Megan Markle is gearing up for the arrival of her first child with Prince Harry.

And now it has been revealed that she will be receiving a fabulous ''push present'' from her husband once she gives birth.

Push presents have reportedly become a tradition in the royal family, with Kate Middleton getting one from Prince William after each of their children was born.

Well for some,huh?

Royal etiquette expert Myka Meier told The Sun that, ''Traditionally the push present, or gift given to celebrate the birth of a child, would be given bedside on the day of the birth from the father to the mother.''

So what does Harry have in store for Meghan?

Myka said, ''I think Prince Harry will get Meghan a custom piece of jewellery, perhaps with the date of the birth or initials of the new royal baby to make it extra special. From the beginning of their relationship, they have used jewellery to keep close, with the duo wearing matching bracelets while Meghan was in Toronto and Prince Harry was in London.''

Any other deets?

She continued, “I believe Prince Harry will give a piece of keepsake jewellery that will publicly be worn the week of the birth. I think it will be gold, the Duchess’ favourite metal for jewellery, and likely a necklace or bracelet.”

It sounds fab.

Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, got a circular pendant from Prince William after George's birth,  inscribed with their firstborn’s full name, George Alexander Louis.

After Princess Charlotte’s birth in May 2015, Kate received a pair of £3,500 tourmaline, green amethyst and diamond earrings designed by Kiki McDonough – it is not yet known what she received after welcoming her third child, Prince Louis.

There's been much speculation leading up to the wedding about what title Prince Harry and his bride-to-be would be granted as they start their life together as husband and wife.

It's tradition for the monarch to offer members of the royal family a title upon their nuptials, which is why Prince William and Kate became the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Now the 33-year-old Prince has received his new title, which Meghan Markle will be given, too, once they tie the knot later today.

"The Queen has today been pleased to confer a Dukedom on Prince Henry of Wales.  His titles will be Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton and Baron Kilkeel," the announcement from Buckingham Palace reads.

"Prince Harry thus becomes His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex, and Ms. Meghan Markle on marriage will become Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex."

It was long suspected that Harry would be given this dukedom, as the Daily Mirror reported back in 2011 that he had been promised the title if he wed.

The last person Duke of Sussex was Prince Augustus Frederick, who held the title until his death in 1843.

Even though he was married twice, neither of his wives became the Duchess of Sussex because his father did not approve of the marriages. That means Meghan will be the first-ever Duchess of Sussex!

The Earl of Dumbarton is a title that hasn't been used for more than 260 years. The Scottish peerage has been held by only two men previously: a father and a son, both soldiers named George Douglas.

It feels fitting that a title with such military history has been granted to Harry, considering his own service in the Army Air Corps.

Baron Kilkeel has never been given as a royal title before. Kilkeel is a town in County Down, Northern Ireland.

Playing matchmaker can be fun, but can you imagine how great it would feel to be the lucky person that set up Meghan Markle and Prince Harry?

All sorts of suggestions have been thrown out as to who the 'secret friend' is that Harry referred to in their first joint interview together, from fashion designer Misha Nonoo to Meghan's best friend, stylist Jessica Mulroney.

However, E! News confirmed that cupid was Violet von Westenholz, a childhood friend of Harry's.

33-year-old Violet is the daughter of Baron Piers von Westenholz, a former Olympic skier and a close friend of Prince Charles.

Violet has long been in Harry's close circle of friends, and even became his confidante when it came to romantic matters.

A source told E! News that Harry was having a difficult time meeting someone, despite feeling ready to start a new relationship.

Can you imagine if he popped up on Tinder? The scandal! So instead, Violet came to the rescue.

Violet and Meghan clicked when they met through the 33-year-old's PR work with Ralph Lauren.

Harry's bride-to-be was fitting in well with the high society set in London, and Violet thought the actress may just be the perfect woman for her childhood friend.

And she couldn't have been more right!

Given the interest the public had in Kate Middleton's wedding to Prince William back in 2011, it's no real surprise that that fascination is somewhat intensified when you throw a Hollywood star into the mix.

So, ever since news broke that Prince Harry had gotten down on bended knee and popped the question to actress, Meghan Markle, fans of the couple have speculated over what to expect from the couple's big day.

And more specifically, what to expect from Meghan's choice of gown, hair style and bridal bouquet. While we remain in the dark over the first two, royal tradition means we're given a sneak peek into the third.

Reports confirm that the former Suits actress will be following in the footsteps of the Queen, Princess Diana and the Duchess of Cambridge when it comes to her floral arrangement, and will be carrying a sprig of myrtle up the aisle.

Myrtle is an evergreen shrub which symbolises love and marriage, and is understood to come from Queen Victoria’s own flower garden in the Isle of Wight, which is now 170 years old.

Meghan will be marrying Prince Harry on May 19 this year.

Kensington Palace revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will say ‘I do’ at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle next May.

The happy couple announced their joyous news yesterday morning, much to the delight of the public.

It is understood that the venue is extremely important to both Harry and Meghan, who have spent a lot of time at Windsor Castle

The pair opened up about the proposal during their first television interview yesterday evening. Harry shared that he proposed when they were at home in their cottage.

Meghan admitted that she said yes to his proposal so quickly that he didn’t even get a chance to put the ring on her finger:

'She didn't even let me finish, she said can I say yes, can I say yes, and I had the ring in my finger and I was like can I – can I give you the ring?' Harry shared.

The royal family are thrilled about Harry and Meghan’s engagement. However, Harry revealed that there was one very important person missing from the celebrations.

During their first interview together, Harry shared that he missed his late-mum Diana a lot.

He wanted to make sure that his mum was still part of their journey, so he added diamonds from her personal jewellery collection to Meghan’s engagement ring.

He shared, 'The little diamonds either side are from my mother’s jewellery collection to make sure that she’s with us on this – on this crazy journey together.'

For the past week, the rumour mill has been in over-drive as it was reported Prince Harry has a new girlfriend, actress Meghan Markle.

However, this morning Kensington Palace released a statement about Harry and Meghan.

First of all, yes the are a couple (yay!) and secondly, they are scared for Meghan's safety.

It begins by saying that Harry has always loved his supporters, but sometimes finds the media too much for him. And this week, "a line was crossed."

"His girlfriend, Meghan Markle, has been subject to a wave of abuse and harassment," the statement began.

"Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her. It is not right that a few months into a relationship with Ms. Markle should be subjected to such a storm."

The statement ends with: "He [Harry] knows that it is unusual to issue a statement like this, but hopes that fair-minded people will understand why he has felt it necessary to speak publicly.
