If you haven't heard of Love Island this summer, you must have been living under a reality TV-proof rock.

There's those of us who have never seen an episode, but are well aware of the sagas of Camilla and co thanks to social media, and those of us who are obsessed with the show beyond all belief.

If you fall into that second category, you may have even fantasied about making it onto the island yourself.

If this is the case, you're in luck, because applications for Love Island 2018 are officially open.

According to the website: 'ITV2 are looking for vibrant singles from across the UK who want to head to the sun, in search of a summer of love.'

Coachella has announced its 2018 festival dates, and there was one question that the mega-festival needed to answer.

Pop sensation Beyoncé was set to headline at the desert festival this April, but was forced to pull out of the commitment thanks to her blossoming baby bump.

Now, Beyoncé is confirmed to grace a few lucky thousand Coachella patrons with her presence in 20218.

'Following the advice of her doctors to keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months, Beyoncé has made the decision to forgo performing at the 2017 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival,' reads a statement on this year's Coachella Facebook page.

However, there will be no holding her back next year, as the then mum-of-three will be storming the stage in Indio.

According to Billboard, 'the two-weekend music and arts festival will take place from Friday, April 13, through Sunday, April 15, and Friday April 20 through Sunday, April 22, respectively.'
