Research published in Medicine & Science in Sports and Exercise found that men who engage in endurance sessions have lower libidos than those who take part in moderate to light work outs.
The study, which was conducted in the University of North Carolina, questioned 1,000 males and saw that there is a major link with exercise and sex drive.
"Clinicians who treat male patients for sexual disorders and/or council couples on infertility issues should consider the degree of endurance exercise training a man is performing as a potential complication factor," said the paper.
Good excuse for your SO to skip the gym, eh?
