Russell Brand takes to Twitter to talk about his ex-wife

It has been three years since Katy Perry and Russell Brand called an end to their two-year marriage and while things were tense between them, it seems the two have come full circle.

Katy and Russell’s relationship breakdown was more or less documented in Katy’s movie, Part Of Me, which saw the star reduced to tears moments before showtime as she realised her marriage wasn’t working.

Since then, however, it would appear the pair are on civil terms as Russell tweeted about his ex-wife’s Super Bowl halftime show last night: “Super Bowl may be baffling to Brits but half time show will be amazing. Good luck KP.”

Aww, how sweet – we’re sure Katy will appreciate her ex-husband’s kind words. And he was right: she was amazing!
