Best Nine: Here’s how to get that feature everyone’s been posting

If you were scrolling through Instagram over the weekend, you may have noticed some collage posts peppering your usually aesthetic feeds.

The end of 2017 is night, and with it comes the urge to look back at your fondest memories over the last 12 months.

For Instagram, that means having a look at the posts that performed the best in terms of likes and comments, and that's exactly what those Best Nine 2017 posts are doing.

If you were scouring the app itself for a way to curate your own best nine, you may have been left scratching your head.

The app itself doesn't create the collages, but luckily, it's pretty easy to do.

First up, you have to make sure your page is on public, as Best Nine cannot gather information from private accounts.

Next, head over to the Best Nine website, and put in your handle, and the site will generate your best nine post automatically.

The collages have become a bit of a trend, so the site warns that there is a delay in generating of 10 minutes (or forty, which is how long ours took).

The feature will also tell you exactly how many snaps you posted over the last year, and how many likes you received all together – pretty mind blowing.
