Night King

We simply adore the insane theories floating around about the finale of HBO's Game of Thrones. Hook it up to our veins; we simply can't get enough. No matter how unlikely or fantastical the theory seems, we're suckers for conspiracies.

This latest one truly has us shook, and it's essentially the matter of Drogon possibly having a royal baby of her own. Yes, you read that right…MORE DRAGONS?

We are well aware of how clever George RR Martin and the show-runners are, and they truly love a good twist in the scaly tail. Eagle-eyed fans are speculating that a clue is hidden in plain sight, in the season eight theme tune.

Did Daenerys Targaryen’s most badass dragon have babies? The theme song relates to Dany's most valuable dragon, who has been absent from the tail end of season four until halfway through season five with no explanation.

Well, what if good old Drogon is actually FEMALE and spent her spare time laying eggs and hatching new dragons. One of the rings in the theme tune has four dragons clearly branded on it, with one larger than the other three.

Imagine if Mrs Drogon flew back to absolutely torch Euron Greyjoy's fleet and the Red Keep with her spawn? We would be absolutely shrieking with the drama.

Meanwhile a fan on Reddit, Justzxcvbnm, suggested;

"Drogon is the only one who disappeared, the only one who drove herds and took them all like roasted sheep. What made me rethink this theory was after I saw an episode five promo where Euron Greyjoy looks up at the sky and hears a roar of himself."

"Hears that the 'grunt' is very different and gets scared. Since he has seen the dragons for a long time he wouldn’t be scared for just a dragon, but what if theres more dragons? They also came up with counter-arguments to those convinced that Drogon is male."

It's believed in Westeros by Septon Barth and Maester Aemon that dragons don't have a defined sex, but this means that they can possibly change sex if needed.

Dany is currently down two dragons (RIP Rhaegal and Viserion), so this plot twist is absolutely crucial for her takedown of Queen Cersei Lannister and King's Landing.

Rhaegal tragically lost his life last week at the hands of Euron, and we're betting Danaerys wants cold, hard revenge. We want it too.

Poor Viserion was murdered by the Night King and then turned into an evil blue-eyed wight that could breathe crystal flames. Thank God for Arya Stark and her ninja ways for ending that mess.

Stay tuned to see whether this amazing theory comes to life, we are PRAYING that it does for Dany's sake. If her character arc ends in her madness we will be writing letters to DB Weiss and David Benioff.

*NO SPOILERS* Don't worry lads.

After last night's Battle of Winterfell, most of us need a good, strong drink. Luckily, some of our favourite alcohol companies have released limited edition Game of Thrones spirits to celebrate the final season.

1. White Walker Whiskey by Johnnie Walker Scotch.

Johnny Walker is our new bestie. The veteran scotch brand and mixologist master Gabe Orta has created six special serves alongside the White Walker Whiskey.

This is exactly what we need to numb our emotional trauma of character deaths. Each of the half-a-dozen drinks is inspired by the iconic HBO series, and are easy to make at home.

'Rooting for the Night King' is an ice-cold mix of whiskey, but add coconut soda to create the 'Army of the Dead''. Targaryen fans can make a fiery blend of burne rosemary, whiskey and cinnamon syrup in the 'Dragonglass Old Fashioned.'

The GOT-'Old Fashioned' features Zacapa Rum, Dram palo santo bitters, Angostura, rosemary stalk and smoked cinnamon syrup. Yum.

Make the 'Hold the Door' (SOB) with whiskey, berry soda and blackberries and raspberries as a garnish. 'Sword in the Darkness' is made with vermouth, bitter liqueur, Angostura, Pimento bitter, brandy cherries and whiskey.

Your head will be spinning in no time, get ready to forget the pain of watching this brilliant show.

Well, now that can be you. Picture yourself as Tyrion, always sipping his storage of vino and plotting ways to defeat evil.

4. Cardhu Game of Thrones 'House Targaryen' gold reserve single malt scotch whiskey

Eight Scottish distilleries have collaborated with Westeros' ruling families based on their independent traits: Lagavulin paired with House Lannister and Cardhu aimed at House Targaryen.

The Night's Watch got theirs from Oban Bey Reserve, in a gorgeous blac bottle, but we love Cardhu's House Targaryen's gold reserve single malt scotch whiskey.

The fiery spirit of the fierce female leadership of Daenerys Targaryen has fuelled this whiskey on behlaf of legendary women and their unwavering perseverance. The drink involves notes of baked apple with spices, cloves, nuttiness and caramel character.

Prices: €35.80 upwards

Interestingly, the Cardhu Distillery was created by Helen Cumming and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth during the 1800s, a period when the whisky industry was basically entirely male-dominated.

We love a fierce female. You can snag the whole collection here.

One last thing; You need a KILLER glass to drink away your GOT-related sorrows in. We've found the perfect goblet to tackle that freezing cold winter.

We couldn't let you drink such outstanding alcohol in a regular glass, now could we? A true fan appreciates the metal, stainless steel version of the mysterious tree.

The tree is featured in the godswood of Winterfell, and has carved faces in it's bark. It's rumoured to be key in the final series, mainly because of Bran Stark.

Drink responsibly, lads, but enjoy these gorgeous Game of Thrones collaborations this season.

There's never a quiet moment in the White House, and today proves no different.

US President Donald Trump referenced HBO fantasy hit Game of Thrones to back up his border wall plans, and BOY did it fail.

He essentially brought his parody poster, which was an image of himself (of course) with the phrase 'sanctions are coming' scrawled across it in classic GOT style.

The sanctions are in reference to his notorious border wall proposal, which he wants to block off access from Mexico and various South American countries to the States.

The wall is set to cost over $25 BILLION if it's given the green light, and will also stop hundreds of people from living in Native American tribes from living there, as well as having disastrous consequences for wildlife.

SPOILER: We're pretty sure he hasn't watched the latest series of GOT, because the famous wall which blocks the North from the South is destroyed by the Night King in the finale of season seven.

Basically, the wall didn't work. Which makes Trump's use of GOT references even dumber…if that was even possible.

Cabinet employees tweeted that they had no idea why the poster was brought to the meeting.

Trump is most likely the first President to use memes in serious occasions such as discussions regarding immigration and North Korea.

HBO most likely aren't suing the President, but they made their distaste very clear:

Honestly, we have no words.

Winter better be coming for Trump, we don't know what other season could handle his ridiculousness.
