Even though Halloween is still ten days away, many shops and department stores have already put up their Christmas lights and trees.
Brown Thomas has always been one of those stores that go all out for the festive season, and they went ahead and decorated their windows today – a full two weeks earlier than last year.

The display is somewhat more traditional than previous years, and it was met by some joy, as well as some cynicism.

I am all for getting in the festive spirit but carols outside @brownthomas for Xmas window reveal in Oct is just a bit much for even me.
