Exciting times for Emily Blunt! She just received some amazing news

If you're a Disney and Emily Blunt fan, then we have LOADS of good news for you.

There have been many rumours in the past few months about which Disney flicks are getting a remake – and now all has been revealed.

The House of Mouse has announced that Emily is going to take on the role of our beloved Mary Poppins in a new sequel movie.

But as well as that, there's going to be NINE live-action remakes coming to our screens over the next few years.

The highlights include Angelina Jolie reprising her role in Maleficent 2, Reese Witherspoon taking on the roll of Tinkerbell in a Peter Pan spin-off, Emma Stone as the new Cruella De Ville as well as a new Dumbo and Jungle Book movie. Hurrah!

No release date has been set for anything yet, but rumour has it you'll begin to see the remakes hit the silver screen next year.

We. Can't. Wait.
