And I guess what it’s trying to say is that we can all be Sheezus.”

Lily Allen has revealed that she has decided to dedicate her new album Sheezus, to the late singer, Amy Winehouse.

The Hard Out Here singer admitted that her and Amy weren’t that close and knew each other, more as acquaintances.

“She was not in a great place when we knew each other, so I don’t feel I knew Amy; I knew a version of Amy.”

But Lily spoke of the attention that surrounded the late singer and wasn’t sure how she would be able to cope with it all, if she were in Amy’s position.

“What she had to deal with was 10 times anything I had to deal with. She’d sold a hell of a lot more albums than me, and there was a lot more interest in her. There were people outside her home 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I know what that was like on a much smaller level, and I felt trapped. She couldn’t do anything or go anywhere without there being a frenzy; and she was all about life and enjoying herself and socialising, and when that’s taken away from you… she was a prisoner.”

Lily said that the reason Amy attracted so much attention from the press, was of result being “too damn interesting for her own good”.
