We’re sending huge congratulations to Paloma Faith this afternoon following the birth of her first child.

The mum-of-one took to Instagram to thank the NHS staff following a difficult labour which resulted in a caesarean section.

“After a difficult labour resulting in an emergency caesarean I gave birth to my first child whom I am over the moon, in love and delighted,” the 35-year-old wrote in a lengthy post captioned: “God bless the NHS!!! #angelsonearth #iamamother”

 Praising hospital staff for their “kindness and commitment”, the former The Voice judge continued:

“I really believe the NHS to be one of the great achievements of the country and it should be respected and protected by all.

“I am humbled by the unfaltering dedication I witnessed and received there.”

Paloma has yet to reveal if she welcomed a boy or a girl and the fact she wishes to keep her private and public life separate it is unlikely she will share any further details with the public anytime soon.

The Only Love Can Hurt Like This singer, who is in a long-term relationship with French artist Leyman Lahcine, said that she will be taking some time off work to concentrate on her family.

“I am so delighted to tell you I am going to take a short while off to have a baby. I have spent my whole life wanting to be a mother and now the time has come for me to do so. I feel so lucky."

Aw, we’re delighted for her and Leyman.

At this time every year, we look forward to hearing all our favourite songs from the year gone by in one big mash-up.

But the one we look forward to the most is DJ Earwom’s.

Ever since he smashed onto the scene with his 2009 instalment ‘Blame It on the Pop’ mash-up, we’ve been OBSESSED.

But this year’s round-up has left everyone a little disappointed.

Everyone from Rihanna, Bruno Mars, Fifth Harmony and Zayn feature on the nearly four minute long track and it’s already racked up over 740K views on YouTube in just four days.

But viewers have, so far, been fairly unimpressed with comments like, “Wow… this one is bad!”

Many questioned why artists like Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé weren’t present, leaving usual fans disappointed.

However, one user reminded everyone that the mash-up consists of the Billboard Hot 100’s top 25 tracks so was out of the DJ's control.

Don’t get us wrong, we were definitely tapping our feet to this year’s release but nothing can ever top the 2009 BANGER in our hearts.

Jonah Hill has been involved in car accident in Los Angeles while driving with a friend.

The 32-year-old actor’s car was damaged in the collision but he is said to be uninjured.

It is currently unclear what caused the accident but both vehicles were left with significant damage.

In images leaked of the car, the passenger’s side appears to be damaged and airbags deployed.

TMZ is reporting that the actor left the scene of the accident without receiving any medical attention.

It looks like Kanye West might be home for Christmas after all.

According to reports, Kanye has been released from hospital but will continue to undergo outpatient care for undisclosed mental health issues.

Kanye was admitted UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital in November after he cancelled the remaining dates on his Saint Pablo tour.

"He is receiving outpatient care somewhere else with a medical team," a source told People magazine.

"Kim still seems concerned, but is supportive. They don't know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care."

According to TMZ, Kanye has had a long battle with psychological issues but has been controlling symptoms with medication.

However, lately the rapper was deviating from his dosage which is said to have caused erratic behaviour.

While Kanye may be heading home, that doesn't mean he'll be joining his wife, Kim, and their two kids, North and Saint, as the dad-of-two is currently not living with them.

Well, unlike us basics who just have to watch them back through our fingers every couple of years, for some, these videos can be worth quite a lot – if you’re Beyoncé, that is.

New footage of Queen B herself has gone on sale for an eye-watering €3.6 million.

With 12 tapes up for sale, the footage is said to document 10-year-old Beyoncé and her early career with six-piece group, Girls Tyme, who would eventually go on to become Destiny’s Child.

Auctioneers Ted Owens & Co in London have put the tapes up for auction, and bids start at roughly €1.7 million. The bidding is set to end on January 10, 2017.

The company has released a teaser for the 1992 footage, which shows a young Beyoncé – although she looks exactly the same – rehearsing for a performance.
