Emma Roberts reunites with ex-fiancé months after turbulent split

After calling off their engagement earlier this summer, actress Emma Roberts and her fiancé Evan Peters are giving things another go.

The on-off couple were spotted putting the past behind them and getting dinner together at sushi spot Katsuya in West Hollywood earlier this week, sources tell Us Weekly.

Emma and Evan first met on the set of American Horror Story back in 2012, and they are both set to appear in the upcoming AHS: Hotel too.

Being back on set together has obviously brought back some of that lost spark, as an insider confirms the two are indeed "seeing each other."

The couple got engaged together in December 2013, but their relationship was not without its problems. In July 2013, Emma was taken into police custody after getting into a physical fight with Evan at a hotel in Montreal.

Officers were called to investigate reports of a disturbance in the couple's hotel room, and arrested Emma when they found Evan with obvious injuries including a bloody nose. However the actress was released from custody hours later after her boyfriend refused to press charges.

At the time a source claimed that the Scream Queens actress often got "wound up" during arguments.

"When they are good, they are crazy in love," the insider said, with a second source adding: "Their romance is pretty extreme. They just behave in a way that's very passionate."

Whether Emma and Evan's engagement is back on remains to be seen, but we hope they are taking things slow for now.
